If you are looking to stay in this hotel then please read it once, 1. Unhygienic rooms 2. Door lock not works 3. No sanitization 4. Rude behaviour of staff and they don't allow you to check-in after 12 pm, they will make you wait for more than that. 5. Foul smell comes from the room 6. There is no cleanliness 7. AC doesn't work If there was an option of giving the ratings in negative or minus, I will definitely opt for that.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...

Never book this hotel - The 50s age man at the hotel reception is so ignorent and rude that can spoil your whole trip and stay experience.(he was not interested in doing business, my dad asked him how to reach bus stop, he ignored him. He should retire now) - Don't prebook as they can refuse you to give room at the hotel. - Building and rooms are not well maintained, looks like they are using same building whithout renovation from years. - They don't have any dignity or morel values, they can throw you out of hotel no matter you are with family, kids or couples. My case- I booked hotel for 3 days from oyo(25% amount paid in advance) on first day I missed my flight to reach there. I called the hotel and explained the situation, I told that I already made 25% payment ( that is equivalent to one day charges of room), He assure me that my room is confirm and I can come the next day. I didn't cancel my booking and when I reached there the day with my family, he said that he doesn't have any room and I should go talk to oyo. He was so ignorent and rude. He left me and my family on with luggage on road and he started reading newspaper. It seemed that he doesn't care about his business at all. At least have some morel values. When the oyo called him he told them that ny checkin was yesterday and I didn't inform him that I will come the next day. He lied on my face. Not recommended for whether you are family or couples. If he can behave in this way with a family I can say it will be worse for unmarried couples. Not Recommended at all Go for Hotel Veronica instead, which have much trained staff and good rooms.

Very poor customer handling. Came all the way from Jaipur and they denied entry just because I booked from OYO at discounted rates. The reason they gave was unavailability of rooms but I myself checked many rooms were available. Faced trouble at end moment. Very bad behaviour by Receptionist too. Would highly not recommend it to anyone.

Pathetic hotel. I had booked a room online through ibibo website. Had made a complete payment however when I arrived at the property to check in, I was told by the receptionist that I will have to pay extra money as they donot entertain the rates and payment made online through a booking app. Ridiculous service. They didn’t even refund me my account even after cancelling the booking.

A really great place with reasonable prices. The staff is very considerate and helping. The rooms are clean, hygienic and well lit. Parking space available. I would recommend this hotel for a group of friends as it meets all the necessary requirements and is price friendly.

A/c was not working. Insist only cash transaction which is rediculious. I booked room for 2 days. After 1 day they removed my baggage without my permission and checkout. Manger was totally rude while talking with my wife. I will never go with oyo hotels, because picture shown on their apps and actual hotel room are always different.

We had a horrible stay here. let me list down the reasons. 1. When we reached there, there was an old man on the reception who told us that since we have paid online, he can deny us check in.. by order of some Varodara hotel association 2. The room we got was extremely dirty. The bathroom corners were coloured with paan spits. The table in the room was old and rickety. 3. The room looked unhygienic .

Very bad experience, receptionist is not well being, first stay confirmed and when we go to hotel then they said room is not available... They give us very bad room

Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are full of cockroaches. No room service, bad washrooms, moulds everywhere. What more do you want to ask? Situated at a nice location so people might get attracted to stay but stay away from this worst hotel.

Very pathetic way to communicate with customer. Lack of cleanliness and it requires maintenance badly. We first arrived without booking to verify rooms as shown online on websites. It didn't match and was below expectations but we got ready to book. Since booking was convenient online (better price) we booked online and asked for a check in. Receptionist got angry and very rudely denied entry to us. He was upset that we booked online in front of him at decent price. We had to face a lot of inconvenience later to cancel and get refund. OYO probably shall termminate their contract too. P.S he was the owner too! Old uncle

The bedsheets, blanket and bed covers were dirty. In spite of request the blanket was not changed, fortunately, had shawls and had to use that. The mattress was weak towards edges. The fan was cleaned in ages. Paint was peeled off at multiple places. Hot water was not available in the morning, had to bathe with Luke warm water. Not recommended. Not sure if OYO conducts checks

Hotel manager didn’t gave me the room because of its not available and oyo care dont agree to give me a refund or shift me to other property worst service And will file case agaist oyo in consumer forum for cheating and mentally harassment

The hotel management is not good. And the receptionist behaviour is rude like we are nothing. Don't look and don't search for this hotel on any condition. I booked hotel from MMT but the receptionist said there is no rooms left. Then why hotel shows rooms available online. And the receptionist is not good pathetic behaviour and the staff is also is not good.

I am stay in this hotel for more than ten day, Good food, good rooms, good atmosphere. My favorite food is veg.manchurian and kaju kari dishes also available in this hotel and room service, laundry service also available. Entry room kit two oyo shoaps and hair coditioner also good.

Not good hotel management not permitted to enter in the hotel said we break contact with Oyo but Oyo firoj sir help me and give refunds my money thanks to oyo team but pancheel in your hotel we enter that time you oppose not good if you don't like work with Oyo team then remove Oyo tag fromyourhotel

When I reached Ac wasn't working n was feeling suffocated in bathroom. When called for dustbin n room fresher it took 20mins.d handshower near commod was leaking so I have to close d main tap.

This is by far the worst hotel you could check in to. They have a rude receptionist who declined check in stating that the hotel was booked by police officials and cannot allow check in despite us booking in advance from makemytrip. The staff is horribly bad and this being my first experience with OYO understand why the company is going down the gutter. Absolutely atrocious. Save yourselves the time and money, book at a decent place not an OYO.
