I had been there before it was nice experience But when i visited yesterday ( sunday 27th june 2022) the experience was horrible. Being weekend it was full & there was waiting as expected. We waited 45 minutes for our turn. Which is okay as it was informed earlier. Overall the food was average but this the worst service which we had ever received Due to internal management issue whole staff was on fire & was misbehaving with us ( i dont know about other customers). We ordered Manchow soup Hot & sour soup Paneer chilli dry Paneer tikka masala Kaju curry The manchow & hot&sour soup was same . No difference in taste or color Paneer chilli dry was good in taste but very mild in taste after being too much of their masala & some gravy in paneer chilli dry The maincourse was average could be better Also the quantity can be improved Butter naan When it was served there was no butter on it. When we notified the staff the reply we received was ‘ butter sukh gya hoga’ in just 2-3 minutes of serving it it. Then we asked him to add butter in it. & now the butter was visible even after 10-15 minutes of serving. Also, there was a hair in one of the naan which we totally ignored that & just returned it. . We were sitting on a table next to their kitchen & side table. The staff were just throwing the plates, spoons, knifes which was very disturbing & frustrating. We have to asked for everything again & again. The staff was totally ignoring. When we wanted to highlight all the issues to manager he was in so hurry that after listening for just 10 seconds. He took out pen & discounted 150rs. We were not there for discount. The misbehaviour of staff totally ruined our mood & dinner enjoyment. & the manager should listen first then react. After that when we asked for owners number to highlight the issue because we were not satisfied with the managers response for rs150 discount ( which we didnt asked for) After wasting 10-12 minutes. He gave a number writing on a paper. The number given by him was a 9 digit number. This totally shows the management is only focused on serving maximum people & not focusing on service. Very very horrible experience

Hotel with very prime location in Vadodara. Connectivity to Airport, Railway station and Bus station Is very good and convenient. Restaurant is of average taste . Cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel can be further improved and made good. Quality of the food served was also at average level and the staff also not very cooperative as per the experience of our friends group. This rest6still can be tried once. Parking a car is very big issue in the evening at this hotel of you are visiting it.

Disappointed ☹️ We went on diwali at 10:15pm, Ordered- Butter roti (4.5/5), Blue lagoon special paneer (4/5), Pina colada (0/5), Baked macaroni (1/5), I was surprised they didn’t even know how to make it, The staff had no idea about chilli flakes and oregano, Waste of money, Service (3/5), Bad experience, Location (5/5), I won’t go there again 😓

We 4 family Members had a dinner on 02-May-22, Service & Taste was good. However next day 2 of Family members need to undego Doctors treatment as stomach upset happened. It seems food was stable. I don't recommend this Restaurant at all.

I recently savored the morning fixed lunch Punjabi dish at Blue Lagoon hotel, priced at 150₹. It included three rotis, two subjis, a papad, and one sweet. The flavorsome meal, accompanied by fluffy rotis and a delightful dal rice combination, offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a satisfying Punjabi feast!

It provides satisfactory services.. i am a regular customer and i enjoy visiting there.. very hygenic and friendly environment ... Worth to visit salon with reasonanable prices ...

Mixed feelings. Food was good but service was a doubt. Place was good but parking will be an issue. Definitely can visit for dine in, the prices are also affordable.

My experience in this hotel has been very bad (Problem has mentioned👇) This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. 1) This hotel is suitable only for Gujarat people but not at all suitable for the other state as the food here is limited in items and sweet items are added to everything. 2) Only Tandoori item is available, Tawa Roti is not available, it is not given even after requesting. Aloo paratha will be given in the morning, but if you ask for tawa roti, then in the afternoon you will be refused to give that thing even though they have the same available. 3) Therefore, especially people from Madhya Pradesh should not come at all, because there is no food item according to you. 4) The cleaning routine of this hotel is very different according to Madhya Pradesh. 5) The behavior of many staff is not good, they talk in an unprofessional manner.

We went for dinner...There is no waiting for that in weekend. Food quality is medium as compared to their other branch (Manjalpur). Cleanness is good, services is also fine. But, taste is not up to mark... hope it will upgrade in future... Thank you.

Visited during the lunch time, had the fixed buffet. The meal was tempting so the taste was. Good options in the fixed buffet. Good sitting space. Good service. Behavior of the staff was good. Restroom was not clean n was smelling.

I was sick. The manager at reception helped me avoid the uber driver trying to cheat me, arranged another cab for me within minutes and made sure I had food for me for my journey back! Restored my faith in humanity! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have a sensitive stomach and couldnt handle the spicy food.

Recently I had visited the blue lagoon restaurant the food was okayish. Before i had gone 3 more times and all that time the food was good. But recently they have degraded the quality. Otherwise it is good restaurant.

I did not stay there but the food was amazing, I just had Jain food because of Puryusan but still tasted fabulous Five stars. I will visit again!

Came to eat dinner.... Chinese was not as good as it had to be.... Triple fried rice was full of mushrooms and baby corn and no gravy.... When asked, he told that this is the way they make it here.... Then it's not triple fried rice, it should be called as mushroom rice.... Will not recommended to have food here....

I had food over this place. The food was really very nice. Though few items are priced on a higher side. But the taste sums it all.

we stayed as a group as we went for matches there and wonderful hotel. The food Amazing, Service was excellant and all in all a very good place to stay. There are uneducated people in this hotel who don't know how to talk. North Indian food is not available, only paneer curry is available, they do not even provide tawa roti which is given in the morning at breakfast time. gujrat ke alawa koi other state ke log yaha na ruke plz nhi to pachtana padega During working hours, if you are not in the room, the room cleaners enter at any time with the master key, which is against safety.

Restaurant serves fresh ,tasty, authentic food at reasonable price. Nice location, good ambience, cozy and comfortable sitting seating efficient, co-ordial, attentive staff. Good for family, friends, banquets, parties etc... Place is centrally located and is in between Airport and Railway Station. Malls and other food jointeries are near by. If you are Punjabi food lover then you must visit Blue Lagoon.

Op road blue lagoon is far better than this....because when we had dinner there...it's too much rush there and they didn't make proper paneer sabji as well as starter.

This is on City road side. Rooms are specious and accomodated with all required amenities and accessories. Breakfast options are limited but if you get as part of complementary then you can go with that. Room service is good. Over all experience is high rated in normal budget.

Worst restaurant and service was horrible. One of the staff who were taking order was very rude and doesn't know what is Customer service. Both the curries were salty. Not recommended. Look at the photo of plain rice, it served with water. More than half an hour to serve plain rice once all the curries arrived.

This is located little ahead of IOCL petrol pump and under amit nagar bridge. I like the service and place but the taste of food is average here compare to other restaurants. I would like to suggest you if you have another choice of restaurant. However I liked the taste of Punjabi vegetables. Handi biryani was not good and tasty. The quantity of vegetables was enough for 2 persons. Normal roti wasn't available, only tandoori roti was available here. So plan accordingly for your dinner. Hopes this helps.

Whatta beautiful place Perfect ambience , perfect food , perfect everything . Humble , cooperative and polite staffs . Tasty foods and beautiful plating . Good place to hangout with anyone at anytime . But the main attraction is it's night and night life . Totally musical , perfect for music lovers .. How can someone deny going there when you get perfect food with perfect music in affordable price !! Totally feels like you are in a different place . Starting from fountains to decorations to food to staff to all arrangements everything just amazing . Worth the money and worth enjoying . A place worth visiting again and again .
