I arrived at this hotel 3 hrs before my check in time and the guy is asking for 900 RS cash per person as early check-in which equal to a days tarrif. When agree to pay they are not ready give the receipt of the payment. I asked them to add the early check in charges in my tarrif and my office will. They are not ready to do that as well..very bad experience..very unprofessional people who want to deal in cash and not receipt. Still waiting at the reception.

Reception didn't pick up the phone. Nor was hot water available. The rooms are quite small as well. They didn't even provide Wifi passwords by themselves. I called to ask for the user id-password, no one picked up. I had to go downstairs to get it by hand and even then they offered only 3 user id-passwords for 5 of us staying in 3 rooms. While checking out, the receptionist asked me to rate them right there. I refused and shared my displeasure with their services. He started saying that I should cooperate and give a good rating. Otherwise, he warned that my name might be blacklisted or something. P.S. The hotel is managed by OYO and I have had worse experience with them in the past.

It wad great experience to stay here. What makes different is the facility given in rooms like hot tea pot, small fridge with cold drink and water inside. Snacks also placed in room. Bed and mattress quality is good, cleaniness and over all service is good. Staff also well polite . In house restaurant is added advantage to travellers.

First they will not accept online booking(Oyo), if you have already done payment hotel will not allow you checkin unless you pay additional amount he is asking. Hotel rate and food quality both are overpriced, if you are ready to drink Rs. 52/ Lit water then this is perfect for you. Staff behavior is very very poor.

We booked online and paid in full but during check in they asked for additional payment of Rs. 800/ night Fraud hotel

This hotel located very near to bus stand as well railway station, rooms were clean and neat only problem was with availability of hot water and lift was operational but non descriptive about which lift to use for hotel as there were two lifts. Rooms we got at a reasonable price. Hotel manager was friendly and spoke well with customers and service was good, though we stayed there for only one night, i will say it was a good deal to stay.

Good place to stay. Very near to Vadodara railway station. If you don't have much luggage then it is walkable. The service staff is very good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall value for money.

This hotel is almost not good to stay because I booked oyo already then they charged me and not good behave from all staff

I was put up here by my vendor.This place does not have hand towels and bathroom mats. It has a notice in the lobby saying no bringing food from out.and then three days that I stayed it did not have more than half the things in the menu.First day even wifi was not working. Simple things like vanilla ice cream is not available .no rotis or beans

Hotel is good with decent location but the staff is so rude and uncultured like road side dhaba staff if they throw and keep educated friendly staff it's good for them I would not visit again also would like to share an experience the hotel staff had left the master key inside our room he saw me and my husband going out for dinner when we were back we saw him opening the room without informing us and without we being there!! to remove the master key which he left due to his careless ness I did not like that behaviour we had lot of belongings inside how can someone enter the room when the guest is not there without their presence and surprisingly there are no CCTV on 3rd floor how oyo can have this as premium property listing

toilet are not cleaned properly... very bad smell comes from toilet....not for family purpose...the hotel staff also not picked room service call😡.. so annoying

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I have directly booked the hotel,so they gave me good discount. The hotel management is good and rooms are excellent. Service also best.

Rooms are good, hotel ambience and cleanliness was excellent but only issue is menu card. Food rates are so high as per category of hotel. My suggestion is to keep your menu card with competitive rates. I am 100% sure if this can modify than hotel will run with full capacity.

A good budget hotel for people on a busy schedule looking for a decent clean place to stay. Very near to Vadodara Railway station. Rooms are medium sized with A.C and other amenities but no safe available. There is a restaurant adjacent to the reception which is a little expensive but food is good. Limited option for breakfast if included in package with room.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Front view is not good but inside its very nice. Value for money. Very near to railway station. Auto will ask 60-70 rs per auto but if you hv single bag u can come here by walking.

Bed sheets are good ,but not clean..,I gave 4 star due to price for facility... 5.Good hotel for freshup and just relax... Not good for two to three days stay.. 6. Food taste is very bad.... I recommend that not take food from hotel restaurant... Good for fresh up after long journey... Hotel is not cozy ...

Rooms are very neat and clean. Near to railway station. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Rooms are big. Value for money. Once try you love it.
