Very unprofessional hotel and staff. I have booked the room online through Agoda and paid beforehand but once I reached the hotel they denied the entry to me. After contacting Agoda customer care they called the hotel staff and I could see the call coming at the mobile phone of the guy at reception but he was not answering the call. In the end Agoda refunded my booking amount and apologised for the trouble.

Food is not good 3 class food room is good i have ordered sandwich it was third class and a person shod stay at night water for drinking was not there at night room was not to good not cleand but it was ok ok

I personally would not recommend anyone to stay here..you will waste your time and money.....Staff has very dirty behavior...somebody keeps peeping near your room.....When you complain about this in the hotel, then the answer will be given from Dadagiri. very bad service by hotel and oyo executive also.......I checked in the hotel late night because of travel, then I was given a very cheap and masay room and when I complained about this to the hotel, I was given a very dirty reply that this is the only room..When I complained to oyo, after a long time their reply came that we talked in the hotel and according to them there is no problem.......It means that according to you I am lying....I have deleted your application and I will never use it in future.... And for staying more than 3 hours, the rent for the whole day is charged ... the staff is of very messy behavior .... the room smells .. and your....

OYO charged me 40% more than what was advertised. I was unhappy that I was overcharged & Value for money wise I feel unsatisfied. The hotel is bit congested & looks old. The maintenance of the room is below average as per cost.

They cheat the customers. I booked a room for one day and they charged me Rs 1500 in advance, but when i asked for bill on check out they provide me bill renting Rs 999 for one day and balance amount of Rs 501 added to misc expense, even i ordered nothing from the room service. When i asked for refund, they don't provide it. I even don't argued with them because i had an exam later on that day. One more thing, they provide me a OYO room which is easily available between Rs 500-700 in Delhi.

It was a very bad experience here. 1. The room was very small compared to what it showed in the photos. 2. The bed and walls only had 1 ½ tile space between them and were very congested. 3. The toilet was in a very bad condition. There was a pipe hanging outside the wall and water was continuously dripping from them. The tiles on the toilet were very old and some of them came out a bit ()you can even see in the photo. The net of the toilet window was also torn off. 4. The wardrobe had stains of I don't know what. The wardrobe was also dirty. 5. The bedsheets were not properly washed. Older stains were properly visible. 6. The room which i was living in didn't even have a proper door lock. I had to first lock the door from inside while leaving the door open then i had to close the door. The staff was good but the experience of living was very bad. I suggest you first see the room that you want and then book please so that you don't have as bad an experience as i had.

Bad room. Very bad hotel staff behaviour. Do not go to this. I had to book this hotel as odd time and I was new to the place and too tired without sleep. Otherwise worst hotel

Not the best place to stay found the place on oyo the image in the application were like sky high and on ground place was like not so good. If you have a low budget then you can go for it otherwise it's a big no.

Worst experience. Never book this hotel, as it is a scam. The rooms are not as shown in the pictures. I did a mistake by checking in, so helping other no to. They changed me to another room, but that was also dingy and stinky. The pictures shown online are a scam!!

But that’s not the worst part – the person at the front desk treated me like an inconvenience, dripping with an attitude that reeked of arrogance. If you’re into surprise charges and dealing with staff who act like they’re doing you a favor, then by all means, give this place a shot. But if you value sanity and fair treatment, look elsewhere; this one’s a textbook example of how not to run a hotel.

Manager behaviour is totally rude and answering like they are giving room in free of cost. They don't have sense to talk with customer better to find some another hotel. Don't waste your hard money here. #patheticexperiance

It's very decent place with warm welcoming staff, clean tidy rooms and adequate facilities. It has a great location with perfect accessibility to the entire city and most importantly is absolute value for money!
