I pre-booked the room as I was traveling a long distance and was expected to arrive between 4:00 am and 5:00 am, despite the fact that the check-in time is between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. They specifically asked about my arrival time, which I had informed them. On my arrival day, the hotel refuses to offer me the pre-booked room till noon? This guy should have informed me before I made the reservation. The receptionist, who calls himself a manager, responds dumb. Hotel Amber, teach your employees how to interact with guests.

Not a good experience, would surely not recommend this hotel. The condition of the rooms are horrible. My tariff was including breakfast although I came late as my train was late but they didn't have the courtesy to even offer complimentary tea although I was charged for two days breakfast. The service levels were worse hospitality was completely missing.

I had booked hotel 1 day prior of my stay. Though the booking was made for 24 hrs from 12 pm to 11 am, we were to go there in the night around 10 pm. So when we were trying to contact hotel on the numbers given by the goibibo team, they were not reachable except one number which hotel staff did not receive inspite of multiple attempts. Also their location is not properly updated on google map. It is merely 200 meters or 3-4 mints walkable distance from vadodara station, but on map it shows some other location around 700 meters which is wrong. Their google number is also wrong. Staff was not that courteous. atleast once they should have called us and confirmed our booking. The hotel looks shady but the ambience is okay. I doubt on the hygene, because on the pillow there were some hairs and it seemed they hadn't washed it. Conclusion- if you are planning to spend just a day/night then it is good. For a longer stay i wouldn't recommend to families. And don't do online booking. Visit and book if u like it, as there are many other options around. Tip- There is a ice cream parlor below hotel which is very good.

The location is excellent, but the hotel is dingy. It's located on the third floor of a building with only one escalator entry. The staff at the reception are not helpful and the booking listings are also erroneous. Minimal facilities and small rooms. However, I used it for a railway transit and was traveling alone. For that, the location being walkable from the station really helped.

The room was good, however there was a constant smell of smoke and alcohol even after notifying it to the hotel staff. The room and washrooms were well maintained other than these.

Best Hotel near Vadodra Railway station..stayed 1 day with family *& had nice experience. They provide early check-in also..best staff ,rooms are awesome all facilities are upto the mark👌👌👌I will definitely visit next time when cmng to Vadodra. 👍✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️to Amber Hotel.

Good place to stay near vadodara station. Vadodara station is just 10 mins away. The hotel is located in an old building but inside the hotel everything looks great! Rooms are large enough for 2-3 people. Customer support is very nice as it is a family friendly hotel, non-married couples are not allowed. Rest everything was good.

Unhygienic room , toilet broken , service is average but 1000/ day for a standard room is not a good price rest is upto your own choice

This hotel is located near the railway station and at the centre of city, thereby making commutation easy and hassle free.. The rooms are decent enough and value for the money and the staff is polite enough

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful family hotel and I must say, it was good experiences. The room was immaculate and smelled fresh and clean. The sheets were crisp and smelled like they had just been washed that day. The bathroom was equally spotless with no hair or grime in sight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip truly memorable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Excellent service with a very good staff. Rooms are well equipped so there's no need to worry about. Also it is located in close proximity to the Railway Station.

review from 20th March 2022..The entrance looks a little shady, however the hotel ambience is wonderful..it is economical...the staff is very courteous, the hygiene is fantastic, and overall a great place to stay.
