Hotel Alankar near Vododara railway station booked 2 rooms for 3 days review based on this experience. Rooms are small for the price it offers & consistent ventilation issue also hot water not available all the time & internet speed was very very less 1 mbps only that also not works fine so you have to rely on your phone internet. There are only breakfast option for lunch & dinner u have to look out other outside option. Though when calling they have cleaned the room but service was not at par. You will pay 1000-1500 Rs per room per day check in time 12 PM Also i have to extend 1 room for 12 hrs only for which they have charged full amount & more amount at which i have booked the room. So lookout for other options before you end up here one thing is good is about location it is near railway station & you can easily go anywhere from this location. 2⭐ Overall Rating. KST

The hotel manager doesn't allow me to check in before time and he says that All CUSTOMERS are Headache for me. Not able to manage then leave your Job.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed..... Rooms, corridor, Lift everything was smelling so bad i wasn't able to breathe properly while being there.....i requested the staff to do something for the smell but they didn't paid heed to it. Staff was non cooperative. Overall it was the worst hotel experience i ever had.

Well maintained hotel rooms at affordable prices. Situated at walking distance from Vadodara Railway Station. Rooms are neat and clean, and staff is also well trained. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can find plenty of options around it.

The hotel is located at Vadodara east side and can be reached easily by walking (5 minutes walking for railway station & city bus station and 10 minutes walking for Vadodra central bus station) Let's come to the services and the experience at hotel. I had very positive experience and I don't prefer to write any unnecessary negative points. Best part: 1. Room cost me ₹1600/- for 1Night where as online it was showing ₹ 2000/- per night. The room is little small but it is enough to stay for couple of days. I reached Vadodra in morning at around 6 am and reached hotel and they gave early check in without any charges. Usually, check in time is 12 afternoon. The cost is for deluxe room which had King size bed, TV, AC, study desk, storage cabinet, kettle. 3. The person at reception was very kind and helpful. He and his team has showed few rooms and gave us the freedom to select the room of our choice. 4. Asking valid ID's now days is very important and every1 should carry it for your safe stay. 5. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They gave us the cleaned room and supported us for our necessary requirements. 6. Usually while booking we always refer to see the room and we book the hotel. But more than the room, the toilet should be cleaned and must be in good condition. The toilet of the room were in good condition and most importantly it was not stinking. 7. All electronic equipments like AC, TV, kettle were working properly. Need attention from hotel team: 8. Provide fridge in the room which is must now a days. 9. Cabinet from inside needs to be cleaned. 10. Provide proper signage for the hotel on ground floor. No geyser installed.. boiler is there but no hot water coming from tap.. When we asked why, they said there is so much cold nowadays so our boiler can’t make hot water.. What rubbish reason.. In winter cold will there obviously.. It was very difficult to have bath with cold water in winter morning.. Rooms are so small.. Hotel is clean but what is the use of property if basic requirements are not proper..

Rooms are nice, hotel was very economic, clean and staff is also very nice. A menu for refreshment is also available.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was cooperative and non-interfering. Great location, right opposite the M.S. University, walking distance from the central bus stand and railway station.

Location wise good & near to vadodara railway station. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Charges according to rooms are pretty good. But no in house restaurant available, you need to order food from outside

Walking distance from Vadodara railway station. But if you have luggage, big bags you definitely need auto riksha. Room, bathroom/toilet, bedsheets, blankets were clean. Bath towels were clean. Bath soap was given. Our room was small but we didn't have luggage, big bags so we didn't have any problem. AC was working. There are many food stalls, restaurants in the walking distance. Next time if we have to stay in a hotel in Vadodara, then we will stay here.

Rooms are tine, although clean and good shape. However waters in washrooms are concerns…as not clean. Staff are good and cooperative…overall for a day spent would be better to stay. Thanks.
