After taking 20 days of time they had the audacity to tell customer to do the finishing and gave the lehenga in same unfinished condition even the second time around with finishing material to do it by the customer themselves. (In the name of work done) And that's only a part of the whole story. Not to forget it was a Bridal outfit and another was engemagement outfit whichthey cheated on in the same way. Buy at your on risk. Only talks before sale and trained cheating. Buy only if you are ready for a ride. My native is valsad and have been knowing this shop for a while. However, not anymore. It's over! And I am glad that I will not be recommending stammers from now on. Here is my latest experience: BEWARE they sweet talk and lie before you purchase the poduct. They cheat by saying you will get finishing after you purchase then they keep the article and then on delivery date if you find it unfinished, then they say THIS IS LIKE THAT ONLY ETC. AND ARGUE WITH YOU AND TRY CHILDISH TACTICS LIKE GASLIGHTING AND INSULTING CUSTOMERS after they are done with lying to convince. The thread work is rough and they might to finish it and might not keep their words. The stone might fall off and you are told that after you raise your concern and not before sale, infection your re told yhe opposite before sale while one of their salesman show you the products. Prices similar to city like Mumbai, pre sale sweet talking service little better than mumbai, it goes in planned way so beware. Have purchased from this store before and used to recommend but now I might refrain from recommending. Pre sale experience is fine. After billing service is more show and less work. And might not deliver on words. Tha staff and owner on same page. Most local people who stay there, know this fact by now that thye never do finishing works promised before sale and hence don't prefer to buy from their store. They think they can get away with convincing and arguments, gaslightin, shouting on top of their voice at the time of delivery. Apart from that the words said by staff and owner and ofcourse the tone were disgusting to say the least and made no logical sense. A street seller offers better delivery on words. Not expected from mangaldeep. My bandhni sari was not rollpress , only doing iron on it and give it back . Very poor service. If you are not able to do that kind of work than please tell us properly but don’t spoil our function with this type of service one kind of fraud 🙏🏻

Few things were promised for Groom’s Outfit considering the design from the staff. When I went for final approvals and final decision, The owner conveyed that the work could not be done. An event on the verge of complexity with wastage of Time, Energy and Money. Not so good customer service considering the designs, Prices and Promises. Avoid going here is a personal suggestion.

They have good collection here at Valsad location. However, the staff isn't responsive enough, won't show around with enthusiasm. Maybe they were concerned more about their lunch at that time. I had to find my stuff around by myself, no suggestions no help...they would just show you 2 things and say thats it. Disappointed !! The location in Surat was extraordinary.

Valsad being a city and district place, near by villagers prefer to buy from this shop. Ladies wear for marriage or parties in different ranges available. Situated in the heart of the city and hence easy access for all.

Dear Mangaldeep team, sorry to say that but your men's shirt quality is very bad since 2-3 year. After 2-3 washes, the shirt gets faded. Jeans and casual pants are good but please improve the quality of shirt. Have branded company shirts.

One will get wedding clothes at a reasonable rate and lots of variety in colour, pattern and design compared to shops nearby. They also provide discounts.

Only think I found that they have good amount of collection for price range 11-20 ( middle range ). For lower range , maight not get much options. But upto customer choice only. But must visit shop for to shop for any occasions, specially for wedding.

Mangaldeep has all stuffs for women not even proper/regular use clothes for men. Very disappointing.
