I underwent the operation for kidney stones removal on 9th August and again for stent removal on 2nd September. Under overall patronage of Dr. Shailesh Shah the whole staff is quite friendly and approachable. Consultation Process: Although I had to wait for quite long in OPD, the visit was worth it. Dr. Shailesh Shah, veteran in the field have all the required knowledge and is quite approachable. Being a noob, I always get curious about the know how of the kidney functioning and stone formation. Dr. Utsav Shah had cleared all my silly doubts and explained in much simpler language. Insurance Process and Account Section: I didn't have to do much except providing my policy copy and other documents. All other things were taken care by the department. Here I want to thank Mr. Alok Sir for his quite friendly attitude and making the whole procedure completely smooth. Operation Theatre and other things: Although I was not concious at that time, and have noted nothing specifically. My parents told me that after the operation Dr. Shailesh Shah came himself to them and explain the whole operation procedure in brief. Also other doctors were readily available even during the post operation phase Room maintenance and cleanliness: The room was completely neat and clean, frequently visited by the staff to ensure the hygeine. Special mention here is Mr. Sanjay, who was readily available for any other work. Nursing Staff: On the first day of operation I was frequently visited by the nursing staff and was under constant monitoring. The time period between any two consecutive visit was not more than 30 minutes even during the night. Mr. Jayesh was quite helpful during this time. Fortunately I got discharged earlier and didn't get a chance to notice other things or capture more pics. Hope this is helpful.

Nursing Staff, service/cleaning staff and management is extremely cordial and polite. Food is home like, tasty, good and is always served warm. Staff behaviour is commendable in every way. Special thanks to the doctors for giving personal attention and care to the patients. Cons : Only issue is the cleanliness in the bathroom (unhygienic), some signs of cockroaches and fittings like jet spray, sink tap and shower do not work properly and needs repairing. Rest all is good.

The worst experience ever. I was informed the charges of surgery would be around ₹ 60000/- but as they know about my Mediclaim, they put cashless claim of ₹ 1530000/-(without my knowledge) and I was surprised the claim was passed. After too many follow ups, they send me the invoice (they didn’t give me invoice at the time of discharge and did the fake sign of my father in invoice to pass the Mediclaim) which they put in Mediclaim. I was surprised to see that my room was upgraded (Deluxe instead of Special), Dr Shailesh Shah visits were more than double than his actual visits (7 instead of just 3). Too much juggleries in medicine charges. They have even levied charges ₹ 5500/- of my City Scan report from me which was already passed in my cashless claim informing that we haven’t put this report in cashless claim. So my advice is never visit such hospitals as we have options of many multi specialist hospitals like Zydus, Arogyam (Best for urology) or be alert and take the quotation in writing. Beware if you are utilising cashless facility.

My father was admitted in Bodyline hospital under very serious conditions. He was admitted for 9 days and underwent a major prostate surgery. Doctor Shailesh Shah was his surgeon and he is an outstanding doctor. He not only did the operation and treatment extremely successfully, he also gave utmost attention post surgery. He visited him in the room daily including Sunday and a Public holiday also (which generally doctors do not do) and he ensured my father is absolutely comfortable at every step. He kept us aware of his health condition on a day to day basis and explained us all the issues in as detailed manner as possible. We are very thankful of him. All the staff and services at Bodyline hospital are also very helpful, courteous and very very supportive. The nurses mainly (Kaynat and Dimple) were very patient and extremely polite. The ward-boys who were helping dad ( Raj and Jassu) were available the second we rang the bell from our room, be it day or middle of the night. They worked relentlessly smiling every single minute. Cleanliness of the hospital is also commendable. I have seen the staff washing the corridors with soap several times over and above the three times cleaning schedule they follow. Mitesh was the cleaning staff on our floor and his dedication and commitment is worth a big thanks. After so many positive points any small miss were happily ignored by us.
