The best care for maternity for inpatients. My second delivery was c section at kinder under Dr. Sudha, who is very kind and understanding yet professional, and anesthetist Dr. Fahad. Kinder has very good Postpartum care. Facility and rooms are exceptional. The nurses also assist you with feeding issues and are available at any hour to help you with your baby while admitted. Staff also thoughtfully uses inventory so you don't have to go home with a bag of disposable syringes etc. Rooms are very good and equipped well. Highly recommended for delivery.

Overall good experience since the beginning of our pregnancy, we were under Dr. Sudha and throughout the journey of pregnancy she took great care of us. During the covid time we were too worried and her words was of great relief. It was really great to be under her guidance. I would recommend her for your pregnancy journey with the team. Staff behaviour is good. Overall good ambience.

Realy pathetic experience i had here. I asked for booking and they said you can walk in anytime. I had reached their facility with my pregnant wife at 12:00 AM and they kept my pregnant starving wife waiting till 2:30 even after repeated enquiry . I had good quality expectations until i reach there . For them it might be a normal senario to keep pregnant women hungry but for me its unacceptable. This is not just my situation , i have seen all the frustrated husbands and wife leaving the place. Kidnly do something regarding this long waiting . Either give bookings to patients and allow only emergency walkins. I woudnt visit the place again after this bad experience .

Dr. Valsala happened to be our family friend during journy to Kochi. We visited hospital and got a feel like we are in a luxury hotel in the sence that very good hospitality,cleanness,polite and cooperative staff with addressing every single detail. The hospital is 100 bead serving majorly Gynec and fertility solutions. Dr. Valsala has almost 11 yrs rich experience here and have personal touch with each patient which now as days difficult to find in this sector. This hospital gives a delightful experience to each patient and have a human touch rather than professional. I would like to share my experience with Kinder Hospital.My wife Dr. Anagha Raghavan delivered a beautiful baby girl on 26-12-2020.It was a normal delivery.Our nine months period here was absolutely appreciable. Starting from Mrs.Veena (PR) and Mrs.Ferseena(PR) were really helpful from day one till the delivery date.I really appreciate their attitude and service. Mrs.Jolly (security) was really supportive. Kinder can be really proud of nursing staff and supporting staff here. Special thanks to Dr. Sudha and Dr. Neena thank you very much for taking care of my wife and being so skilled at what you do. Dr.Vennila my wife's personal favourite, she is really a professional in her area and her caring behaviour towards patients is really appreciable.Nursing station services were excellent.I would like to appreciate Housekeeping services here. Even public area toilets are maintained well. Dr.Anitha Joseph needs to concentrate a bit on creating rappot with patients. Canteen needs more wider menu. You need to extend Laundry facilities for patients as well. Its really sad that maternity hospital like Kinder doesn't have hospital kiosk facility. Overall I am really happy with Kinder Hospital and its team. Do recommend Kinder to friends and family.

Dr NEENA&Dr ANANDAN are the back bone of this hospital..Am already to suggested to my lot of friends.The nursing service especially Gynic Op is very good in the hospital.Each and every staff Especially last week i met Mr.ABHIJITH i think he is Pro assistant.. Relly nice corporation&dealings.every one tries to give their maximum effort our wellness.only suggestion is pls provide on time appointment for scanning to avoid our wastage of time... Very poor care from hospital staffs and especially from nurses. If you have money and you are rich you got good attention and care and in case if you are middle class you receive a load puccham and they don't mind at all. They took attention only if you shout and long demand. One of the nursing staff name jayasurya what a worst behaviour she had...

Overall had a good experience , doctor Abhishek is very much supportive and he gives us good explanation. Nursing staffs are very much supportive. Hospital is well maintained, felt canteen food prices are bit high.

Frustration and disappointment at its peak. Will never choose this hospital again. The staff is unhelpful; they won't consider you as a patient or a client. Except for the music, nothing here is satisfactory.

It was long back when I came to know of kinder, the first thing which stand out of it is its eco friendly environment. When I got a chance to be into it, it was more than what I heard. Apart from any other hospital it has a very good environment within. The most important aspect is their patient care. The service rendered by each and every staff is remarkable. They create a homely atmosphere for every patient who have been there.

Dr Jeevan Raj and team showered my Ammichi and Appachan with lots and lots of love and care during their stay at Kinder Hospital, Cherthala. They came from Thrissur to undergo Laparoscopic Hysterectomy. Right from admission procedures, we were amazed at the level of service provided. To the staff in admissions, staff handling insurance procedures, staff handling patient care, to the wonderful nurses, all of you were amazingly friendly and unbelievably helpful. A special shout out to Sister Solby, Anna, Urmila, Sreetha, the Sister who attended Ammichi at the ICU, Dr Harsha and others whose names we don’t remember. You will all have a special place in our hearts. Thank you Team Kinder, Cherthala for this heavenly experience.

Switching to another hospital, Very pathetic experience, They see patients as cash cows and doesn't feel like helping us. The doctor in the scanning center Dr. Anita is completely unprofessional, every month the appointment time would be around 10 am and the scanning would happen at 1 pm. I don't have any problem they taking the scanning for the first month 2nd month 3rd month 4th month and the 5th month but all the five times I had waiting period for more than 3 hours just for scanning. When I went to consultation I asked sudha doctor why don't you give me appointment on Saturday or Sunday so that I don't have to take any leaves to visit the hospital and doctor Sudha was like the doctor who is there for scanning is not available on Saturday and Sunday so you need to come on weekdays.

They will go for cesarean delivery always..there are no happening cases of normal delivery at Kinder Cherthala.They induce severe pain in patients so that they can't bear and helpless poor patients sign consent due to unbearable pain that is induced even before normal labour pain starts After getting consent the scenario will change they quickly undergo C-section directed by "Dr. Neena Ananthen"even though the patient used to consult any other doctor throughout the pregnancy journey . She has only one aim that is to somehow take out the child by c-section

After 5years wait consult Dr reshmi mam, with gods grace we are blessed with a baby boy now he is 1year i am really tankful to reshmi mam she is very friendly and giving good care and support

I had a very bad experience, I am pregnant and came here due to bleeding, but the emergency department nurses asked me rudely to stay out and I wait outside (in parking lot of ambulance)because I was covid positive(5th day) .When I get there, I wear all kinds of safety gear.Attitude towards me from the nursing staff was very bad. Eventhough that Dr treats me very well.(27/04/2023).

All the procedures were gone smoothly. Especially all the doctors and staff members are very cordial and helping nature as well as highly professional. Thank you kinder Keep it up and all the best.

My wife anf baby came for a nebulization.. For just a nebulization they charge 1300/very costly for child care... Be carefull always

Really satisfied and overwhelmed with the support and services of kinder hospital. I had a normal delivery at kinder on 22.2.2022.We were at Palakkad during the initial 6 months of my pregnancy and later on consulted Dr Sudha at kinder hospital. She was immensely supportive throughout the period and cleared all our doubts and queries with extreme patience.The entire nursing staff of kinder needs to be specially mentioned. The care and support they gave is highly commendable. We had the best experience at kinder and feel really happy and blessed that we chose the right place for welcoming our son. Special mention to Neethu of cordlife for all the help and support.

Overall experience in this hospital is pretty good for years since my child’s birth in 2019. But since day 1, we have been suffering delay from the Pharmacy. Pharmacy is handled by incompetent staff and there is always a delay of 30 mins minimum. Even after 4 years, the delay remains the same and no improvement is seen.

It was such a delightful experience with kinder hospital team. Doctors, nursing staffs n all the non medical staffs were too much cooperative n friendly, Definitely which reduces the stress. No. of rooms should have to increase by considering the patients...

I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. All staffs are professionally trained and are all very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how Dr. Sudha Sajeevan really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s have really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital. I am so glad I chose Kinder Hospital and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The hospital provides excellent treatment for sure. Like the treatment ways and procedures. But... I felt like going to an amusement park sort of. Not because I enjoyed it but because it was too difficult to find each department. As a first timer, I wished I could have a map of the hospital so that I can explore it. If you are ready to get lost youre welcome overall it is very good.

All medical and non medical professionals are highly cooperative especially labour room and theatre staff. Room facilities are good. I had a good experience with this hospital . I noticed some problems with OPD waiting to see doctors due to excess patient staffing ratio.

I dont have experience in this hospital,but am planning to go here for my delivery. i would like to ask about one thing why they are not allowing the spouse to be with the wife during delivery as the hospital claim that they are keeping international standards????other hospitals like Aster,Rajagiri they all giving this opportunity.

I am overwhelmed by the care given by this hospital. I have experienced with Dr. Resmy, Dr. Neena, Dr. Vennila and Dr. Sudha. I feel free to them and they are very welcoming and so I feel free to ask them about my concerns. I am really happy after consulting them through out my visits. To tell about Dr. Anathen, he is really a gem. He is concerned about each and every thing of a child and is very optimistic and supportive. Dr. Vidya is so friendly and calm and she answers every doubts. The sisters at the OP section are very helpful and pleasing and they direct us clearly about what is to be done next. The sisters in Labor room look after each patients well and the immense care they provide is applausable. I thank sister Reshmi and sister Sruthy who were with me for my delivery. The rooms here are very clean and the hospital is well concerned about hygiene. The casualty doctors as well as sisters are also very caring and had not faced any sort of pessimism even though we go their or call up the doctors late night during emergency. The canteen team's behavior will be based on their mood and will behave harsh sometimes as if we are wasting their time ordering food... I would highly recommend this hospital...

We got exceptional care from Dr. Kevin Antony during my daughter's pregnancy and delivery period. Highly recommend him as an empathetic, skilled gynecologist. Hospital services such as nursing care, dietetics, physiotherapy etc were really good. Room service provided by the canteen was really helpful. Compared to the last experience from Kinder during the first delivery, this time turned out to be hundred times better. If the hospital could improve its time management, services will be of high standards, patients' valuable time will not be lost.

I have good experience in kinder hospital during delivery with Dr Neena Anathen and my 5 year baby treatment with pediatrics department. Nursing staff are very friendly helped for our call. Canteen staff not good. Room service charge and food charge is expensive. Kinder hospital does not allow food from home. This is most worst thing I felt. One more thing is take hours to met doctor during appointments

Poor time management, we just came from Ekm to here with an expectation of lessening the delays, but now we had to wait for 4 hrs to get doctor consultation, then why from the start they provide consulting time)(booking) they told us it's 2 pm in the AN and now it's 3,we arrived here at 1.40 .. This is happening every time, even for scanning and everything too much time,,, and delays, few of the staffs are irresponsible towards the patients. Fed up.

Hi i am Dr Athira. K. M. I was pregnant and have delivered a baby angel in kinder hospital 6 months ago. I really had a great 9 months journey here. I had a miscarriage before and was not getting pregnant 6 months from then. Me and my husband were so stressed out so we decided to meet Dr Abishek Radakrishnan. At the very first meet we had a feeling of meeting Lord Viveekananda through his gestures and mannerisms.Through ovulation study and sperm analysis we found out that we were perfectly healthy. He told us just to relax and enjoy life and everything will be in its place. He whispered the golden words!!!! we were pregnant on the very next month.We met him again and he was there with us on our entire journey. He usually takes only his IVF cases but we pleased him to be with us and he did. He is really what a doctor should be. Caring, supportive and super cool. Thankyou for being a reason for our smile❤️Your words itself created such a positive vibe within us❤️you will be always in our prayers. And.. Not the least... My first delivery was in the Kinder hospital Cherthala.I had a very positive experience there as all our checks ups, scans are coordinated efficiently. All the doctors , staffs , and nurses in labour room are also friendly and supportive which we needed the most at that time .They provide a complete pregnancy package for us which includes pre pregnancy classes, yoga classes etc. which helped me a lot. The basic amenities are too good and rooms are well maintained.
