Edit:
Today,
I
visited
the
Liechtenstein
Tourist
Center
to
buy
some
souvenirs
and
get
the
souvenir
stamp.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
was
marred
by
the
rude
and
discourteous
behavior
of
a
young
staff
member
with
tattoos.
She
acted
as
if
questions
were
a
bother,
with
an
expression
that
screamed
“what
now!”
I
wasn’t
the
only
one
she
treated
this
way;
I
saw
her
being
equally
rude
to
other
visitors.
Checking
the
Google
reviews
later,
I
found
many
people
reported
the
same
issue.
Despite
the
authorities’
promises
to
fix
this,
nothing
seems
to
have
changed.
It’s
unacceptable
for
a
place
representing
Liechtenstein
to
employ
someone
so
disrespectful.
After
driving
through
seven
countries
from
the
Netherlands,
I’ve
never
encountered
such
poor
customer
service.
Especially
in
a
tourist
center,
staff
should
be
welcoming
and
friendly.
This
experience
left
a
negative
impression
of
Liechtenstein,
which
is
truly
disappointing.
Response:
If
it’s
a
bad
day,
take
a
day
off;
passing
on
that
to
the
next
one
will
not
help.
It
will
spoil
their
mood
as
well.
Furthermore,
in
all
other
places
I
visited,
there
were
no
robots
but
it
went
really
well.
