For a special souvenir, we got our passport stamped in the Tourist Information. And with my high heeled boots, climbed up from the Liechtenstein Center up to the Castle, where the Prince lives. Exhausting but had a lot of fun😇🙌

A small and very clean capital town, with nice view towards the Prince’s castle. I recommend taking a tour with the little train that leaves from the bus station. There is a car park next to it. Few departures for the train so look it up before.

Its ok. You can get a lots of souvenirs and a stemp for 3.50 frank. I didn't know there is another souvenir shop around and it's bigger and a little bit cheaper. Otherwise it's good and they helpful. You don't need to wear a mask. Actually nowhere needed to wear a mask in Lichtenstein.

Right in the middle of city center. Few meters away from museum, palace etc. It's also serving as Km 0 for the city. From here you can also see the Vaduz castle. As the country does not have an airport you may get a stamp on your passport here.

A bit of a tourist trap. The goods sold here can be bought elsewhere in the shops in the city up to 50% cheaper. But it's definitely worth a visit. For three Swiss francs, you can have an official Liechtenstein stamp stamped in your passport.

The Liechtenstein Center is actually the Tourist Information Center of Liechtenstein. Here you get all the Information what to do and see in Liechtenstein. In the on-site gift shop visitors can purchase the unique postage stamps as well as a wide range of other Liechtenstein souvenirs. You can also get a passport stamp here as well for 3€ Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's small and good service, but not many things to do and see, since the castle is closed. Some people come here just to get a passport stamp.

We went to the tourist information to get our passport stamped. It cost €3 or 3francs. Everything bit of merchandise has a crown on it. The staff is super friendly and the space around the area is nice to have a wonder around. Not sure if there's toilets but litchenstein has public toilets everywhere, one ahead of the information center at the bus stop and one behind at the church.

Great little tourist office and gift shop in the central point between the North & South borders. The two women in the centre were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend getting the adventure pass even if only here for a night. The 2 day pass is 29CHF but gets you in to all the museums as well as other free gifts and souvenirs including the passport stamp which is available at this centre. Totally worth it and you can easily get everything done in a day or two

No visit to Liechtenstein is complete without the compulsory drop by to the Liechtenstein Centre, either to get your passport stamped for CHF3, buy some keepsake or get a map to the area. They are also incredibly friendly and accomodating with relevant info, though could be short staffed.

Very picturesque : only regret is not having had one full day in Luxembourg city. Parking is easy but do not forget to pay when you enter the parking house... The bridge over the Rhine and the border to Switzerland offer very nice views...

This is the tourists center in the city of Vaduz. One of the main tourist attractions here. Everyone used to visit this place to get their passport stamped as a souvenir. They charge 3 Euros per stamp. In a way this is a memorable souvenir for the tourists while it is one of the income sources for the chaps in the tourists center.

Liechtenstein is a little and beautiful country. In the travel center, you can put the souvenir stamp on your passport. It costs CHF 3.00 or EUR 2.75 (2019).

I don't usually write reviews for tourist information centres, but this one deserves a big shout out. Open on New Year's Day, welcomed with a smile, and offered all you need as tourist in Liechtenstein.

Very nice little tourist center with very friendly staff. Lots of cool things to get inside. I think I got more stuff here than at any tourist shop I have ever been to. You can also get your passport stamped here! Cool little novelty.

Ganz einfach…

Lovely little welcome center and souvenir shop. We bought passport stamps, postcards, and souvenir snacks. The guy working on Sep 25 was so kind and so considerate - he took his time to line up the passport stamps for every single patron. That stood out to me as such a thoughtful act, because we will have those passport stamps forever. They also mail postcards for you if you buy the postcard and stamps.

Edit: Today, I visited the Liechtenstein Tourist Center to buy some souvenirs and get the souvenir stamp. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude and discourteous behavior of a young staff member with tattoos. She acted as if questions were a bother, with an expression that screamed “what now!” I wasn’t the only one she treated this way; I saw her being equally rude to other visitors. Checking the Google reviews later, I found many people reported the same issue. Despite the authorities’ promises to fix this, nothing seems to have changed. It’s unacceptable for a place representing Liechtenstein to employ someone so disrespectful. After driving through seven countries from the Netherlands, I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. Especially in a tourist center, staff should be welcoming and friendly. This experience left a negative impression of Liechtenstein, which is truly disappointing. Response: If it’s a bad day, take a day off; passing on that to the next one will not help. It will spoil their mood as well. Furthermore, in all other places I visited, there were no robots but it went really well.

The person who worked in this center in the afternoon of 30 July needs training about how to communicate with guests (i.e. tourists) and be a bit more flexible. Some tourists come from a long way to get to Vaduz and may barely manage to arrive at 6 PM which was closing hour of the center. And finally, this center needs an airconditioner so that this rude person does not CURSE in German language to those tourists who don't know German. (When we criticised her about her behaviour and bad language, she was like her behaviour was normal and she said it was too hot inside and she was tired.)

I stopped by to buy a fridge magnet. The young guy (dark hair and blue eyes) at the till/desk had the big headphones on and was on a phone call. I was waiting for 2-3 minutes in front of him to hang up and scan my magnet, but it didn't happen. While having a full conversation and laughing (with a friend I think), he took my magnet, removed his headphones just from 1 ear to tell me the price, and then he put them back and continued his conversation while charging my card. No "Hi" , "Bye" or "Thank you" . This is very rude and unprofessional ! The lack of basic manners was unbelievable ! Someone needs to give him a good customer service training or another job not facing the public.

rude staff could hv delivered nicely but they started to rage at the beginning very unclear instructions it said the stamp was stolen at the shop entrance and the stamp is placed inside the shop, which is just put on the table with no price indication and is easily accessible plus the opening hours shd be from 9am, why is it still closed at 10:15 when the staff is inside the shop? the worst experience of the entire trip total disappointment!
