Bad service. Card not working. Purposely Attendant give silly reasons like server down, Machine not working so that people end up paying in cash.

Good location. They have all type of payment options but card machine doesn't have network whenever I visit the pump. Need to do something of this issue.

Today 7/7/23 at around 9:20am, I was waiting in a queue for about 5-7 mins and when I came near the attendant she told me that BPCL smart fleet or any other card is not accept only cash or UPI is accepted. Bad service which I never expected. No proper notification on Cards not accepted. Was already late and didn't had time to argue so left the pump without fueling. They purposely avoid Card transactions as they don't want the additional work of operating the machine. Highly disappointed. Not worth even a single star. Gauri Bharat Petroleum Pump is far more superior in handling the much heavy crowd and transactions.

Located at the heart of the city. Good in and out points. Service is good. Clean point. But the toilets are not in good conditions.
