Worst Hotel in lifetime. Book by Tour Manager and its a very bad hotel. Too old rooms and bathrooms. Small bathroom can't even freshen up.

I don't Generally give Negetive Rating anybody can see my past Reviews record. But I must do it for this Restaurant we had Lunch here today and it wasn't the Pleasant experience. When we entered I asked for the washroom the guy guided me to the guest room thanks to him but it was dirty and this guy was reconfirming that it should be uncleaned so once I use it they clearly don't want to clean again anyway that was a small part of it. We have ordered Dal Makhani, Alloo Gobhi Masala, Maggi, Roti and Rice There was no appropriate salt in any of above gravy and even the Dal Makhani was full of chilly instead of its creamy taste when we told the f&b guy about the same he argued and even mentioned that you guy come to Kitchen and cook it by yourself I mean really someone can say that? Also Aloo Gobhi was full of water instead of proper masala. It was a really bad experience I never wasted that much food in my entire life and heard something this Arrogance from someone at Food outlet. God Bless them.

Location was too good. Room and room service was excellent. Behaviour of staff was very polite and professional. Will stay here again if i planned to come back Katra again. 👍🏼

Poor Hospitality, Unclean bathroom. They don't have Power backup for AC, was without AC in pack room whole night and was still charged for AC. Big NO for this so called resort.

Rooms are good but there are a few things to keep in mind, there's an inconsistent supply of electricity in that area, though there's a generator but the owner said "aa jaegi light" and didn't turn the generator on, the geyzer particularly in our room was not working very consistently, we had to face some issues with it too, the blanket provided was torn. Decent experience overall.

Room is not properly clean. There is a tv and phone but you can't use it. Bathroom is very small all the tap was not working. Comode flash is so little that you have to pour water by mug or bulti. Stuff behaviour is very rude. If you want to rent room first check the room by your own eyes. Don't believe in outside decorations.

Outer look Good, Resturant Good, price wise Food Quality and Quantity is impressive, Rooms : Very Bad, Smelling rooms, Bed Sheet was dirty, Old and loose fitting furnitures, Noisy fan, electric fittings are out of cabinet I got electric shock too, Washroom : Never experienced such a bad bathroom, flush was not working , water logging problem, fitting was loose and water leakage make you uneasy. Room Service: pathetic , no one bother, I stayed 2 days there in two different rooms intercom was not working in both of the rooms, you have to go down to reception for any service and most of the time you found no one there, on arrival they would not provide you any towel , shop or drinking water, you have to run to reception atleast 4 to 5 times for it. Don't expect any service at your room , they will not provide.

Very bad hotel with very bad service and bathroom is too bad condition basic things are not available don’t come here if your money is important. Bed sheet or pillow cover is not in good condition . Don’t buy room in this hotel . 🤮🤮🥴🥴

The hotel is good, rooms are also good with clean bathrooms havin hot and cold water available. Room service is good, bed sheets are clean but the uper blankets are not so clean. 4 people can share one room.

Pathetic experience. Hotel owner was very rude,rooms were unclean specially bathroom. There were mosquitos and used pads in bathroom. Booked this hotel due to high rush. I advised not to book this hotel ever

Room was cleaned, Toilet also Ok. Manager was so cooperative and friendly.

Worst food, worst rooms and service. They will even charge for no reasons for fake allegations. Plz avoid it at all cost
