studio
for
a

fat
loss
+
muscle
gain
program,
I
transform
from
84
kgs
to
74.5
kgs,
I
lost
around
9.5
kgs
of
excess
fat
and
at
mean
time
stared
gaining
muscles
after
loosing
the
target
fat.
These
all
happened
over
a
period
of
75
days.
I
was
given
two
different
diet
plans.
One
for
the
initial
fat
loss
period
(
First
45
days)
and
second
for
the
muscle
gain
(
remaining
30
days).
I
left
15
days
earlier
and
relocated
to
Chennai.
but,
I
had
reached
my
target
fat
loss
in
the
first
45
days
itself.
My
trainer
(
Mr.
Deen)
is
very
genuine,
Intialy
he
explained
how
fat
loss
works,
how
to
stick
with
diet
plan,
importance
of
cheat
meal,
etc..
then
he
motivated
and
supported
through
out
the
my
fitness
journey.
Gym
will
always
be
clean,
all
the
equipments
were
in
good
condition,
regular
maintenance
of
electrical
equipments.
People
were
good,
friendly,
we
will
keep
on
motivating
each
others.
So,
finally
if
you
are
serious
about
fitness
and
ready
to
achieve
fitness
goals
then
surely
it
will
be
right
place.
You
can
achieve
around
6
kgs
to
9
kgs
healthy
fat
loss
in
a
month.
