Must visit view point in Pathanamthitta. The road to the hilltop is quite narrow. However, vehicles can reach all the way up. Hence, no need of trekking. The place is just beautiful with cool breeze and stunning views. We went there in the evening time. The sunset sky was so pretty. If you're nearby Pathanamthitta and need to take a quick break to be with nature, I would suggest Kottappara Hills :)

This Is a beauty full hill place where car or bike can reach on the top. Recommended small cars with some decent ground clearance due to the road conditions. You can take left from pramadam health hospital and around 1 km to the hill top. Roads are just okay most places but not much easy if opposite side some vehicles comes as it's very narrow road. There is an ayyappa temple where ladies are not allowed and after ayyappa temple you need to go 300 mtrs on the same road to reach the view point. Best time visit is early morning 6.30 am to 7 am with mist or evening 5pm to 6.30 pm with sun set view. Only one shop there but most time it was closed. There is not much sign boards for guidance but ask the ayyappa temple to local people in case you have issues to find the route.

Enjoyed it and really interesting trip.It is a beautiful place and we get some positive vibe from here.. Really enjoyed it. The road to the hilltop was realy adventurous and we enjoyed it. It really nice to photoshoots and other like things. At the top we can see a small temple. We can take photos from here. Nice experience ♥️😍👍

Awestruck, stunning, spectacular, panoramic.. Are few words to describe the place. We went early morning during rains so as we arrived it was a bit cloudy but sky cleared and the view was breathtaking. You can see the whole of pathanamthitta from the top. An amazing place for camping and cooking, picnic, photography, vloggers. We spent 3 hrs just taking pics. Best part is the vehicle will go to the top of the hill. A must must visit place.

Wonderful place to spend an evening..We can go upto the top with vehicle.. Road is not that good and its very steepy...But its a nice place to hangout with family...21/08/2021

The main attraction is you can drive your car and park on the top of the rock, very calm and cool place, better time to visit in the early morning or evening A another view of PTA and beautiful Western Ghats. As well as the days with light drizzle will give you a memorable experience, if you are looking for a short visit without disturbing the locals it should be a great experience . Another hill station in Pathanamthitta that can be enjoyed at very limited cost.

It is a nice place to visit. Has good view. If you want to get the most of it you can visit in the morning to see a beautiful sunrise 🌅. Or in the evening for a wonderful sunset 🌇 (please don't litter to keep the place clean) **its makes me sad when people litter such good places**

Best destination for early morning and subset view . You you planning a trip you need to reach here after 6.00 am in morning and before 6in evening . One of the driven rock in pathanamthitta . We can’t explain the view with words.

The main attraction is you can drive your car and park on the top of the rock,very calm and cool place, better time to visit in the early morning or evening or when there is little rain, If there is a possibility of lightning, it is advisable not to go or leave the place and kindly try to keep this place as litter free as you can.

Nice place to spend time with an awesome view. Difficult to reach there as the roads are very bad.

360 degree view is awesome, it's a underrated spot, the way to get there is hilly area, around 10 minutes travel up to get the place, sunrise and sunset are main attractions

Good place to visit during evening hours. Pleasent breez and calm place. Can be easily reached by two wheeler. But it will little difficult for four wheeler to reach to the exact location due to curvy and narrow roads, the difficulty level wil increase if it is rainy or wet. But you can park short of 400-300m where it is very safe to drive in any condition. There is one small refreshments shop but it was closed. A another view of PTA and beautiful Western Ghats.

So calm and quiet location with good nature valley view. Afternoon time is not suitable.. cause lack of shades will make u swet at ☀️ days ..evenings and early mornings are best timings ...can drive car or byke ....

One of the hidden gems in Pathanamtitta district. I went there without any expectations but it exceeded all expectations ! Even a sedan car can be driven till the rocks. Amazing view and if there is fog, it doubles up and makes your day. Don't miss this valuable gem !

It was relaxing and refreshing during the time of evening, sunshine spread throughout the place. A moment of peace.

The atmosphere was very peaceful and serene, which made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The sunset view from the top of the hill was breathtaking.

Nice & calm place where we get almost all view even chandanapalli velyapalli..... Better to vist after 4pm, thus we can able to see the sunset also....

A nice place to visit to see a mountain spot. As I visited here, we can have a energetic sight of nature. Nothing special you can expect, just good view of mountains. Every Pathanamthitta natives must know about this hidden gem.

A pleasant place to spend an evening. This place got very famous around the people here very recently before that it was a secluded place. Wedding photography people are a disturbance to the atmosphere of the place :) other than that everything is ok.
