I actually liked this place. The food was good and the plates are put together nicely. They have a lot of variety of foods hence the long menu. The music was kinda loud, but they turned it down eventually. They take feedback well and very friendly and nice. We will come here again. The table that we sat was a little dirty but they cleaned it with Lysol after. I think it’s just a matter of wiping the tables as soon as they are cleared. I liked the environment and the vibes. They were playing good songs including Kumbia Kings. Also heard they have Live music.

As I'm from Austin going to new restaurants in different cities is always iffy for me, been in del Rio a couple times and tried different restaurants here... everything's been a let down or subpar. but man did I choose the right place to come too tonight!!! this place is pretty great, great staff, friendly, welcoming. Even though it was empty it felt like there was a party happening!! From the moment you walk in Everyone was giving amazing vibes. You could feel like these weren't just co-workers but family.💯 Very nice and sweet! Not to mention these chicken enchiladas were absolutely worth it!!🙌they tasted delicious from the green sauce to the tasty cheese that melted with every bite!. Beans and rice were also amazing, everything was fresh and hot. Chips and salsa were also good. will say the only downside is as I came around 8pm pulling up was a bit confusing. It's not as lit up as it should be!! If I lived here this would definitely be a come to restaurant! Would recommend to anyone stopping by! Differently one of the finer things in Del Rio🙏🙏

Food was very good. Server was excellent, she knew exactly what to recommend. Prices a little higher than expected, but food quality was excellent!

Service from the server over all was awesome. The food was pretty good, chips and salsa also came with the meal. The chips are freshly made and the salsa was pretty good.

We were happy with our food (sirloin tacos and enchiladas suizas, with a side of guacamole). Our server was attentive and helpful. It was busy on Friday evening, so our food took a little while to arrive, but we were expecting that going in the door. It was worth the wait.

2nd time coming here and once again, they didn't disappoint 🙌 Marisol, one of the servers, was amazing at attending my family and I and even went above doing more than her job descriptions. The food was amazing. I had 2 barbacoa tacos which the meat was cut very fine and smooth. The 1 bean and cheese I had was also good! The Tortillas were thin, crispy, and flavourful. The coffee was also good too. I can't wait for them to open their new location soon.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. This was our first time here. We will definitely be making this one of our preferred places to dine out. They have a large menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has sea food as well.

The food was amazing. Our favorite is the tacos. They are small but so good and we get them every time we come. The atmosphere is so great with good music playing the the background. Our server Marisol was really great! She always checked in on us and made our time here so enjoyable.

Always great to stop by El Molcajete for lunch and/or dinner. Today we had the mini molcajete, it was delicious and perfect size for two. Gabby was an excellent waitress, very attentive, polite and professional.

Yamilet was a great host, very friendly, courteous and helpful. She helped recommend certain items to me and my best friend. Food was that good that I didn't have time to take a picture.

I’m baaaaaaaack!!! Second visit and it was a great visit like the first one!!!! Food was fresh and tasty. Our waitress Yamilet was very helpful and nice. This will be a regular eating place for us whenever we are in town for business.

Margaret; limeade with a bit of alcohol in it, table salt on the rim. Tacos Al Pastor was flavorful. Charo beans, great flavor, however small serving and bowl ⅓ full of pork fat. They're moving to their new location soon. Maybe the lunch is better? They are open later than most Mexican restaurants in town.

Great place. We got in there just before the rush. It's a very popular place. We got their molcajete dinner, a margarita and michelada.

So good! I didn't know what I wanted so I told the waiter so surprise me. She did not disappoint!! The dish she brought me was so yummy! Makes me wish I lived closer so I could go back.

I was very pleased with the great food, the service was Quick and awesome. The waitress Marisol Castillo was very friendly, attentive, and Quick. We were very pleased and impressed with her service. We will definitley be returning and will highly recommend it.

Service was good. Food took a little bit longer than expected. The majority of the plates were fairly mediocre, especially considering that we're a town that lives on the border. Best tasting food item was their Gorditas.

Very good. Friendly, helpful service, cold beer and fantastic food. I had the pastor tacos and a side of refried and they were the best tacos I’ve had in a very long time

Tried the sweet bread appetizer-amazing. Guac was fresh, salsa for the chips were delicious. Mole and pina colada was also very good. For the brave hearted try the ceviche level 10 spice. Servers were very friendly.

One word...DELICIOUS!!! Service was awesome, food was awesome!! Had the Mini Molcajete for an appetizer and was very surprised at the layers of flavor that it had. Shrimp, beef, sausage, salsa, cheese. All good stuff. Main order arrived and was more than enough to satisfy. Lemonade was also very good. The only con about the place is the very limited parking available, but side street parking is always an option.

The food was good, and the green salsa was delicious. Be careful ordering chips and salsa. The small is 2.99, and the large is 6.99. 6.99 seems pretty for chips and salsa in Del Rio, Texas

Great tasting food and good service. Veteran discount! Portion sizes should be larger for the higher price. No complimentary chips/salsa and nachos are about 10 per plate. Margaritas need improving, including more tequila.

Absolutely Outstanding! Very friendly staff. Very helpful with recommendations. We got some chips and fresh guacamole, some cilantro and dice tomatoes with salsa. Made our own nachos and was really good. We ordered the Molcajete Signature plate for two. Very nice presentation and couldn’t eat it all. Will be on my list next time We are in Del Rio

Excellent but made to order so expect to spend some time or order ahead. Charming and friendly staff, clean and delicious food! Can't wait to go back. Wish they had a full bar or wine choices and a Sunday Brunch would be the bomb!
