One of the worse place to stay. Waste of money. Old building the sealing is falling off. They call it VVIP rooms. Extremely unhygienic place high humidity. Worse wash room. Over priced. The bed spread was stained and the fan was broken. We reached 5 hours late to check in still the room was not cleaned. Spider and bugs problem in the room. We complaint thousand times no response from the maintenance. Uneducated and untrained highly irresponsible people. I traveled almost to most of the Indian one of the worst place to stay I would say. Please don't go with your family. The place doesn't look good for family. Hope people can understand. Don't trust any photos shown in the search engines. The actual condition of the place is worse than a public toilets.

Good but they will try that you'll not get your advance back even if you are vacating just half an hour from actual checkout. Could have been maintained better.

For booking a room, the receptionist wasn't responding on the phone. After booking the room, it wasn't cleaned well, there was vomiting and bad smell. I informed the receptionist but she didn't respond.

Nice place to hangout. Hospitality is not so good. We have adjust because of the hill station. Main junctions are nearby. So we can buy needed. Camp fire place and drinking places for friends are good. You can enjoy it when you are with friends..

We stayed in a dorm as a family of around 22 people apprx. This place is bit far from main locations and that is its advantage and disadvantage. There's a small canteen at this resort, most of the time they run out of stock like milk. Huge resort with lot of open places with lot of trees and plants feels like you are inside a mini forest. Play area for children's are there and they will enjoy it. You will not get network inside this resort and they will give you wifi which is mostly unavailable when you are as a group.

The rooms of this resort is not worth for the money. The rooms are not good . The owner of this resort is too rude . This is resort is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with my friends and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess .. guys don't book this hotel and the resort at all...even the wifi is worst..u can search for another ull get good one ……..

Large Number of people can stay here Budget friendly. Ambitions good. Parking available.

I would suggest avoiding this place. Compareably the price is less but maintenance is worse to the core, especially the receptionist of the resort the really worst ever person I have come across. Please avoid this stay

This is my second time visiting kolli hills as soon i have reached gone through many resorts rooms to check their stay everyone just disappointed after half day search came back to PA only then found ths is the best resort here reasonable price, good stay comfort for couples, secured, best location got an small canteen outside the gate with best basic indian food looks small but tastes good, only issue is zero network here and PA’s wifi wont work much. Finding network in total kolli hills is a tough job. Upto me again ill book pa for my next visit to kolli.

Good rooms and maintained well hygienic... Lots of rooms available and best thing was no online booking required... Except BSNL no mobile network in the near around areas but WIFI is available

Have to concentrate on maintenance... We Need fresh and good aroma while entering into room should not feel bad smell....
