Rooms which we got water leakage in bathroom and half bathroom water was standing so dirt. Rooms very small no proper TV not working somehow it came only tamil outsider what we need to do. Hortible to horrible veg food panner curry water , tomatoes paste and raw panner, palav rice with little vegetables no taste even no salt. Non veg chicken no cooked properly may gas was over as all three time was not cooked

I want to share my Honest Review here., this resort was actually good for friends and family(Who really want to enjoy the trip) and this is not the right place for some family with aged people., Trips are actually planned to have real enjoyment and some fun together.! Fire Camps for Youngsters., college students as well as family members too and meant to enjoy the real weather and good night but We were forced by Resort Members to close our fire camp before 10:00 PM just because some families stayed around and we walked through a KM outer near to the entrance of the resort to vibe ourself.! To be Honest the resort people are really cooperative for each and every individuals thoughts and enjoyments., they served quality food., good refreshments in the morning but little late due to heavy crowded people as it was the long weekend.! FYI Boomers - We too stayed in that resort as family and friends., We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend with my family and friends. I’m requesting family members., if you really want to enjoy the trip then you are pretty much sure to have your stay in this resort and it’s worth for money.!! If you want to sleep like how you do at ur home don’t prefer rather you have so many rich resorts around with good sound proof rooms and no disturbance around.! Resort people to improvise Housekeeping.! Time Management to manage customers if over crowded.! Workout well how to manage different Kind of people.! Priorities the actual need.! “TRIPS ARE ACTUALLY MEANT TO ENJOY AND SHOULD NOT BE PLANNED FOR SLEEP” According to me it’s a good stay👍🏻

One of the Old Resort placed 1Km from Semmedu Junction. Resort is built with steel and ready to use parts (not with concrete) which will make you insecure while staying (you can hear voices, tv sound or so on from next rooms) which is irritating. They don't have a invertor so when rain starts most of the time power will be shutdown. Service : Roomboy was so kind and he helped to sort many issues as quick as possible It's just have the name Resort, but you don't get any playing area, activity to do here. I would Prefer this stay only if your going along with your Friends.

It's a perfect resort for stay with your friends. We planned for one day trip, from resort they gave good accommodation, rooms are good, neat and clean. And its main attraction is price, very very budget friendly resort...

This is not a proper building. Its a metalic structure... with false room covered with PVC sheet. Parking = 2. Its a small circular place. Other cars will be parked behind yours. Need to wait for 15 to 20mins to take ours. Entry road = 0 Entry to property is full of stones and need to drive down 10 feet ramp with stones (up and downhill) every time. Risks as it is narrow and need to name a sharp acute angle curve on a slope. Dangerous. No proper road as we need to cross a lake. Rooms = 1. Its a metal house. Very small. Seniors cant climb. You Will clearly hear what next room is talking. TV sound from next room is always audible. Celing is asbestos sheet. Full night we were hearing snow dropplets or some sounds. Till late night people were shouting..whistling..in campfire Unable to sleep. This was very clearly audible in room. Unable to sleep. Bed = 0. Worst Nothing in cotton. pillow covers, bed spreads and wrappers are made up of cheap screen cloth. Stinking with bobbins which will stick on our face and lips in the morning Towels : 5 very good. Bathroom = 0. Didn't like. Toilet we need to squeeze as the celing is lower near corner. Wrongly positioned toilet gun. Always lying on wet floor. Food = 3. Food is relatively better. But you have to pay. No complimentary breakfast . Cheap too. Service = 3. Fews young boys. They are responsive..whe Customer care : 1 As the rating of NPS is 3.x in google (probably for the avove points). We enquired twice. Owner lost patience and not willing to answer much. This is definitely not for family with elderly people. We vacated with a day and moved to other property. Probably OK for bikers coming in gangs who are looking for cheaper accommodations. Its like a cozy sleeper berth.

A good hotel to stay with friends. Close to the semmedu bus stand. Rooms need some improvement. ~11 km distance to agaya gangai falls..

Worst customer service . 1. Internet doesn’t work in rooms 2. TV is not recharged and we asked them recharge multiple times . They didn’t do it at all 3. Food is not a available on time . Lot family pelople struggled with starving with kids 4. Heater doesn’t work . If asked no response 5. Towel and other things is not given . When asked no response
