Who the heck orders a PLAIN grilled sandwich??? I ordered a DELUXE SANDWICH. And i end up back on I75 with a piece of grilled chicken on some wheat bread with no condiments or toppings?!? Its already been a bad day. This just topped it off. At least my dogs happy.

Chick-fil-A is our go to lunch stop whenever we are on the road. The food is wholesome and nutritious, and the staff is always cheerful and friendly. My daughter always get the kid’s meal with nuggets and fresh fruit (which I gladly share with her). She sometimes chooses an ice cream cup instead of the toy, but in this visit they gave us a book for the toy which was perfect for the car! My favorite item is the Spicy Southwest Salad with Creamy Salsa Dressing. Chick-fil-A would get 5 stars if it’s weren’t for their insistence upon using styrofoam for their drinks. I usually bring in my own cup so I don’t have to get one there. Everything else is perfect!

Chick-fil-A always delivers! Especially love the attention to details with the local shop center pieces.

Delicious food but not the best experience did not get utensils or chick filet sauce. I spilled my fries which might of been my fault but I was looking for the MIA sauce…

This place is awesome. Always a great place to eat, regardless if you are eating in or taking out. Always clean, staff is fantastic, and always greet you with a smile. Very great customer service skills. I haven't been in a Chick-fil-a yet, were the staff was rude and not helpful. They need to give a lot of fast food chains they're ideas on how to have good customer service, how to greet customers with a smile, their managers are very involved, and also treat customers with respect and have very good customer service skills. I give them 100 stars across the board. Keep up the good work guy's!

DON'T go there for coffee if you want a large 1 size coffee cup Bought 2 coffees....cost plus tax= same price of a BETTER coffee Coffee weak, no taste, bland Yogurt parfait was ok App rewards is a pain to use at times

It is now my pleasure to write a review. Always a delight to walk into a restaurant where the people who are waiting to serve you are actually happy to see you. Food is always delicious, bathrooms are clean. These are why we will always seek out a chick FIL a when we travel.

Great friendly staff. I wish Chickfila would cut out all the complicated parking lot stuff and just let people park and go in and eat. Drive through is not the only focus. This is fast food. We just want to come in and order and eat. Love that sunberry tea!

While running from hurricane IAN me and my family stopped at this Chick-fil-A not only was this place clean. The food was fresh & hot, service was fast the staff was on point an polite. I was impressed how well they worked like a team to knock down the huge line that was there when i first pulled in.

I will start by saying that most of the time the customer service is great. There was one time a while back I found a piece of hair on my chicken sandwich and I told a manager about it and she wasn't too friendly even after I showed it to her. It wasn't my fault hair was on my sandwich and this makes me think the restaurant is not that clean and they should wear hair nets when dealing with food. Besides this incident the customer service is mostly great!

Typical Chick-fil-A ! Very busy, but the staff was very efficient and got our food out fast. They have an overflow parking lot next to the building which makes getting in out very easy.

Nate made our stop here super nice. He went above and beyond with some great conversation! Can't wait to see him again!!

Staff were great. All the food was fresh and hot, but the spicy chicken was so thin, I could almost see through it. Doubt it weighed more than 2 ounces. Other than that, everything was great.

So I took a trip here on Monday for breakfast. My mini meal bread was hard on the bottom so I phoned back to inform them. The store I actually called was in St. Augustin, FL by accident and spoke with a nice, concerned manager who apologized and said she would replace my meal. Well today I had time so I returned to St. Augustin Road where I actually made the purchase to have my meal replaced. What I received was a very nasty, arrogant young "manager" who acted as if I was first of all looking for something I never purchased. He asked for a receipt which I did not bother to keep. I gave him one better, a look at my back ledger showing the purchase. He then says, "well I will replace the mini". Sir, I purchased a meal to consume! I left those with him and his nasty attitude. Worst service I have EVER received at this location. The only thing I left there feeling happy about is that I put the meal on my debit card and can dispute the charge to my card. Smdh

Food excellent as always. Our order taker however was very dry and distracted. Think she would be better inside. Not a people person, nor a good representation on the Chick-fil-A brand.

Service was incredible! Fantastic atmosphere even at its busiest time and this is with me having two hyper toddlers to tend to. Staff is patient and it's a very family friendly place to come for a quality fast food experience.

Went through the drive-thru for a quick dinner, there were no issues with my meal. The food tasted good and up to standard, and the wait wasn't bad at all. Service was very friendly and welcoming. This was a good location.

Chick-Fil-A didn't live up to the standards they have set in the past few years with their service. The drive-through was very slow. It circled around the building, and the two girls' work seemed to be very lost. The food was fresh and good. Gotta love God's chicken. 🤣

The owner came out to greet us and spoke with us for several minutes. Nice man. He even bought a case of our hot sauces to give away to his faithful employees. The employees there were the nicest and most kind people I've had co tact with in a long time. They operate a great store.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, after doing some shopping. Apparently, a greyhound pulled in only moments before me... the Cashiers were hustling to get everyone taken care of. I placed my orders only minutes after reaching the counter, and had my food brought to the table less than 7mins after placing the orders. Super Fast, Super Friendly, And Hot Fresh Lunch.

Just mediocre in every way. Food was lukewarm but edible. They are open until 10PM which is nice. Employees weren't super attentive as Chick Fil A employees go, but still better than most fast food restaurants. I would go back if mildly desperate for a later evening food option.

Probably one of the mediocre experiences I have ever had at a chic-fil-a. Person taking my order didn’t take our name and then the didn’t know what I ordered at the window. Person taking my order told me it’s been a long day and she was ready to go. No it’s my pleasure everyone just seemed annoyed. Food was good though

The organization in the drive thru during lunch rush was IMPRESSIVE! I was initially hesitant upon arrival, after seeing the line wrapped around the restaurant 1.5 times. I timed myself from start to finish, and was pleasantly surprised by my 10 minute completion. Extremely courteous and efficient, not to mention lunch was hot!! Highly recommend to ANYONE. Chick-fil-A is my all-time favorite place to dine!❤️

I ate the chicken strips like something was running after me. Well, driving from out of town on a 6 plus hours road trip isn’t fun but it can be fun with some chick-fil-A meal ha. It was yummy, service was amazing and fast then we continue our journey.
