Sooooooo good!! I'm devastated they don't have one of these where I live. I'm so glad I decided to try this place while I'm visiting. So, so, so good. I need to come back before I leave. 😩 staff was really nice, as well! Definitely recommend this place.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to my favorite place for lunch. I travel often and when I’m in the south I always look forward to having lunch here. I placed a pickup order here and it was the worst customer service experience, I asked as I was picking my order up if I could get extra crackers and extra pickles…. Pickles for crying out loud. She refused to give them to me without charging me , I left my wallet in the car because it’s never been an issue before to be charged for PICKLES. extra crackers weren’t a problem but the pickles were, worst ever in disappointed in this location. Super sad I’ll know to avoid this location if I return here for a work trip.

It’s been like the fourth time I’ve come and refrained from leaving bad reviews because I have friends that work there and the food is good. But they can’t get ordered correct to save their lives, every time I come they forget sides and I have to turn around or if I do check at the window it really doesn’t matter it happens every time and needs to be fixed.

Everything about this lil restaurant was 100. I'd thought their prices would be higher & the amount of chicken salad would be to small for a full meal but nope, I got enough food to fulfill my hunger & @ such a small price too. I just wish we had a Chicken Salad Chick in my hometown of Blackshear, GA or @ least in the next county/town over in Waycross. Thanks for leaving me wanting more. I absolutely love it & will be eating here now every single time I have to drive to Valdosta for all of my doctor's appointments. ❤️🤤🤘

Luv the variety! I'm very picky about my chicken salad (which is my favorite food) and I've had 3 so far that I'm in love with! I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!

Their chicken salad is amazing and there are so many different options to choose from! My only complaint is that I missed out on the BOGO sale the Friday before Mother’s Day as they shut the restaurant down until they could catch up on orders. My husband missed the opportunity to experience their food this trip home which made me sad. We all know the parking/drive thru is a beast at this location. But worth the trip at least once a week.

The Egg Salad Sandwich on a croissant is my favorite, and the sweet tea is always fresh. They have some of the friendliest customer service in Valdosta, and they always greet you with a smile. Prices are a little high, but the food quality is great, so I really can't complain. I will keep going back for the friendly staff alone, I can't say that about quite a few other establishments here in town. Keep up the great work!!

It would be amazing if you could choose what you wanted in the chicken salad. I would love the original but I can not stand to eat celery other ones looked good too but I have a nut allergy and the one with pickles would have been great if it wasn't sweet pickle. Maybe I can call the day before to see if they can make some without an ingredient then my rating would be a 5.

The food was good and plenty of it. The potato soup was great. It was my first time there, but it will not be my last time.

Good food. Outrageous drive thru line. Don’t come here for your 30 min lunch break. You’ll wait at least 30 min in line.

The croissant is dry as the desert it tastes old it’s so dry. The crackers have more moisture than this croissant. They need to do better because this food it too expensive for it to be this nasty. I’m upset I don’t know if I will be back.

Great food and survivable pricing! I am surprised at how large the servings are. Clean and comfortable setting pleasant service. My wife enjoys this place as much as I do.

Always delicious! Paid less here than I did at Burger King a couple of weeks ago. The food is better, you get more for your money, and the service is excellent.

At least to me, the food is very average and the chicken salad is always terribly bland. But the real head scratcher for me is that the wheat bread is always stale. NEVER moist and fresh, never.

I used to love this place, but it’s really going downhill. Yesterday afternoon, I was luckily the only car in the drive thru. I still had to wait about 15 minutes before they brought my order to the window. After all that time waiting, I drove home and the order was WRONG. I had to drive back up there to get my correct order. This is not their first time doing this. Unfortunately, I may be done going here.

Absolutely delicious!! Everything was well prepared and looked amazing! The fruit was fresh and the salad was beautiful (no bad lettuce or cucumbers.) Dressing for salad is good too. The workers were nice and helped answer our questions! Severely worth it - especially for catering for office Christmas parties! Broccoli salad is also to die-for!

Baby shower DISASTER! Scheduled the event over a month ago, food and a room for a baby shower. Called to confirm what decorations can be put up and the rules for hanging them on the wall. Was told we could be there between 1:30 and 1:45 to start setting up for the event at 2pm. Showed up and the room was full of customers! The staff had failed to reserve the room. We did not get to decorate and had to wait on customers to leave. Do your events somewhere else!

Love ❤ this place but I do not like the fact that it's wheat crakers instead of club crackers with my fruity Fran it doesn't taste that great with the fruity chicken salad.

They were prompt. The restaurant was very clean and I would leave pictures but...well,I ALREADY ATE THE SANDWICH🥰. However,they do sell different flavors including Buffalo flavored chicken salad called BUFFALO BARCLAY so please try it

I've been told about this place by friends at work.. decided to try it out on my lunch break. It's a great place to get away. Peaceful, fast and the staff is all so kind! Their food is delicious, it is also really filling! I could only eat half of my sandwich. The whole meal for like $9.00, I'll definitely be back.

Love the Staff. Food was delicious. Ordered our food and got it fast. Was my 1st time trying them and definitely will be back. Love all the varieties of sandwiches, sides and bread types. Highly recommend
