I would leave 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. Morgan whom is the leasing manager is rude to the residents. She is very lazy, inconsiderate and inappropriate. Since I pay over $1000 in rent I would expect better customer service. Due to me working during office hours I’ve been calling for weeks trying to obtain information regarding moving out. I have not been able to get through on ANY of the MANY numbers listed. Tonight I was locked out of my apartment for 2 hours only to get attitude from the office staff because the emergency numbers they have provided state that those lines have been disconnected. Overall. This was a much nicer place to live when there was better staff. The leasing manager should be replaced. I would like to thank the upper management that reached out to me about my issues and quickly offered resolution!

I’ve been living here for 3 years now, and I would definitely give my overall experience a 10/10. Jessica the leasing manager is the BOMB, she is the most helpful person I’ve ever met, & deserves a raise. Anytime I’ve had any issues with the apartment or anything else pertaining to living here, she made sure they were resolved within a timely manner. Id recommend living here any day! Love you Jess.

This is hands down the best apartment complex in Valdosta. The apartments are spacious and the building is super clean. Maintenance is always readily available whenever I need anything. I love that it is centrally located and there’s lots of food options near by. Kendra in the leasing office was very helpful and explained my move in process to me effortlessly. Ive toured and lived in many places in Valdosta and this place is #1 by far.

Living here was very mid. I lived here for three years and for two of those years the lights in my bathroom didn’t work even though I put in two work orders. The building itself is okay but the management and maintenance is not good. Plus, you can’t get packages through your mailbox, they have to manually be put in by staff so weekend and mail after 5 is not a thing and usually they close the office on Friday so you don’t get mail Fridays either.

They have mold. I had two occasions of mold in my apartment. After the first time they “cleaned” it then the second time it got all over my personal stuff, and the furniture. I had to throw away all my personal stuff due to it having mold on it. It was coming through the vents and made me and my dog sick. DO NOT MOVE HERE they have a huge mold problem and don’t care about the tenants at all. i had to find someone to sublease my own apartment and pay just to move out for their own problem. i know people who have had to the same problem, RIDICULOUS!

The unit and property itself is nice however the office staff is rude, and does not communicate effectively nor professionally. They also give attitude when residents address concerns and do not seem to care about fixing the issues.

Up and coming apts for the area, clean and safe, well Policed with some of the top Cops in the area.

There has been new management put in place in the past year and any qualm that I️ have had has been taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and they are cleaned and repainted before every tenant. It has been a great first-apartment experience for me and I️ have recommended it to others as a great option to look into.
