Love the food and coffee, but why does a place with no dine in have tips? It's awkward when the person in the drive through taking your order asks if you want to tip. Not really, but because you asked me and are now staring at me for a response, I feel obligated.

The coffee is not the same all the time. Sometimes it is too watery. The wait is terrible. For what people pay the service and quality should and could be better.

Staff is really nice and professional. Coffee and food are always great! Can't really say too much about the atmosphere because it's a little shop with double drive thru and no dine-in. The area was clean.

The best Iced Caramel Machiatto I’ve had. Traveled to Georgia on business and stumbled upon this place, they did not disappoint. Taylor was amazing, she was friendly and had great ideas on what to do in the area while I was visiting. Thank you!

Every visit the coffee is the same. What a wonderful experience that the product has quality and consistency. The breakfast sandwich is a good portion and hot and tasty.

I went to Red Owl on my bike. I really don't know much about fru fru coffee, but I'm glad my barrista did. It was early morning, and I needed a serious boost. A large latte with 5 shots of espresso was the deal. Add a little bit of vanilla, and you have a loyal customer. The price was very reasonable in comparison to the stars guys. That latte was awesome and kept me going all day. The barristas are professional and very polite. They talk with you and make sure they get you what you want. I highly recommend! And don't forget to tip. They work hard and deserve it!!

Open arrival the girl that took my order was very nice and kind. Her attitude was very welcoming which is always a plus. From the time I was in line and gave her my order, I was in out of line and about 6 minutes with my coffee. Great service, 5 stars for sure.

It's a drive through, no sit in. I usually get the golden owl, and this time I tried the caramel dulce, and the white chocolate gives it a very nice twist. I think I'll get another one today. I'm from Texas, so I gotta get my fix as often as I can 😊 I've never had a bad order! (Knock on wood 😉)

My daughter loves this place, but I wasn't impressed. We stopped by and she bought me a banana smoothie. Took one sip of it, and then had her taste it. We both agreed. It tasted like a cucumber smoothie. Blech! I guess this place isn't for me.

Awesome spot! Never had a bad drink from here and the staff is always so nice. Breakfast sandwiches are great. The building is set up with a drive thru on both sides so it's keeps things moving very quickly. Definitely worth it over big chains like Starbucks.

I have always loved little local coffee shops and supporting local so when I moved to small town Valdosta, GA. I quickly knew Red Owl was going to be a favorite! Every time I come to Red Owl I would always order 2 different drinks just to alternate my taste. First, being my iced golden owl with extra shot of espresso with oat milk … what a beautiful taste the oat milk gives this drink! Second, just an iced chai latte with shot of espresso. Anytime I come to Red Owl I love when Taylor is working she has always made my drinks to perfection. She is always so kind and sweet when I would come to the window. Always has a big smile on her face too! Don’t forget to give your punch card! The free drink is one of my favorite parts and such a surprise when it’s free drink time!! Thank you again Red Owl for the wonderful supply of coffee 💛 & Thank you Taylor!!!!

I went to Red Owl and got the best smoothie ever. I was served by Hollee and she suggested the wild berry smoothie with whip cream on top and the blueberry muffin. The service was quick and positive. 10/10 would get again!

Love love love Red Owl Coffee!!! They are so happy and friendly at the Bemiss location. Holly was so nice to my pup and remembered my order from the day before. I'm definitely going back again as there aren't many places that serve with a smile.

The coffee was delicious and the service was fast! Destiny was very kind and helped us with our selections. She was very knowledgeable. Also, the cups were completely full so you get your money’s worth.

I love coming in to get the strawberry banana smoothie but then Taylor got me hooked on the new hoot energy drinks. I love those drinks and will drive out of my way to get one! Solar shock is my favorite 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been trying different coffee shops lately & ran across this one! Surprisingly there wasn’t a long wait & the service was amazing. Taylor was an awesome barista & made a great white chocolate mocha latte. Definitely a good place for your buck.

I visited Red Owl for the first time ever today, and I will gladly be back. I got the sweetest girl to help me, which I believe her name was Holly. She had amazing customer service, and honestly that’s a big thing for me. My coffee was perfect too. Great place, Great worker. Highly recommend.

I never knew you could add things to your drinks here! I got the golden owl add brown sugar & extra honey & oooo wee it was so good!! Cheaper & faster than starbucks (and they're not out of half their ingredients 😉)

The employees are great. They will work with you to get you exactly what you want. The coffee is the best in town!

I Love the coffee here but this is the 2nd time in less than a month that I have been here and the place was closed before the hours posted on Google. I am not so concerned about them closing early because I do understand that most places are closing early due to being short staffed. What I am more concerned about is the fact that there were 2 employees in the place and neither one of them came to the window (both of them saw us) to tell us they were closed. They just ignored us and let us sit there. We finally saw a sign on the window that said closing at 5pm.

Today was such an awkward experience. I had ordered a large caramel frap with the staff outside. Once I was at the window my toddler decided she wanted a muffin. As the lady open the window to give me my drink I asked her if she could ring up a chocolate chip muffin. I guess she asked a guy working there as well and he said “ no, tell them to go make the line again” she was so embarrassed to tell us what he had told her, you could tell she felt bad but couldn’t do anything. This is not the type of customer service I was expecting.

We love their frozen coffee. Yesterday we finally tried a breakfast sandwich. The ham egg and cheese was great.
