This airport is small compare to others but has a very beautiful structures, high ceilings makes the place more open and bigger. Security checkpoint was pretty quick and people were nice. A lot of selections for stores and restaurant. There one lounge ANA the lounge is big but it looks plain. Need more vibrant colors and the food was cold.

TAP airlines will charge you for everything. There were delays with no communication. Transported from bus to airplane. Cost for a carry-on was extreme especially since I as able to board with that same carry on from Morocco to Portugal. We had a layover in Portugal (flying to IAD) they had us go through security again. Checked my carry-on because now it’s too big and charged me $120. They did this with half the flight. So be aware.

Of course I was the only one to get picked out of line because I am brown skinned. It's a normal Airport, as many others, not big not small. There isn't huge passengers traffic as we can see in Airports in other big cities, but this Porto Airport, for me, it's simply the best. Everything in there is fast and we'll organized. I love landing and departing from the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. It is simply the best!

Honestly don’t understand why Porto airport got so huge ratings. For my point of view, this airport is extremely disaster of route planning. 1. Tax free shopping area fill with bunch with ppl stuck the path. 2. We took Ryanair and after boarding process, still need to stand at an small area which crowded with 180 passengers. The air was very stinky with gasoline and sweat……. 3. Pretty disabled-unfriendly and kid- unfriendly, you must walk all the way to your airplane, if you traveled with young kid/baby was really annoying. 4. Female toilet was the most disgusting airport WC I’ve ever used. There’s some flies, 💩and period stain on the door, no water or soap. Super smelly I almost vomited in the toilet. To be fair there’s one good thing is their security check was fast. We won’t come back this airport/ city again and flied with Ryanair anyway. The staffs were just rude and unprofessional.

This airport is pretty small so traveling through is quick and easy. However there is only one woman’s restroom with 9 stalls and right after I went in it was closed for cleaning. There is also only one water bottle refilling station, creating a ling line. Security is quick, take the elevator afterwards if you want to avoid the duty free gauntlet.
