Contratamos por 35 euros las siguientes cosas: - Catamarán de 11:00 a 13:30 con una consumición y baño fondeando una vez se hubiera salido del puerto. - Comida en un hostel a las 14:00 con "Barra libre" hasta 1L por persona - Entrada a discoteca para la noche Pues bien. No hubo baño, justificado, según explicó el capitán cuando fuimos a hablar con él al ver que no nos deteníamos para el baño. Según ellos era obvio que no nos bañaríamos. Al acabar pusimos reclamación (de buenas maneras) pidiéndoles que reflejasen que el baño estaría sujeto a la decisión del capitán e informaran a los clientes. Tras casi media hora de espera y reticencias nos sacaron la hoja de reclamaciones para luego aceptar nuestra crítica y reconocer que era constructiva (aunque nos pareció el "sí" a los tontos). En la comida la "barra libre" de 1L ya no era de 1L...sino de 0'5L por persona...por supuesto los responsables del restaurante no sabían nada. La discoteca eran 15€ de entrada, que por ser nosotros lo dejarían en 10...los de la discoteca Moon (detrás de Akuarela) no sabían nada tampoco. Son todos una panda de sinvergüenzas, empezando por el tal Pablo que atiende en Valencia Boat Party. Es una lástima que algo que se puede hacer así de bien lo estropeen de tal modo. Contratamos el servicio en agosto (catamaran en el atardecer) la chica nos dijo que no se hacia ese fin de semana, esperamos al siguiente y nos dio hora, al rato nos llamo para cancelar, a la hora de la fecha acordada nos llamo para ir, sin margen de tiempo. Ahora hemos llamado para coger otra vez cita ya que se comprometieron a llamar pero no hubo respuesta, y nos dicen que solo hay salidas por la mañana, hemos comprado algo que no vamos a tener, a parte del cachondeo... sin duda fatal.

We went on a Sunday, arround departure time. The booking staff said it's fully booked for the day but strangely no boat or people were on sight. We presented our Valencia Tourist cards just to find out that they don't know about any discount. After few minutes we came to an agreement for Monday. Without any notification, at the departure time, we were informed that the boat had a major broken engine. We received our money back but because of this "engine problem" we missed visiting a palace and some time on the beach.

Hola buena noches.....la experiencia a sido de lo mas gratificante (aunque lo inesperado me maree)al parar para comer...cual fue mi sorpresa ...la paella horrible y pastosas no lo decía yo mucha gente que estaba a nuestro alrededor también. un cero al cocinero y la preparación de la comida.....postre.jajjja un trocito de melón y piña....muy pobre para lo que aviamos pagado ....no volveré, eso seguro

It was an amazing experrience we had with group of friends. The boat ride & the experience swimming in the middle of the sea was awesome. The food that they serve was ok and we enjoy the time that we spend there especially during the swimming time

It was easy to order our boatride. Only we received a message in the late afternoon via Whatsapp that our boatride was cancelled due to An event. A little bit strange as events are known in advance.

A nice 1.5 hour sunset cruise to finish off a day at the beach or sightseeing. They have a good playlist that sets the vibe, so definitely try and come along with family and friends for a pleasant boat ride. Build up an appetite throughout the journey and then indulge in a scrumptious meal on the beachfront promenade later on.

An enjoyable evening. The sunset was well worth seeing and provided a beautiful backdrop. Will, Sol & crew were great. Overall, a nice evening out. Would recommend.

Booked a boat tour to see the sunset from the sea. When the sun set, we were already back in the harbour... Definitely not recommended...

It was a really bad experience, sea wasn't in conditioning to navigate and they have been pushed by company to comply the tour. 5 people were vomiting, 1 pregnant woman required medical assistant. Crew appears doesn't have proper training for this and most of them act like don't care about it. Electrical power generator failed and there was not music, they tried to repair it during sailing but doesn't work. They didn't complete the tour, only wait for passing the time and we only went out few miles from port and got back. I personally assisted some of people who felt dizzy (one of them with anxious crisis). People walking close to border of the ship without any caution. Crew members were at the upper level and didn't realize that downstairs were people having a really bad time, I personally called them twice asking for help. I went with my family and was a very disappointing plan. Just we were wishing to go back to the port and finish this bad experience. Of course I filed a complain, they refunded my money. I had the opportunity to talk with crew and captain and exposed my opinion about this disaster tour. They had one engine failure, external power generator didn't work, crew lack of training, walking through passengers with diesel fuel tank (smelling this was worse for passengers). They stop the ship during minutes to try to repair the generator and this was even worse for passengers to get dizzy. Only positive part, the captain understand the situation and accepted my complain. Day after I received my money back, at least I didn't lose 105 eur for 4 adults and a baby. One crew member told me they were pushed to sail even with those weather conditions. Another issue is that there is no air conditioning inside the ship.... temperature was really hot inside the ship but it wasn't safe be out with ship moving side by side due moderate waves intensity. I never will recommend this tour, because crew is not prepare for any emergency, they act like don't care, we didn't were instructed were life jackets are located. Thanks God this was just a bad experience but I don't want to imagine how bad could it be this with something worse than a bad weather.

The worst customer support ever! If you’re planning to make a reservation, you better start trying to reach them one month in advance. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t value customers on the phone. Too bad.

No phone number to ring to reserve, only a Web form and email. Very disappointing that no one could be bothered to reply to my booking request. I will use a different company next time.

Disfrutamos de un atardecer a bordo del catamaran con copa de cava y ostras. Experiencia relajante vistas preciosas. Personal atento, y agradable. Nos rellenaban la copa de cava, nos ofrecian más ostras. Para repetir.
