Great location in Valencia, very good value for money . Room and facilities were super clean and tidy. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. En suite bathroom was perfect for me . Only issue I had was getting into the building then into my room, the doors were quite difficult to unlock .

The staff is very friendly and makes sure that everything is clean. We had to wait at the entrance but the two women came very fast and gave us the keys for the flat. Sadly there is no stove to cook a meal. Other than that I'm very happy

Private room for very cheap. Fairly clean, close to the centre. The key to my room was not working, so I couldn't lock it - at 3 am some other guests came inside (aaaand what's in here??!) but that's a problem of disrespectful people, not the place itself.

for being right in the center very reasonable price, two bathrooms (not the cleanest ones), room (for 2) with a nice windows to the street, possible to park a scooter on the street downside no.1: no heating in whole hostel - not good for visiting in winter downside no.2: check-in possible only during specific times, many people including ourselves had to wait an hour+ to get their room - so be aware of that if you plan coming here and check the times when to come so that you don't have to wait

Nice place if you want to stay cheap, close to the center and friendly people who manage the Guesthouse. No noice of the busy centrum but close to everything

Had to wait one hour to check in, other people waited two.. Room was as small as the BIG cockroaches that were in the hallway and bathroom..it was too hot in the room as there was no ventilation. Worst thing is that they had given us a wrong key so we couldn’t enter the door of the house.../and when we mentioned that to the manager he didn’t do anything to fix it. We had to wait for other guests to open the door. Another couple was also given wrong keys. No apologies from the manager and didn’t get back to us.

Not really as advertised, this a hostel with private rooms you shares with others. Nice Bathrooms and kitchen and we'll situated.

Building work still going! There's kitchen but no kettle, one fan for a long shared family room it's too hot to bare! Building work is too loud...
