I had a mini pizza with pepperoni and it was delicious. The sauce to cheese ratio was spot on. The crust was thick but light. I don't know how they do that but it was awesome.

Horrible service. Placing the order over the phone took forever, the server was just quiet when I asked any questions, did not know what they were doing. I ordered a pizza and a chicken salad with ranch dressing, breaded chicken and no banana peppers. I got someone else’s order with a different name than on my pizza. I know I should’ve checked but it had a tied bag on it and the place looked really good inside, I did not expect them to have such bad service. Three girls at the front desk were too busy laughing to each other, instead of giving me the right order. I even went back for a missing ranch they were just staring at me like they didn’t know what the ranch was. Save yourself a trip there, service was really frustrating.

This is a great luncheon spot. I sat at the bar and ordered a calzone. The bartender was fantastic, the wait staff were very friendly and courteous. The calzone I ordered was really good. Will definitely be returning to this establishment in the near future.

This is third time I have been here. And the first trying the pizza. I ordered a small traditional pie with everything on it. It was so good! It was larger than what I expected but that just means more for later. I should have reviewed earlier but I had completely forgotten when I got my food. Third time is a charm.

We stopped in for the first time today. I enjoyed my penne with red sauce and mashed potatoes. My friends had seafood alfredo and lasagna and they loved it. Very good food, affordable, and nicely sized portions. The bathroom was also clean. 👌

Good food, good service. They sat 11 of us within about 15 minutes. No trouble splitting checks. We had a big variety of food and everyone enjoyed what they got. There was even a guy walking around doing balloon animals (and aliens and flowers, etc) for the kids.

Monte Cello’s is a local chain Italian restaurant. This location serves mostly pizzas, wings, salads, calzones, strombolis, hoagies and other sandwiches, and pastas as well as several appetizers and entrees. My husband and I ate dinner at this location once. Our appetizer combo contained a wide selection of fried zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower, onion rings, provolone sticks, and jalapeno poppers. My entree was four shells that were stuffed with ricotta cheese and topped with tomato sauce. My husband’s entree was chicken parmesan. We thought that the size of the entrees was a little small. For sides, we had salads and bread rolls. The food tasted good, and the employees were nice. Our seats could have been cleaner and more comfortable. I would recommend that the menu add the delicious breadsticks that the Ross location has.

My wife and I eat there often always in the bar area. The menu is 90% Italian. The food is usually well prepared. The beer selection is good. The atmosphere is hot or miss depending on the customers at the time. No one uses an inside voice even when speaking to someone two feet away so it is usually loud conversation. The language ranges from grandmotherly to outright unfiltered. Last night we heard many Godd___ms and f__ks coming from several tables away. Don't take your kids if in their formative years. OR sit in the restaurant side.

Still a really good restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. The wedding soup hasn’t changed. It’s one of my favorites in the area. They got rid of my favorite meal on the menu (manicotti), but they have shells stuffed with cheese, which is very similar. Going there with someone in a walker is a bit difficult and I can’t imagine dealing with a wheelchair there. There are stairs on one side of the entrance and a curb on the other. If they have a ramp anywhere, I’ve never seen it.

Me and my wife went out for a drink and dinner which we haven't been able to do in over 12 years. But it was nice, very busy. But we only waited maybe 5 minutes and then our server was very good and we had a good time!

So wayyyyyy overpriced. My daughter begged to go to one forever so we finally got to one service was meh. Not the best and the prices were absolutely ridiculous french fry basket for just french fries $11 i ordered a side of fries they gave me a basket so got charged for basket....yikes they were mediocre especially for $11. They rest of the food everyone got was just ok. Def the worst food we had on our stay to Phoenix. I can see to all the famous rich ppl that go here its cool cuz of the big fancy drinks n milkshakes and stuff meals are all basically $16 minimum i think but most of them over $21. My daughter got ham n cheese sandwich with fries it was $19 insane. Just be prepared to spend over $100 if ur careful for few ppl u could easily spend couple hundred if u order whatever u want. I def knoa.theres better tasting food and restaurants in Phoenix especially in that area theres 20 or 30 restaurants to. Choose from. I def would try n talk ur kid out of the tiktok gimmik def in my honest opinion not anywhere near worth it or worth the prices they charge. Especially when the restaurant was dead we should have had excellent food n service bit def wasnt the case!! Sorry but.the truth ive worked in food service restaurants for 25 yrs n ive always strived to give my best whether busy or slow and def not this restaurants motto. I wish u all luck.
