I
rented
a
van
for
6
days
and
the
experience
without
being
all
bad,
was
more
than
enough
not
to
repeat
with
Sixt.
I
book
it
via
the
web
at
a
good
price,
so
far
so
good.
My
first
surprise
is
that
in
the
confirmation
email
they
tell
you
that
they
only
keep
the
van
for
you
ALREADY
PAID
for
one
hour,
if
you
arrive
later
than
the
time
you
had
set,
you
lose
it.
How
an
unforeseen
event
arose
and
maybe
I
was
going
to
arrive
later
than
the
hour
I
tried
to
talk
to
an
operator
at
the
collection
office
(Paterna,
Valencia)
...
mission
impossible.
Once
I'm
at
the
pick-up
office,
the
surprises
follow.
To
begin
with,
the
boy
who
serves
me
is
very
nice,
but
little
by
little
he
begins
to
get
more
aggressive
(commercially
speaking)
when
he
sees
that
I
do
not
want
extras
that
inflate
the
price
and
that
for
me
they
were
not
necessary.
The
problem
comes
when
he
tells
me
(almost
forcing
me)
to
take
out
insurance,
which
to
my
surprise
is
almost
twice
what
the
van
costs
me
(€
330
approx),
because
literally
the
van
only
has
third
party
insurance,
and
If
your
van
breaks
down
or
you
have
a
puncture,
you
are
the
one
who
then
pays
for
the
tow
truck,
and
at
an
abusive
price.
In
spite
of
everything,
I
told
them
that
I
was
not
going
to
pay
that
fortune
for
such
expensive
insurance,
which
to
top
it
off
was
a
franchise.
The
employee
was
becoming
very
insistent
and
bordering
on
lack
of
respect,
he
made
me
3-4
more
offers,
lowering
the
amount
and
coverage
and
creating
a
rather
bad
atmosphere.
Finally,
since
I
was
going
to
do
many
kilometers,
I
decided
to
hire
one
for
€
107,
which
was
so
basic
that
any
other
company
already
carries
it
as
standard.
The
decision
to
accept
this
insurance
despite
having
a
very
high
franchise
is
because
at
least
it
included
roadside
assistance,
glass
breakage
and
the
sheet
of
the
van,
because
literally
the
employee
told
me,
"You
will
know,
but
if
you
return
it
with
a
small
chinazo
or
some
simple
line
will
have
to
pay
all
the
sheet
metal
services
",
this
comment
was
literal
on
the
part
of
the
employee.
I
make
the
extra
payment,
pay
the
franchise
(€
200)
and
they
give
me
a
very
new
VW
van
(6800km),
which
was
really
great
throughout
the
trip.
But
my
surprise
is
that
when
we
went
to
see
it,
it
was
full
of
scratches
and
marks
(curious
that
they
threaten
to
pay
a
fortune
in
penalties
or
pay
a
very
expensive
insurance
for
the
slightest
exterior
damage,
and
then
the
van
they
give
you
seems
like
They
have
made
a
compilation
of
all
the
types
of
scratches
that
exist).
I
open
the
cabin,
and
bittersweet
sensation,
it
was
lined
with
wood
so
that
it
would
not
deteriorate.
This
might
sound
like
a
good
thing,
but
it's
for
the
inexperienced.
The
reason
is
that
a
van
has
specific
dimensions
so
that
3
European
pallets
can
fit
in,
and
if
you
put
protection
wood
in,
they
no
longer
fit.
In
the
ad
on
the
web
they
give
you
some
measurements
that
are
much
larger
than
the
ones
I
found
in
the
van
and
that
brought
me
many
problems,
but
I
could
no
longer
cancel
the
reservation
without
losing
the
money
(another
problem
...
.).
Finally,
as
I
have
already
mentioned,
the
van
went
well
throughout
the
trip,
but
as
expected,
I
am
going
to
clean
the
windshield
and
...
I
didn't
have
any
liquid.
On
the
day
of
delivery,
they
gave
me
the
option
that
if
it
was
after
hours,
I
could
park
it
in
the
parking
lot
of
a
nearby
hotel,
and
wow,
when
I
arrived,
all
the
squares
were
occupied,
absolutely
all
of
them.
I
had
to
go
to
the
reception
to
protest
and
what
solution
did
they
give
me?
That
he
left
it
badly
parked
in
the
middle
of
the
parking
lot,
and
that
it
did
not
matter
if
the
cars
could
not
leave
later.
Like
to
leave
it
parked
there
without
insurance,
and
that
some
car
wanting
to
get
out
scratches
it,
or
that
some
driver
annoyed
by
being
blocked
wants
to
take
justice
into
his
hand.
Sorry,
but
I'm
not
going
back
to
Sixt,
more
expensive
than
other
companies
if
you
want
to
go
minimally
safe,
a
very
aggressive
sales
policy
that
creates
very
bad
feelings,
and
then
they
don't
even
bring
windshield
washer
fluid.
Disappointing.
(Original)
Alquilé
una
furgoneta
por
6
días
y
la
experiencia
sin
ser
del
todo
mala,
fue
más
que
suficiente
para
no
repetir
con
Sixt.
La
reservo
vía
web
a
un
buen
precio,
hasta
ahí
todo
bien.
Mi
primera
sorpresa
es
que
en
el
correo
de
confirmación
te
dicen
que
sólo
te
guardan
la
furgoneta
YA
PAGADA
una
hora,
si
llegas
más
tarde
de
la
hora
que
habías
puesto,
la
pierdes.
Cómo
me
surgió
un
imprevisto
y
quizá
fuese
a
llegar
más
tarde
de
la
hora
intento
hablar
con
un
operador
de
la
oficina
de
recogida
(Paterna,
Valencia)...
misión
imposible.
Una
vez
estoy
en
la
oficina
de
recogida,
siguen
las
sorpresas.
Para
empezar
el
chico
que
me
atiende
muy
simpático,
pero
poco
a
poco
empieza
a
ponerse
más
agresivo
(comercialmente
hablando)
al
ver
que
no
quiero
extras
que
inflen
el
precio
y
que
para
mí
no
me
eran
necesarios.
El
problema
viene
cuando
me
dice
(casi
que
me
obliga)
a
contratar
un
seguro,
el
cual
para
mi
sorpresa
casi
vale
el
doble
que
lo
que
me
cuesta
la
furgoneta
(330€
aprox),
porque
literalmente
la
furgoneta
sólo
tiene
seguro
a
terceros,
y
si
se
te
estropea
la
furgoneta
o
tienes
un
pinchazo,
tú
eres
el
que
luego
les
pagas
la
grúa,
y
a
un
precio
abusivo.
Pese
a
todo,
les
dije
que
no
iba
a
pagar
ese
dineral
por
un
seguro
tan
caro,
que
para
colmo
era
con
franquicia.
El
empleado
fue
poniéndose
muy
insistente
y
rozando
ya
la
falta
de
respeto,
me
hace
3-4
ofertas
más,
bajando
la
cantidad
y
la
cobertura
y
creando
bastante
mal
ambiente.
Finalmente,
puesto
que
yo
iba
a
hacer
muchos
kilómetros,
decidí
contratar
uno
por
107€,
que
era
tan
básico
que
cualquier
otra
compañía
ya
lo
lleva
de
serie.
La
decisión
de
aceptar
ese
seguro
pese
a
tener
una
franquicia
muy
alta
es
porque
al
menos
incluía
asistencia
en
carretera,
rotura
de
cristales
y
la
chapa
de
la
furgoneta,
porque
literalmente
el
empleado
me
dijo
,"usted
sabrá,
pero
con
que
la
devuelva
con
un
pequeño
chinazo
o
alguna
simple
raya
tendrá
que
pagar
todos
los
servicios
de
chapistería",
este
comentario
fue
literal
por
parte
del
empleado.
Hago
el
pago
extra,
pago
la
franquicia
(200€)
y
me
dan
una
furgoneta
VW
muy
nueva
(6800km),
que
la
verdad
fue
genial
durante
todo
el
viaje.
Pero
mi
sorpresa
es
que
cuando
nos
acercamos
a
verla,
estaba
llena
de
raspones
y
marcas
(curioso
que
te
amenacen
con
pagar
un
dineral
en
penalizaciones
o
en
pagar
un
carísimo
seguro
ante
el
más
mínimo
desperfecto
exterior,
y
luego
la
furgoneta
que
te
dan
parece
que
han
hecho
un
recopilatorio
de
todos
los
tipos
de
arañazos
que
existen).
Abro
la
cabina,
y
agridulce
sensación,
estaba
forrada
de
madera
para
que
no
se
deteriorase.
Esto
podría
parecer
una
cosa
buena,
pero
es
de
inexpertos.
El
motivo
es
que
una
furgoneta
tiene
unas
dimensiones
específicas
para
que
entren
3
palets
europeos,
y
si
pones
maderas
de
protección,
ya
no
entran.
En
el
anuncio
de
la
web
te
ponen
unas
medidas
que
son
bastante
más
grandes
que
las
que
me
encontré
en
la
furgoneta
y
eso
a
mi
eso
me
trajo
muchos
problemas,
pero
ya
no
podía
anular
la
reserva
sin
perder
el
dinero
(otro
problema
más...).
Finalmente,
como
ya
he
comentado
la
furgoneta
fue
bien
durante
todo
el
viaje,
pero
como
era
de
preveer,
voy
a
limpiar
el
parabrisas
y...
Ni
líquido
tenía.
El
día
de
la
entrega,
me
daban
la
opción
de
que
si
era
fuera
de
horario,
la
podía
aparcar
en
el
parking
de
un
hotel
cercano,
y
vaya,
al
llegar
todas
las
plazas
ocupadas,
absolutamente
todas.
Me
tocó
ir
a
protestar
a
la
recepción
y
¿qué
solución
me
dieron?
Que
la
deje
mal
aparcada
en
medio
del
parking,
y
que
daba
igual
si
luego
los
coches
no
podían
salir.
Como
para
dejarla
aparcada
ahí
sin
seguro,
y
que
algún
coche
queriendo
salir
me
la
raye,
o
que
algún
conductor
molesto
por
quedarse
bloqueado
quisiera
tomarse
la
justicia
por
su
mano.
Lo
siento,
pero
yo
no
vuelvo
a
Sixt,
más
caro
que
otras
compañías
si
quieres
ir
mínimamente
seguro,
una
política
muy
agresiva
de
ventas
que
crea
muy
malas
sensaciones,
y
luego
ni
líquido
limpiaparabrisas
traen.
Decepcionante.
