Booked an appointment on line for 1.30pm on 12 August. Received text and email confirmation. On arrival it was clear the dentist was closed despite their website and signs saying they were open. Total waste of my time. I do not recommend this dentist.

So amazed by the team of Vitaldent in Torrevieja. I am really scared of dentists and everyone there was being very nice and respectful about it. I had some work done with Pupe there and she was amazing. So professional and gentle. My treatments were done fabulously and I will only go there from now. If like me you are scared, You can go there and give your trust to all the team of VitalDent Torrevieja.

Well my wife as had a terrible time still waiting 6 months for treatment under guarantee. They appear not to want to do the treatments required she cannot get an answer why not. She as been told they are changing labs they are changing staff at head office appointments booked and for them to cancel as we were travelling to the clinic. It looks like we will have to get alternative treatment and send them the invoice along with a solicitors letter. Then we have been asked if we would recommend them to friends and family.Update my wife as now completed her treatment and she couldn't be happier.We would like to thank Pupe for all her work to get this problem resolved.

The administration done by (Carlos) and the reception and dental assistant (Pupe) perfect! They speak English (and Spanish) so the communication is easy, the entire process was painless, easy and smooth and the team at Vitaldent Torrevieja are incredibly attentive! The clinic is spotless and all surfaces are disinfected, as well as masks and gloves worn by the staff. Patients in the waiting room wear masks too. The whole experience was relaxing and painless and in fact, quite comfortable!
