Where should I start!! As “a titanium elite member of Marriott”, you would expect an upgrade upon check in, complimentary breakfast, some food credit…etc, but with this one, NOTHING!! The hotel is relatively small. The room was also small, but clean. Furniture is somehow old, the TV is hilarious (an old ~24-28 inch😂)! The valet parking is more expensive than some 5 star hotel!! However, The worse thing was that you can’t actually control the “Air condition”!! It is always warm in the winter & cold in the summer!! So if I want some cool air in February, in somehow warm day of around 20 degrees, I should either open the windows or stay warm inside the room!! Definitely not worth the price. Marriott should really reconsider having this hotel under their name. P. S. I couldn’t not tolerate this hotel for one day, so I checked out the same day & of course they charged me!

We spent 5 nights and had the best time of our lives. The rooms are beautiful - clean, spacious, comfortable, with almost all the toiletries you would need. The internal garden area is quiet with lots of space. The staff is very friendly and helpful (very good level of English as well). Breakfasts have a variety of options and were delicious. The cocktails are very big and not overpriced. You could also order cocktails and food to the pool. The room service was opened till late (23:30 if I am not mistaken). The pool was very clean with an amazing view. The plank beds were usually all taken by the time we arrived but there were plenty sofas in the shade. The location was amazing as well - very quiet street, but very central, close to so many attractions. We will be staying here again.

We simply loved it. To us, this was just the perfect stay in a beautiful hotel with great service, facilities, and superb staff. Everywhere the hotel, you can feel the love, thought, and effort that was done to assure their guests would feel comfortable well looked after and special. All staff members impressed us with their friendliness and professional attitude. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, well equipped all we wanted and needed was there. Bed fantastic sheets are super nice and fresh. Great rooftop bar and pool. Nice areas to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing in Seville. Breakfast outstanding. Reviewed breakfast separately. Thanks all staff for making our stay unforgettable. 🙏

The front desk and bell staff here are very friendly and accommodating and do their best with a hotel that, unfortunately, has some major issues, in terms of comfort. My room had one, very small window that opened up to the walkway and courtyard below, meaning I had to choose between fresh air/natural light and privacy. I opted for the latter. The first night was very uncomfortable, due to the heat and humidity in the room, as this hotel has not spent the money to upgrade to a modern climate system, despite its high prices. Therefore, you may not have access to heat or air conditioning, depending on the central mode that has been set by the hotel. In my case, I was lucky that the staff understood my displeasure with the climate and turned on the a/c, making the room far more comfortable (despite the lack of natural light). The room itself was showing quite a bit of wear and tear, with scuffs and dents on the walls and floor and some stains and signs of overuse on the leather seat and makeup seat in the bathroom. There was a significant amount of limescale on the toilet flusher. This, again, points to a reluctance by ownership to spend the money on the upkeep of the hotel, despite high the prices they charge. The courtyard is quite pretty, but there was a large reception on one of the days I stayed, which was very loud and produced a lot of cigarette smoke, which I could smell in my room. All that said, I gave it three stars, due to the excellent staff and location.

Beautiful and charming hotel in 15min walking distance to cathedral, parks and shopping. Beautiful room and hotel spaces. I truly enjoyed having prolonged breakfasts in one of the courtyards. All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kris and Juan who treated us like royalty upon arrival and again at departure.

While the building is charming and the staff is friendly, beware if you book through Marriott. They will give you a room with only one window and call it an upgrade then tell you nothing better is available. It felt like a jail cell. The pool is nice, the €15 breakfast buffet is good though you can get for €3-5 in the city. Avoid room 21! It’s a dark jail cell (but with jacuzzi yippee). The room could have easily had one more window added in front of the TV and it would have been so much better.

We have visited Alicante's Hospes hotel several times and our experience has always been 5/5. Because of the good experiences, we booked a room for the weekend at this hotel in Seville and our experience was the complete opposite. We are Marriott Elite customers and we expected to get some benefits here as well when we booked a room through Marriott. Turns out benefits don't apply here and that was totally fine. However, the staff placed us in an accessible room, the noisiest place in the entire hotel. We couldn't spend a single minute in the room on Saturday, because the hotel organized a wedding right in front of our door without any advance warning (the party was organized without a lie, 1.5m from the entrance to our room). We stayed with a small dog in the hotel, which sometimes barks at strange sounds and our entire stay was a complete farce. We will never stay at this hotel again!

We are gold members and have stayed in numerous Marriott hotels with great service until this stay. We arrived for check in on 4/26/2023. We arrived at the front desk to check in without any problems. The problem began when we went up to the room and the air conditioning didn’t work in the room we were assigned. It was 97 degrees by the way. We tried for 20 minutes to get the air going and it was obvious it wasn’t going to work. My wife went down to the front desk to let them know and the man at the front desk told her to turn it on and wait 15 minutes in a very dismissive tone. He clearly assumed she was not capable of Turning on the air conditioner. He smugly said he would send someone up to check on it. Another worker came up and checked on the AC and guess what…. It wasn’t working just like we told the guy at the front desk. He would only believe it wasn’t working if his colleague told him it wasn’t working. My wife went back to the front desk to see when they would finally believe us that it wasn’t working and move us to a different room. They were informed that we had dinner reservations in 30 minutes and he completely ignored her. He didn’t acknowledge her at all. She stood there uncomfortably waiting for him to answer her and finally he responded that another room was available and it was an upgraded room. He basically dismissed her when we had a valid issue. I have a suggestion for the rude unhelpful man at the front desk. Keep your upgraded room and try treating people with respect, especially women. I do not recommend this hotel based on the poor service and the way to treat customers. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

I had a suite. The air conditioning in the bedroom was so cold and the hotel did not fix. I had to sleep with the window open under a duvet (blanket) and the outside temperature was 100 degrees Fahrenheit . I do not recommend this hotel. Room not very clean.

A charming, tasteful and comfortable hotel in a beautiful historic building; built around two cool courtyards and with a refreshing rooftop pool. The staff here were friendly and helpful, which made for a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Kris for his exemplary and cheerful service.

Absolutely lovely traditional Spanish hotel. We had a junior suite with a massive bed. Staff were so polite and helpful. Good location for all the attractions. Food was lovely and roof top bar and pool in 25 degree heat was lovely. Would highly recommend if you want a traditional experience. I and my wife really enjoyed our stay.

Charming boutique hotel with delightful staff. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and felt secluded but still close enough to all the action. Decorated with character, we really loved all the small details of the hotel. Rooms on the smaller side, but not a dealbreaker. Nice touch added with a bottle of cava and handwritten note for my birthday. We didn’t utilize the rooftop as it was too cold to swim and was quite crowded, but great space. Overall great stay!

We love the hospes chain of boutique hotels and Seville has not failed us. All of the staff work tirelessly but a special mention for Patricia, she is everywhere, one minute serving at the pool the next on dinner service and always with a smile.

We are loyal Marriott customers and we’re so excited to stay at this property in Seville especially after the gorgeous stay we had at the Marriott property in Grenada. This hotel is quaint and well located. When we arrived we thought it was under renovation because the lobby was a shabby sunroom. Our room was nice and clean but needs updating and has a tiny tv. At $170 a night we came back from a great dinner to a huge party in the hotel courtyard. Noisy party still going on past midnight and our room, clothes and hair smell like a cigarette smoke!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! There is no A/C and I have no choice but to open my window or sweat in a cigarette smelling box. Disgusting!!! They offered me a fan or to move rooms at midnight!!! Really Marriott????

Good hotel but not quite a 4 star. The location is OK. You will have to walk atleast 15 mins to get to the main areas. The building is cool as it is an old house renovated to a hotel. The common areas are nicely appointed and cozy. The rooms, however were underwhelming. It wasn’t any one thing but a combination of many small details that you expect out of a luxury Marriott. The lack of any art in the room, a very old TV, not enough electric plug points, no modern AC, no steps to get into the bath tub, bath fittings somewhat flimsy, etc. etc. The staff were very professional and friendly. If they can elevate the rooms and amenities, this would make a good Luxury hotel.

We spent 2 nights here. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were enchanted by the charm. The courtyard is reminiscent of the oriental architecture of a riat, and is lovingly planted with pink flowering plants. The rooms are solidly furnished, and have both a good coffee maker and a minibar. The air conditioning is really extremely pleasant, no stiff neck, no musty air, just pleasant at 43 degrees Celsius outside. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, with a very good breakfast buffet. Once we also had dinner, and were positively surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the service. We were served 3 different olive oils for appetizers, great! The staff is very accommodating, the suitcases are taken from you right away, the car is parked, no wishes remained unfulfilled!

Wonderful, charming little boutique hotel. Quite central, a 10-20 minutes walk away from most monuments and from some of the best restaurants in Seville. Friendly staff. Rooftop with a small but nice swimming pool…perfect for relaxing during crazy hot summer days. Hospes also wins extra brownie points because it’s a Dog-friendly hotel. We brought our dog with us and everyone was friendly. The best part? We ended enjoying our mini vacations in Seville 10x more because we could bring our dog with us. We didn’t have dinner at their restaurant Azahar, but we had a few light lunches at the pool bar and the food was delicious (loved the bacalao y naranja croquetas)…Only negative was: one of the days we ordered two glasses of white wine and they served us white wine with ice cubes (Big NO NO for any wine lover), but other than that pool bar food and service was good.

The staff was amazing and attentive to guests. The rooms were large, quiet, and had additional seating that was useful. Bathroom was clean and a nice size. Open air seating as well as sitting rooms in common areas were really inviting.

Where do I even start?! We spent a whole week at Las Casas Del Rey de Baeza exploring beautiful Sevilla, and we couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our vacation. This hotel made our Sevilla trip an unforgettable one. Location: It could not be more centrally located. I love being 10 minutes walking from the the busiest parts of the city — like the Cathedral area — but also close to more local and less touristy neighborhoods like Alfalfa and Feria. The hotel is in a street that isn’t very busy, so we felt tucked in the whole time from the moment we stepped inside the lobby and were welcomed by their incredible staff. Speaking of staff — everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The treatment was up there with some luxury hotels we’ve stayed at. Honestly, I can’t say enough amazing things about those working at this hotel. From leaving bottles of water in our car for our drive to cleaning our room at 9 PM because housekeeping accidentally forgot one day — they went above and beyond with their actions to ensure we felt taken care of. The hotel itself is just gorgeous. It felt like the set of an Andalusian movie. The courtyard, the plants, the subtle touches everywhere; it was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve had the privilege of staying at. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and their non-cookie-cutter decor made for an incredible first impression. Parking was a breeze — they charged €24 a day, which is fair for valet parking. Parking garages nearby charge more. I would gladly pay for this again.

Beautiful small hotel and attentive staff, getting there we were very impressed with the appearance of everything and check in process. Our room was a 'courtyard view' which I assume every room is, however as a ground level room that meant that outside of our door as well as the windows on the opposite side of the room was seating for the restaurant. Any time we looked out our windows someone was sitting right outside staring back. We tried to keep the windows closed, but housekeeping kept coming in and opening the windows and curtains, which was a bit of a privacy concern. Our room did not have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, and people were very loud talking/eating/smoking in the morning right outside of our window which was a bit annoying. The roof and pool area are also beautiful but very small, every day we were there the loungers as well as all chairs were taken and people were waiting to get a spot to sit. It's nice as a bonus but if a pool is a selling point it's a little disappointing when there is such a low capacity compared to the number of guests. Location was pretty good, it's a walk to get to the main attractions and a lot of the places we wanted to visit or eat at but we were able to manage without too much difficulty

Very nice hotel with decent location in central Seville. Beds were extremely comfortable and check-in / check-out process was very smooth. This is a boutique hotel with a lot of history - very well maintained. Great stay for adults/couple. Would not necessarily recommend for children. The most critical point I can make is if I would stay here again - answer is yes.

Cute hotel with friendly staff, and large well appointed rooms. Could do with better soundproofing of rooms which open into the courtyard where others congregate. Beds and linens very comfortable, bathroom has high end toiletries and a large bath and shower. Prices are reasonable, given both the location (a short walk to the cathedral and alcazar) and quality. Rooftop swimming pool and lounge chairs all very good (though the pool is chilled too much and it's very cold).

What a Jewel. Perfectly located in such a quiet street. Lively property and most importantly the staff is amazing. We were received by Miguel and his co workers. They were delightful. Professional and caring. Bravo For the hotels! Thanks again Sandra & Ron

I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were taken really good care of and they made sure to directly upgrade our room to a suite that will suit us as a family of 4. Juan, the manager, and staff wanted to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay. As for the hotel itself, it's a beautiful hotel that one can't get enough of, within walking distance from most of the attractions and having a pool to cool off in the summer time is a plus. Would definitely recommend staying there.

This is an absolutely delightful boutique hotel in the midde of Sevilla. Everything about this hotel is first class but especially the wonderfully welcoming Juan and his colleague Antonio. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. Definitely would recommend this as a great place to stay in this amazing city.

Nicely designed hotel, but due to its limitation on the building, every room has small window that opens to the courtyard. It feels lack of natural light. Although the lights in the room is bright enough. The bathroom for the regular room is kind of small. The bed is firm and pillow is soft. It is not too far from the actions, about 6 to 10 mins walk. It is not in a very busy location, so only hotel guests noise if you leave the window open. No street noise. Valet parking. It does have complementary water.

We did not stay here. It looks very pretty with it's spanish courtyard . We had dinner here one night. Very good food. Excellent atmosphere and the staff can communicate in english a rarity in Seville.

Enjoyed our stay here a couple of years ago. Clean and bright and great service. Room was spacious. Great location too. Top notch and would come again. Hopefully soon.

Loved the hotel, the service was very nice and friendly. I think that the water pressure in the shower was weak. The location of the hotel is good, 7 minutes (by car) from the train station, and ~10 minutes walk from the cathedral. They have got a small pool at the rooftop-> very useful during summer time.

We only went to the restaurant which offered very tasty food. The place is really nice and has a special atmosphere. Service was a bit stiff at the beginning but more open during the course of the evening. Prices are also a bit expensive, however you can taste the good quality of the ingredients

We had a phenomenal experience during our stay here in this hotel. The staff went above & beyond for us (the receptionist & porter in particular - sorry didn’t catch the names!)… even to give us personal recommendations, and leave some water our car for our journey home. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated as was the rest of the hotel (which was a firmer palace). The roof top pool and bar were lovely - small capacity but we got there at a good time and had no trouble with finding sun loungers. We feel like we got excellent value for money too considering the quality of the hotel and the customer service experience. We would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have just returned from a three night stay at this charming hotel, situated in a quiet back street, just 15 minutes walk from the cathedral. The staff there were very friendly and attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Our superior room (no.39) - on the third floor, overlooking the beautiful courtyard - was extremely spacious (the bed was enormous!) We also had a sumptuous dinner in the Azahar restaurant on our first evening and in summary would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this establishment to anybody considering a trip to sunny Seville👍👍👍👍
