This is one of the best spa I have ever been. The staff is very proffessional and do the job well. The centre is also located in a beautiful compound just opposite to the beach.

This is one of the best place for massage.Efficient Doctor Dr.Harikumar,and their staff(Nimesh& Latha) is also well experienced.I was having back pain and my cholesterol level is 220.After the 10 days of the treatment my body was so relaxed and felt energized. Today I’m surprised to see my cholesterol result .it’s just 160.Thank you Dr.They are follow the COVID protocol and their staff is also wearing mask during therapy sessions..I’m highly recommend Prakruthi Ayurveda.I will definitely come again to my next holiday.

I went here in 2015...and still regard it as one of the best experiences of my life. If you get massages regularly or go to Ayurvedic places outside of India, once you go here, you'll be disappointed you have to go home.

If you visit Kerala and don't get the traditional massage than you have missed of the major part of their tradition. So as I was here in Cherai beach, I got the opportunity to get the massage at Prakruthi Life clinic, it is bang opposite the beach. So even if you are visiting for a half day to cherai, one should try their massage service. I got Shirodhara massage, I had got the morning appointment which was bonus as during the massage you can here the bird chirping and sound of the waves. Ms. Shridevi was appointed as a massage therapist, she is a very calm person and expert at her services. The place is very hygienic and professional. A must visit place.
