Being a part of Fitness Extreme has made me very happy and satisfied. It is one of the best gyms in Kannur that I have ever been to. Their machines are so saphisticated and clean. There are currently six personal trainers on staff, When I first started out, I was confused about which one to choose because I am someone who strives to get everything perfect when working out.Later, I chose Mr Thanseer for my personal trainer. In my opinion, he is the best trainer there could possibly be. After 10 days, I have noticed some changes in my body since he changed my diet. As a result of his passion and commitment to his clients, he is one of the few people who consistently delivers real results.
