The
hospital
may
have
supposedly
very
good
doctors,
but
the
same
cannot
be
said
about
the
administration
and
patient
care.
They
are
out
there
to
simply
inflate
your
bills
by
maximizing
time
in
ICU
or
in
rooms,
patient
care
be
damned!
1.
None
of
the
prescribed
medicines
are
from
any
reputed
manufacturers
-
all
are
overpriced,
from
completely
unknown
entities
and
can
be
found
only
in
the
in-house
shop
(Amrit
medicos)
2.
Nursing
care
is
pathetic
-
during
our
4
weeks
at
the
hospital,
there
had
been
at
least
15
instances
of
drip
going
out
and
blood
entering
the
drip
stream.
My
father
ended
up
with
severe
bed
sores
after
spending
2
weeks
in
ICU,
the
staff
there
simply
doesn't
care
to
change
patient's
orientation
of
managing
the
bed
sores!
Even
the
patient
cleaning
staff
is
interested
in
only
consuming
loads
of
cotton
but
not
on
cleaning
the
patient
properly!
3.
Medical
officers
on
duty
are
untrained
and
duffers,
not
even
sure
if
they
have
valid
medical
degrees.
They
can't
even
write
a
proper
discharge
summary.
They
don't
do
hospital
rounds
and
in
most
cases
are
happy
chatting
with
their
fellow
doctors
in
the
duty
doctor
cabin
4.
The
attendants
have
it
worst
-
the
hospital
will
not
keep
even
a
spare
paper
cup
with
them
and
the
attendants
will
be
expected
to
run
around
and
fetch
everything.
In
the
case
of
my
father
undergoing
a
highly
critical
surgery,
they
made
me
run
at
least
6-7
times
in
2
hrs
for
various
medicines
and
consumables
while
we
waited
outside
the
OT.
Imagine
our
situation!
In
other
cases,
they
wake
you
up
in
the
middle
of
the
night
to
get
very
basic
consumable
items
5.
Discharge
process
is
too
slow
and
they
take
ages
to
process
the
files.
Do
not
expect
an
insurance
patient
to
be
discharged
before
7
pm
however
hard
you
may
try
to
get
your
processing
done!
Overall,
it
has
been
a
pathetic
experience
at
the
hospital,
it
is
not
even
economical.
Not
recommending
to
anyone
ever,
please
avoid
at
all
costs!
