Absolutely pathetic service. Gave my laptop a week and half ago, they weren't able to fix it but that's not even the issue. Nobody called to even inform that you can collect your laptop once they realized that it's not gonna work. After I came to collect, none of them even had the basic respect to answer my questions properly. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Just scammers..they sell things way more pricier than other platforms.they are just as same as the people who sit on footpaths for one time customers.dont know how these bloodies are doing business.they sold me an item @₹1100 which was available on amazon @₹550.i mean just double.bloody looters.i request people to see the reviews and then visit these looters.they are nothing but harrasment to people.looting people's money and also worst customer service..

#SHAME ON DESKTOP CREATOR I wish we would have rights to give minus star. I gave my monitor a week ago just to set internal display ( I know what is the problem with my monitor). I have been calling for an update, one of the receptionist told me the estimated cost is 900rs(yesterday), I agreed on this and she promised me to deliver it on next day. Now today(21/10/22) when I called again to check at what time they will handover my monitor. And guess what!!! That on call lady told me that, your system issue is still not resolved, also technician still not able to find a bug 😳😳... I think they are making fool only. Not a skilled staff, seems they are working for 3rd party, I strongly suggest not to choose Desktop Creator.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Had to get my laptop serviced due to overheating issues. Front desk representative (Vaibhavi) was nice and courteous over phone when explaining the issue. She even recommended the kind of needed to fix the overheating problem. Got my laptop fixed / serviced on time. Extremely happy with the speed and efficiency.. would recommend this place for all your service / peripherals requirements.

I want to give zero but there is no option for the same We gave them a laptop for servicing than when we went for getting the laptop back they told that the laptop was serviced but when we looked at the laptop it was not serviced but they took money for the service extremely bad centre 😡

I purchased a laptop worth Rs55k from Desktop creators back in 2016. No trouble for 5 years. Due to some personal mishap two of the keyboard keys were damaged (Nov'21). Desktop Creator agreed to repair it for ₹2k, but they didn't replace it of the correct model i.e. back-lit keyboard - which I was not pre-informed. Lastly after all the discussion and desktop Creator saying that actual model keyboard is not available - to which I asked for 1/4th refund and they agreed. I had to call their service center twice for refund. Not at all good experience and won't recommend it.

Fixed my laptop issue within a day on request. Highly reliable and trustworthy. Won't charge you extra by faking problems. For the problem I had with my ASUS laptop, other shops had quoted 3k to 6k without guarantee of solving the problem, I got it fixed here in less than 1k within 4—5 hours. Thank you!!!

They are extreme liars we gave the laptop 2 days back first they told they will give the laptop , the next day but after we called them then they told that they will need more time they do not have ethics to call from their side.Secondly we gave the laptop and told them to do the service of the laptop and today when we went there the seal of warranty was not opened and they were saying that they have done the service they were just not accepting it but then we concerned to another centre they told us that the servicing is not done then we went again then also he was not accepting at end we forced to confirm then he called the service man and we got know that service was not done extremely harassing the customers I will give 0 stars.extremely bad service centre.
