Interesting inveractive museum. Unfortunately all descriptions and labels are only in Spanish.

Interesting to visit the house where Columbus lived in Valladolid. Apart from a painting from the Cuzco school on the top floor, exhibits are instead not very interesting. Besides, it’s very noisy, with lots of audios all around that overlap each other. They make the whole experience very frustrating and you just want to get out.

Small museum with references to Colon and his first voyages. What I liked most are some original artifacts from the indigenous populations.

Cool interactive museum with extremely friendly staff. The exhibition in a curious way tells a story of Columbus, his travels to West India, life and relationships with different persons of his time. You choose what to see and what to listen. Avoid taking pictures there, it's prohibited. The language is Spanish only.

This is not actually the house of Colon, it is only a museum. If you expect to see the house and a museum it is a little disappointing! The idea of an animated museum is good anyway but poor realised. It is all in Spanish only and no English audioguide or something available. Even I am studying Spanish (and normally understand quite some) it was impossible here. The things are written in old Spanish or in some parts even other languages like Italian. In other parts there are so many mistakes that my Spanish companion even said this is not well done for a museum. Moreover, half or more of the animations, audios and videos don't work. In some parts not even the light for reading the text turns on. All in all it is okay to go here if you stay for many days and don't know what more to do. For a short stay I would recommend you to have other priorities, such as the national museum of sculptures, the cathedral or the house of Cervantes.

Nice museum with a lot of information about the professional life of Christopher Columbus. Lack information and objects of his private life. Huge negative point: everything is in Spanish, there is no audio guide nor even a single paper in other language.

Very nice museum describing the voyages of Cristobal Colón towards the West, but it would be better to have the option of English voice-over audio.

Although the house itself has no connection to Colombus, they have mounted a very interesting and informative, interactive story of his journeys of discovery

This museum is amazing and you absolutely have to visit. Even with my limited Spanish I understood much as always been fascinated by this period in history as so important. Staff are great and nobody bothered us on our way around the exhibits which was much appreciated after visiting the sculpture museum where we felt like criminals! Somebody needs to make a movie about the people who enabled Colombus in his endeavours especially Los Hermanos Pinzon! The exhibits before exit are especially poignant. Loved it! Thank You.

Wednesdays it is discount and you can enter for 1€ only. But is very sad that if you don't understand spanish you can't enjoy in museum. They should think about turists! And put at least english titles. I didn't understand anything. I cannot use G Translate constantly.
