I have to start with DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I was forced to give this review a star....we are a pretty easy going group of adults that decided to trust the photos that appeared on their website - Mistake #1. DON'T!!!! Even as uneasy as we felt just entering the property, seeing the dumpster overflowing into the parking lot with who really knows what, we decided to give them a chance to come through for a pack of weary travelers - Mistake #2. As we searched for our rooms, we realized that this is not just a motel, it is a very loosely run apartment complex. I have honestly never felt more uncomfortable and vulnerable unloading the car. I actually uttered the words "take everything out that you don't want taken." The rooms are nothing like advertised. Nothing. We were told that the room we requested was non-smoking but they can't help if people smoke in them anyway. The grounds looked like a litter box and smelled like one too. It was a quick and unanimous vote to take our chances sleeping in a parking lot somewhere. Thank you for refunding us without a fuss....and that is where I will apply the star I had to give.

!!DO NOT STAY HERE!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS!! If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! The photos shown online are 100% not this location, maybe not even this ROACH MOTEL. This place is ran more like an apartment complex than a hotel. It was then confirmed by the office staff that people do live here. We booked 2 rooms each having 2 queen beds in them, the pictures showed 2 beds next to each other in the same room, this is not what these rooms are. They are 1 bed in 2 separate rooms that are connected. Could have dealt with that no problem. 1 room smelled so awful I'm not sure what went down in there, while asking about the smell the gentleman showing us the room was opening and closing the door as if to fan the smell out. There were 6 adults in my party and non of us felt safe here. There are more things wrong than I care to keep listing. We decided to find other arrangements. There was no issue with the staff they gave me a refund before I could even ask for one. There was another couple that checked in at the same time as us and were leaving at the same time as us as well, stating this was not as advertised and the smell in their room was also unbearable. Just don't waste your time unless this sounds like the adventure you are looking for.

DO NOT STAY HERE, 0/100 went online and reserved a king size bed non-smoking. We already paid online and when we went to check in they charged us agin twice for that same room and they denied that we didn't already pay online. After that we when we went to the room and it reeks of cigarettes, like really really bad. We asked if we could get another room and they denied saying it wasn't a smoking room. All I'm saying is we where here to have a good time and we just obviously choose the wrong place to stay at.

Zero stars if I could. The guy at the front desk was rude. We booked a nonsmoking room and the room still had a strong smell of cigarettes. We ended up checking out after a couple of hours because the smell was unbearable. The sheets were kind of dirty as well and the bathroom looked like from a horror movie. Avoid staying here if you could. Spend the extra money somewhere else.

Don't waste your time and money booking this Place. Rooms have a nasty smell. The bathroom was dirty and toilet was clogged. Towels smelled musty and had brown stains. We found Cockroach all over the room The sheets in the beds had blood stains, so I'm sure the beds have bed bugs. My family and i booked 3 rooms from Friday night to Sunday morning and we had to leave because of how nasty this place is.When we complained to the manager on site he was rude and dismissive. Overall just an awful experience.

Guys at desk, the worst customer service. Rooms stank real bad like cigarettes even in none smoking rooms. They have security during day when they need him at night instead. Ghetto as place with people throwing party's and burnout in parking lot, so you get no sleep. Word of advise spend an extra $40 to get another hotel around that area that's better. P.S DONT COME HERE. ITS THE WORST. YOU PAY WHAT YOU GET

This place is crime organized headquarters do not stay im begging you. Do not leave any thing in your car. They bring all stolen things they stole from cars in the area to this motel to disperse among the low life thieves/ scum that are here

I was horribly disappointed by this Red roof hotel. The TV didn't work no refrigerator no microwave only one towel. Broken chair as well. I'm a big fan of the chain but this one didn't live up to expectations

Absolutely disgusting. Bugs came out the shower drain, bugs on the walls, blankets and sheets stained and burned, stinks, smells like mold & cigarette. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

Kept awake all nights by guests fighting, loud vehicles in parking lot, people kicking walls and doors ... Didn't feel safe at all. Bed felt moist or dirty, black mold on the shower curtain, only two towels no wash clothes or hand towels. Received random phone calls from other rooms in the middle of the night.

This place is definitely not sleep at. Smelly, burnt covers. The 2nd room had blood and crabs. That place right there should be a shame serving the community unpropitious rooms . I will recommend for people not to stay there. It’s a tashmahall for real. A small fry dope spot.

I would give more stars but the plumbing sucks the showers are always clogged, I've stayed a there a few times not by choice and also not complained also not by choice, if I had to choose the particular location would not be one I would personally pay to stay at, unless it was one of my last resorts. The bedding on one of my beds is always absolutely disgusting it looked like it had been used and mind you I say used because it's not just slept in but has some sort of stains 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 "I'll leave that up to your imagination 🤮🤢" plus they only provided half a roll of toilet paper, no housekeeping supposedly due to new COVID-19 regulations but when I called the front desk to request more toilet paper, clean bedding and towels I was told they would come by but never did,they said they were out of toilet paper and clean towels.

Affordable rooms are hard to come by now days. So I have no problems or complaints about over lookable things that just come along with the price. Management are by far professionals when handling minor issues. Now the hourly desk workers are jus no help if need be.

This place can do better if they just invested in making it look better. Seemed like it’s be runned by a Hindu family. There’s only one man available to check in, check out and do any maintenance and/or bring anything to your room period! The sink was so dirty when we arrived. Towels looks so dirty and had old hair on them. Lots of trash on the floor when walking to our room. Honestly lesson learned. Never coming back.

I enjoyed my visit there immensely it was the person I was with more so than the actual location or place. The beds were comfortable the room was clean there was plenty of parking and not too much noise or disturbances from other people they were staying there

absolutely the most disgusting hotel room ever. The room was dirty. The walls were dirty. Tagging and writing all over the room. The door way was damage as if people have been breaking in. Smoke detectors broken. Tried to ask for a refund to leave right after check in and they said no. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Stayed out of curiousity as I've heard the really horrible reputation of it. The rooms are beyond dirty and stinky. The chain lock is broken. The remote has no batteries. Toilet is cloged. Piles of garbage line the walkways. People stay here because it's the cheapest place in town. The owners are rude and do not care about you or your stay.

Not a very good Motel, of the 30 times that I've stayed there there's been at least 15 shootings. It's good if you're trying to save a buck while taking the family to Discovery Kingdom. Just mind your business and you'll be fine

Asked the desk clerk if rooms were clean and he told us it was. When I entered the room and turned on the light you could immediately see several cockroaches on the floor, in the bathroom, and on the table. Lifted the mattress and dropped it and more came fron under the bed. They didn't even offer me a refund when I turned in my keys to both rooms I had reserved for the night.

I don't even know where to start with this motel. When you pull in people standing out in the parking lot. The property is really nasty loud music all night I could hear the people in the room over me moving around all night. The ice machine didn't work and the elevator didn't work but the building is three stores high what is wrong with these people. Not worth 80 bucks at all run if you see this motel not worth the money or time
