Building
of
poor
condition
for
both
communal
areas
and
apartments.
Apartment
smelled
badly
with
furnishing
resembling
"reclaims
from
tip".
No
staff
on
arrival
all
contact
numbers
fictional.
Was
forced
to
find
alternative
accommodation.
Now
seeking
refund.

Response
to
Manager:
The
written
information
given
to
us
by
our
tour
operator
can
only
be
information
provided
by
you.
We
arrived
at
the
apartments
at
02.30
13/10/18.
The
information
given
did
not
instruct
to
collect
keys
held
at
another
hotel
regardless
of
distance
to
obtain.
The
provided
contact
number
did
not
connect
nor
the
different
telephone
number
engraved
on
the
brass
plate
on
the
wall
of
the
apartments.
We
sort
alternative
accommodation
for
the
night
and
conducted
further
investigations
in
the
morning.
By
chances
a
passer
by
pointed
out
the
required
building.
Jeff
the
apartment
superintendent
was
present
in
he's
ground
floor
office
he
confirmed
our
contact
numbers
were
incorrect
and
gave
us
he's.
He
instructed
on
the
Hotel
holding
the
keys
(the
fore
mentioned
managers
stated
correct
information
listing
eg
envelope)
and
on
our
return
took
us
to
the
apartment.
We
were
not
impressed,
these
were
supposed
to
be
three
star
rated
(Google)
.
They
were
very
disappointing
(see
initial
comments
and
now
photos
)
so
we
decided
to
stay
elsewhere
for
the
full
duration
of
our
stay.
We
tried
to
return
the
keys
but
constantly
found
Jeff's
office
to
be
closed.
We
left
a
written
note
requesting
a
time
to
meet
to
return
keys.
No
response
was
had
and
we
weren't
going
to
spend
anymore
time
trying
as
we
were
on
holiday.
We
eventually
contacted
Jeff
on
the
day
prior
to
leaving
it
was
only
then
we
were
informed
of
the
office
on
the
fourth
floor
of
the
same
building
that
housed
Jeff
office
During
our
weeks
stay
we
came
across
many
more
customers
of
the
Burlington
who
also
refused
to
stay
due
to
the
apartments
condition.

Got
a
response
from
our
travel
agent
concluding
our
compliant.
The
result
are
none
fault
of
tour
operator
and
hotel.
The
reasons
given
by
operator
1)
After
finally
receiving
the
envelop
containing
the
keys
and
correct
contact
number
we
took
too
long
to
return
the
keys
even
though
we
visited
the
building
supvisors
office
multiple
times
and
phoned
he
personnel
number
etc
etc.
2)
The
condition
of
the
apartment
and
its
equipment
are
the
result
of
end
of
season
use
and
not
many
years
of
miss
use
and
decay
with
little
to
no
maintenance
(
see
photos)
etc
etc.
We
did
however
receive
an
offer
of
£27.00
for
the
inconvenience
of
not
having
to
right
information
on
arrival.
No
apology
or
finincial
return
for
the
cost
of
the
hotel
we
were
forced
to
seek
that
night
was
given.
