Used them about 3 weeks ago. Paid $250 for a new key fob. (They don’t cut the key btw so I was unable to even get in my car today once my key fob stopped working.) After a few weeks my key fob just stopped working, now Im stuck out in the snow and cold. Tried to call the number we used initially but no answer. Only that someone would call me back. It’s been over 2 hours. I tried looking their information up by their number but it couldn’t be found. Finally got the name from someone else (person who referred them)and I looked up the company. They have a lot of different numbers. The other number on their website did work. I spoke to someone who knew that I had called! He said someone would call me back...Initially my boyfriend called because I couldn’t get through. They told him once we buy the key fob it’s not their problem?!?! We just called another locksmith and will have to pay again. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SKETCHY.THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOUR NUMBER AND WILL NOT HELP YOU. IF WE ARE AT LEAST ABLE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK ILL ADD THAT TO THIS REVIEW. Well I got a reply from the owner (responded to my review)He said that if I called within warranty they would have fixed it. I purchased the fob on 12/14/2020. I even sent them a picture of the receipt. Notice that all the bad reviews are “fake”. Why has no one called me back then? Owner also claims they do cut the keys. As it turns out, they needed a copy of the original key which was not available at that time. So then how did they cut it?? I see their responses to negative reviews saying to call them but as I said they won’t canswer or call back. Also no one has added to their reviews that things were resolved. Fake?!?! Look who is calling the kettle black!! Very bad customer service. And they use bad fobs. Had to have another locksmith come save me and comparing fobs you can see the fobs this company uses I are not legit. If I’m fake then why have you not called me back??? I’ve called a dozen times and waited over 4 hours!! I posted a picture. The top one is the fake. It also weighs nothing compared to the new one I just bought. The silver buttons are not the same, the buttons are crooked. See bottom button and the logo is very off. They keep stating I should have called. Should I post how many times I’ve called them? They keep saying someone will call back how do they make it right if they don’t call you back? All their responses are that “you should call”. Well as of 11 am today I’ve still not received a call. They do However have time to respond to negative reviews.

This review is not fake. Do not trust this company. I wasn’t surprised that I had to wait for an hour after being told that the tech would get to my house within 30 minutes. That’s not the worst part. After the tech assessed my front door with two regular and simple locks…he quoted me $230 bucks and said it “included a $30 service fee” when the website clearly mentions the service be to be $19. That was when things got weird. And so instead we decided that he could just pop my 2007 car door so that I can get into my house…only to charge $300 for the simpler 5 minute job! We called the company and they claimed to be unable to get in touch with the tech all of a sudden. This company and Patrick completely took advantage of the situation where I was left standing in the cold for an hour and ripped me off. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Glenn was amazing!!! He was very kind, got there within 30 minutes, and very efficient. Very honest, and friendly as well! Other companies were trying to charge me nearly twice as much, and would have kept me waiting for at least two hours. He got me into my car within minutes. It probably only took him 20 minutes to make me the key to my car on the spot. I will make sure to spread the news to my friends! It did help he was easy on the eyes!

I locked my keys in my car after a night of drinking (thank god), and called Rocket the next morning. The operator was super nice and very helpful. A technician called me within 10 minutes to give me an ETA and an accurate quote. Moe called me when he got to my car, and got the job done in 5minutes or less. Afterwards, he left his cell so that I could call him for any future lockouts, which I found very helpful. Now I’ve got my keys, and Rocket has another 5-star review. That’s a win-win by my standards.
