Brought my vintage engagement ring in for repair to the band. After speaking with Jeese, he informed me of some additional work that needed to be done to ensure the safety of the baguettes and center stone. The pricing was reasonable and it was done promptly. I am so happy with the repairs done to my ring; I wouldn’t bring it back to Buchroeder’s without hesitation.

I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Buchroeders - and have only good things to say. Adam and his colleagues went out of their way to ensure that the ring met my criteria. I personally love the earring options they have! There is so many to choose from and made my decision very hard! They also have lovely engagement rings, along with many other fine jewelry. The customer service here is also very refreshing and welcoming. Was greeted and asked what I was in there for and received help.

Excellent service! The clasp on my favorite necklace was broken and they fixed it perfectly in just a few days. Everyone in the store was friendly, professional, and kind. I received a text when my necklace was fixed and ready for pickup, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend their services!

The service here is always exceptional! Today, however, was even more so. I stopped in just to have my watch battery changed. The store was busy, but not one employee lacked kindness or detail of care. To top it off, the employee who changed my watch battery wished me a Happy New Year and told me it was their treat today. Seth has always been super helpful with all my jewelry needs! Most recently I purchased a chain from them for my Tiffany necklace. Unfortunately the chain kept snapping (which they’d also fix at no charge each time) so Seth offered to just order me a brand new chain and have the charms re-soldered…again at no cost. The jewelers here always make sure their customers leave feeling taken care of.

This company is hands down the best. My now husband bought my engagement ring in 2011 and the process was beyond easy. Every couple of years I go in to get my rings inspected and cleaned. Such a good experience! We worked with Adam to create a custom engagement ring…Adam’s knowledge and experience was so present the entire time we were working to design the ring. He was able to use my inspiration image and accommodate my requests to create a 3D rendering of what the ring would look like. He gave me the design freedom while providing helpful advice such as advice on the structural integrity of the ring & what diamond shape would look best.
