When I went into this salon to get my hair done they cut off more than I wanted, I brushed it off thinking maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere and that I would live. When I got home and took a look at my hair the whole left side of my hair was 1 inch above the right side and was noticeably uneven. When I called them they told me to come in and they'd fix it. The manger was the one to work on me this time and again when I got back home it looked the exact same but shorter, now my hair is uneven and way shorter than I wanted it to be.

My teenage daughter went there to get her hair cut before going back to school on Monday. This is absolutely the worst butcher job I have ever seen in a haircut. Her hair was cut a lot shorter than she wanted it to be. It was extremely uneven. When you are a teenage girl, and your hair doesn't look right, it's very upsetting. She went back to the salon to have them fix it. When she came home, she had the exact same nasty uneven haircut, only shorter. I have a very upset teenage girl. I do not recommend this place. For reference, she asked to have 2 to 3 inches trimmed from the back of her hair that was all the way down her back. Her hair now is barely over her shoulders. Absolutely no excuse for this.

Paige, one of the stylist is a great person. She is very knowledgeable of styles and hair. While also being a great person to talk to. Very personable experience. I keep coming back to here time after time, often refusing to make an appointment on days she doesn’t work. So if you stop by say Kaine said hi and enjoy a great haircut!

I had a great stylist! It was an overall a pleasurable experience.

Haircuts are ok, but not great and they way overcharge. They don't point cut, the shape of the hairstyle is a bit "off". I wasn't asked or instructed about how to style. I had to ask to have it washed. I wasn't offered a round brush blowout with my cut either. They'll do in a pinch, but again, they're all sweet, but not abundantly trained. It looks like a haircut from Great Clips.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I go here regularly. Penny always does my husbands hair perfectly. I’ve never had any problems with this salon. However, we went in on Friday and I guess we had a new stylist. When cutting my hair, she paid absolutely no attention to my part. When I said I wanted to trim up my curtain bangs, she must of had side bangs in mind. She had no idea what curtain bangs were. I have a middle part normally, and she saw that. But out of absolutely no where, she parted my hair all the way to the left, and just snipped diagonally down to the right. I couldn’t even get a word out to make her stop before she did it. So half of my hair in the front is about 6in long, the other half is around 3in, if not shorter. And there is absolutely NOTHING I can do to fix that. Next. She did my husbands hair. He made it very clear what he wanted and it wasn’t difficult. She faded one side of his head, but used one shield on the other. So it’s a straight line. And that side is SO much longer than the other. Again, not much he can do either considering neither one of us want extremely short hair. So we just have to spend time styling it everyday so people don’t notice our completely botched haircuts. I think her name was Dianna? I’m not sure, but she was definitely new. We’ve been coming here for 3 years and I’ve never seen her before. We will not be back.

Love them! I always get a great color and cut from Cassie N. Everyone there is friendly and courteous to all the customers, young and old alike. I have been going there for 5-6 years and they always take care of the customers. I have never had a bad experience at this Super Cuts. Their service and attitude is like no other, especially in this day and age, when people complain about everything and are so impatient. Keep up the good work ladies. See you soon!!!

Not my first choice of places to visit but I was on a mission. I have never received what I asked for when getting my hair cut here (all 3 times).I’m really not picky but when you ask for a tapered cut and end up with a bowl cut - not sure what to say. Stylists are friendly but they do what they want not what you ask for. When I realized what was happening it was too late. Good thing hair grows back. Learned my lesson- I am a slow learner apparently. Will make the longer trip to Fenton from now on.

Came in as a walk-in, was immediately taken back. Stylist was lovely and knew how to work with my curly hair.
