Please note they do not take walk-ins. I was unaware and walked in. I waited for about 10 minutes. No one greeted me or asked if I had an appointment. That should have been my first red flag. One hairstylist said she had about 30 minutes left on her current client then had an hour between her next but that was for her break. Just beware. She did not want to work and was rude. A simple "hi, how are you? Do you have an appointment? Sorry we're booked for the day" When I walked in would've saved me time.

This is Mrs. Stevens and I had a foil appt with Erica yesterday and it was a pleasure to experience getting a highlight foil with her as my stylist. She is very conscientious and tries to provide you with the results you want. She truly is a perfectionist and did a wonderful job on my color. I will be getting another haircut from her soon, also. And look forward to it. She is very friendly and makes everyone feel comfortable. I am so happy with the results and will continue to have her as my stylist. Cheers to Erica!!!

I had a great experience here with Katja. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that! She was also willing to go with the flow and help me make the best decision for my hair texture. She was very kind and personable, and I love how healthy and silky my hair looks after the products she used. I will be coming back!

Erica has done my daughters hair 3 times now as well as my hair. She is always so extremely sweet. This last time my daughter wanted highlights but wanted something that blended and looks natural. She nailed it my daughter has been smiling every since! I can not thank her enough!

When I arrived, the stylist was running slightly behind while finishing up with another customer. This was clearly communicated and he offered me a beverage while I waited. The customer service was spot on. My appointment was relaxing and the stylist did everything I asked for. Great experience!

Erica did a fantastic job at cutting my hair yesterday. It had been several months since ive had it cut so i came in real shaggy. However, she went above and beyond and provide one of the best hair cuts ive received at your guys location in quite sometime. It was a good experience. Thank you!
