I really had high hopes for this place with all the good reviews, but ti say I’m highly disappointed is an understatement. The young girl was very nice but I hate to say didn’t do a very good job. My nails look like they were painted by a 5yr old for starters, she barley filed them and did not do a good job of getting the roughy parts on my heels, or bottoms and sides of my feet. I asked in the very beginning if she could please cut my ingrown toenails because they hurt and she said yes. She never did and when I asked again at the end before she painted my nails she asked another worker to do it because she wasn’t good at it. He didn’t do anything at all, and told me they don’t do that I need to go to a Dr. I have gotten my nails done for years and never once has anyone said they were bad enough to go to a Dr. Had they of just said that from the beginning I wouldn’t of even got a pedicure done there. Now after paying $70 my feet are no better than when I came and the paint on my toes is bumpy and ugly looking. I get a pedicure every 2 weeks and this is not a good one. I wanted to try a new place that was closer to my home, but I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! I wish I didn’t even pay for this! The picture is hard to tell, but my polish is very bumpy and ugly! I’m beyond disappointed! If you look close you can tell she didn’t even use a buffer after she filed them before she paint. Now I have to find another place to repaint them.

I walked in this morning to get a manicure and was helped right away. Shelley did an incredible job with the dip powder. She helped me find a color that matched my reference photo and took the time to make sure I was happy with the length of my tips. The spa itself is clean and relaxing to spend time in. It doesn’t have an awful chemical smell and isn’t stuffy and florescent like some other salons. What impressed me the most was the behavior of the staff. While I was there, they appeared to be training a new nail tech. The experienced employees were so great at helping her learn with kindness and encouragement. When Shelly finished my nails, another woman came over to me and asked my name, and took interest in Shelly’s work and complimented her on how well she’d done. I loved to see the staff supporting each other and being so kind!

Best nail salon in St. Louis!!! All the ladies are incredibly attentive. They offered me a beverage (I had green tea) and made sure I was comfortable. They have a variety of pedicure services available and I went with their signature pedicure. The technician went above and beyond to ensure my heals were extra smooth and added in additional massage time. I highly recommend going here for any nail salon needs, it’s fabulous! You will leave feeling pampered.

I went in to get some tips and the service was wonderful. I had some problems with the nails breaking off a few days after the appointment and when I went in to address the issue they were very understanding and gave me a new set with no extra expense to me. Environment is relaxing and clean as well, staff are also friendly. Definitely making this my nail spot!

These ladies are fabulous! We made an appointment and there was no wait. The place is clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly!! Deluxe spa pedicure was the best with the paraffin wax really made a difference with my skin. Highly recommended

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I’ve been to at least 20 different nail salons. They listened to what I wanted. They did my nails as I asked. Just the way she takes her time and actually cares really matters to me. I am so happy I found this establishment and I will be a customer for life.

I visited this nail salon for the first time, and I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was organized and lovely with the calming music in the background. For my nails, I originally had a plan of doing gel, but then I saw the nails Shelly had and she was super happy to do those instead of my original plan despite the quick change. Throughout the entire time Shelly made sure that my nails looked perfect. Shelly was such a kind and talented nail artist, and she made sure that I was comfortable at all times. This salon is one of the best salons I have been to in this area, so I’ll definitely be coming back to get my nails done from Shelly.

Loved my experience here! Both times I was able to get my dip manicure done by the owner and she does an amazing job! She takes her time to make sure the shape is perfect. Other salons can feel rushed as they try to get through customers, but here I felt like I got an amazing experience because they cared about the service the provided! Highly recommend!

They are very personable and they have great nail skills. I had a mani-pedi and my toes and feet look and feel beautiful. The leg massage with lotions and warm rocks was totally relaxing.
