needed copies of my medical records. i received a call from a receptionist who basically told me she didn’t want to give them to me, had a horrible attitude with me and hung up on me. tried to call back four times and they wouldn’t answer. a month later i received one note they had previously made to my employer, which was completely unhelpful. i called my physical therapist immediately after my phone interaction with advanced bone and joint and had an over 100 page file of my records within five minutes. don’t understand why a receptionist thinks i wouldn’t be entitled to have copies of my own records.

I received exceptional care at Advanced Bone and Joint in Wentzville. Dr. Branden Larkin and his staff promptly diagnosed my condition as inflammation in my hip bursa and gave an injection of steroids and numbing agent. This gave me immediate relief of the pain. He also recommended physical therapy to further heal and strengthen that area. What impressed me the most is the quick appointment and asking the right questions at the initial contact so I get to the right orthopedic doctor. I highly recommend Advanced Bone and Joint for all your orthopedic care. They also have locations in O'Fallon and St. Peters.

They did a great job on the rehabilitation of my knee. Never had to wait. The staff were all friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I recommend Advance Training and Rehabilitation to get you back to feeling better. Jerry B

Dr. Anthony Frisella is the best! He treated my wife for a broken shoulder and he has treated myself for pain in my shoulder! I highly recommend him!

Not a good experience. Was told over the phone I could drop off paperwork and imaging, so I drove 15 miles to the office where I was told they wouldn't accept it. Had to call back to a different number for an appointment, and was then told it would be at least 5 weeks before anyone would see me. Apparently they are too busy to really worry about the bad experiences their customers have.

Always pleasant, effective and explains things very well! I will always go here for my orthopedic needs.

Dr Friscella is the best, he explains everything in an easy to understand language. We have seen him in the St Peters & the Wentzville location

Worst experience ive ever had scheduled an appointment for the week i was off work for vacation got here and was told the doctor wasn't even here today and couldn't see me till next week at the ofallon or st.peter location after being told i would like to stay in wentzville this is on a Thursday morning and they never called to reschedule before hand…….i will not be goin to or telling people about advanced bone & joint if i could give zero stars i would this place just thinks of money not there patient
