Really nice store with lots of great gift to choose from, including from licensed properties like Disney and Star Wars. They also carry Precious Moments, Jim Shore and Heart of Christmas, and more. Staff is great!

Jan’s Hallmark is such a nice store with one of a kind unique gifts. I love the large selection of cards as well. The associates always greet me with a warm and friendly hello and are so enthusiastic about helping me find what I’m looking for. I also enjoy shopping local.

The team members here at this location are so helpful, pleasant and friendly. There is always someone around to help me find something, but they aren't pushy and don't hover, either. Last time I was there one of them helped me join their Facebook group. The time before, the item advertised was already sold out, so the manager volunteered to get it from another Hallmark store where she'd seen it just that morning. Before someone could buy it, she called the store, reserved the item, and brought it up to this store for me in a day or two. Such a great customer service experience. I called this location looking for a specific baby book, but they didn't have it in stock. Even though I had planned to do it myself, Carol offered to call around to all the other locations to see if they had it in stock for me. Great customer service!
