Terrible. Walked in and they ignor you like your not even there. The drive through people are served before lobby and boy do they take there time. Over 45 min to get your fast food. Not a friendly place..Noone business . Claremore needs to shut it down.. did dine in and took so long we changed it to take out.

Only person in the drive thru they messed up my order. I call to tell them the dude doesn’t believe me cause “he made it” I offered to send a picture to prove it they said no. They would remember my order an give me a refund next time I come I asked if he would take down my name he said they couldn’t. I highly doubt I’ll get my order fixed. I ordered tacos and got burritos..

I like taco bell for the most part and this location does a good job. The tacos, chulupas, and overall food is pretty good and staff were fairly friendly. The food quality seems pretty decent and the lettuce and other toppings were fresh and delicious!

I love Taco Bell and have never given one a bad review. I felt bad for the employees, who amongst other things were trying to work while standing in water running like a full garden hose, presumably from a broken pipe. There were several ceiling vents dripping in the seating area. A couple of the ceiling tiles had mold. While I don't expect my food to be wrapped evenly, this one had the unfortunate distinction of being as bad as any I've had from Taco Bell.

It's taco bell. Decent but not the best thing in area. My nacho fries weren't fresh but the dorito tacos we're good. 5 layer burrito needs help if you ask me. Super bland , even w fire and hot sauce. Order came out fast which was nice.

For a Taco fast food they do fairly well. My order is always correct. The downside is the wait time. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or an inside order, the order takes longer than it should. It's always correct and hot. The $5 box with drink... can't go wrong. I usually get lunch and dinner with the one box.

Went Saturday. Ordered a bunch of tacos, when I got home there was very little meat. Full of lettuce a few sprinkles of cheese and a couple of very small tomatoes. 28.99 for this. I don't think so. It's bueno next time.

This location cannot follow the simple request to not add sour cream to items. The last time this was brought up, the replacement item I received was loaded up with an unreasonable amount of sour cream out of spite. Staffed by a load of jerks.
