We went to the Fenton Poor Richard's. Love the food and John is the bomb!!! They got it goin' on there. We'll be back soon I'm sure

Very run down considering all the businesses inside of it are rented plus they have the cell tower in the parking lot they are getting income from, it's sad that they can't maintain the facilities better than they are 😔

Parking lot is too small, only good places there are the Circle K and Poor Richards. Actually the laundromat is also nice.

CK gas station not always open. Music is too loud.

have been to Poor Richard's in the shopping center and really enjoyed it. However this time I went to Russell's and was absolutely Fantastic meal as well as desserts. In fact I took two extra desserts home to last over the next few days. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at Richard sitting outside and chatting with friends. May have to give Poor Richard's the shot next time and just alternate between the two.

Went to Russell's for my birthday lunch, with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter. The food was terrific, fresh and delicious. The bakery was amazing.

Loved the place. Charming Cafe with excellent food. Family operated. Great atmosphere and fantastic food! Also Freedom Title. Very helpful house closing company. Exceptional service!

Food is better than average. Unfortunately the serve and atmosphere are increasingly worse. I've been a customer since 2008. Put up or shut up if you want good food.

I was at the jewelry store and it is top notch. The only places I go in Brookwoods Center is---the jewelry store and Poor Richards, both are great buisnesses. The rest of the tenants, I have no idea who else is located there.

24 hour laundry mat is very convenient. Only place close to fenton area thats 24 hour.

I went to Russell's in Fenton and it was a delicious lunch served with Billy goat chips. I would totally recommend this place for someone with a sweet tooth.
