I was looking to buy a watch for my wife and was so satisfied I had to return to buy myself one! They’re an amazing group of people. Also love their dog.

This is our second time to shop at Simons. My husband and I had an amazing experience at the store. All the employees are so welcoming whenever I stop by just to visit or shop. Jim and Stacy have been great to deal with! Very easy to talk to and helpful in helping us picking up the right watch for us. Picking up our second timepiece was just like our first one which is nothing but wonderful. Thanks again and I can’t wait to continue our collection with Simons. I have been shopping here for roughly 20 years and have experienced nothing but stellar service. Employees are always eager and helpful. Even though this is a high-end jeweler, the staff have never been pretentious and Simon has always been fair-minded when negotiating a watch trade-in or new transaction. Today I purchased a bracelet for my Tudor Black Bay Pro. In total I believe I’ve purchased 6 or more watches from them since 2001. I look forward to picking up a 36 mm Datejust once they become available again!

Jonathan, Jim and the team at Simons have been very hospitable to me over the past year and change. Prior to buying my first Rolex from their store, I’ve been in several times to get my watches resized and talk about timepieces and my interest in specific pieces. I appreciate Jonathan for contacting me on two separate occasions for a Tudor and a Rolex that I was interested in this year, and the experience in buying my Rolex Air King was great. Update: After multiple purchases, I continue to be impressed each and every visit. Amazing shop with a great selection of watches. A Rolex dealer who does business the right way. I was greeted when I entered, given top notch service, and walked away with a beautiful IWC watch on my wrist, winded and with the right time. I used to buy online exclusively, but the experience will have me back to purchase watches in person.

If it was an option, I would rate my experience 10000\5 stars. I came to Simons when I began planning my wedding, I knew that I wanted a timeless piece to keep forever. I came to Simon's based off the positive reputation they have in the community and they DELIVERED. Since the first that I came a year ago, I have closely worked with Jonathan and I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Jonathan was very professional, kind, and transparent. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was honest with me about the shortages, time frames and just did a really excellent job at communicating. I received the phone call that I my beautiful watch arrived two days before my bridal shower!! It was the best experience ever; I truly felt all of the love and positive energy from the entire team. I came in to pick up my watch 30 minutes before they closed; Jonathan was prepared for my arrival, another gentleman adjusted my watch and taught me how to do the adjustments myself, and Stacy did a complimentary cleaning of my engagement ring so that it was picture ready for my bridal shower! I was tight on time so I could not do the engravement the day of, but again Jonathan was so accommodating and offered this service at a later time. I truly could have not asked for a better experience. Thank you Jonathan and entire team for the BEST EXPERIENCE, I will cherish this memory forever. I look forward to adding to my collection and sneaking in some extra cuddles from Ronin!

Visited Simons for the first time today. Lynn was so friendly and helpful! The store is so nice inside and my daughter and I felt very welcome as soon as we walked in. I love that after I expressed my interest in a Rolex, Lynn showed me the models they had on display, and took down my information and the specs I was interested in. The process was extremely straight forward, easy and quick, which allowed my daughter and I to continue on with our day :) Looking forward to visiting the store again soon.

Just purchased my first Rolex from Simons and could not be a happier!! I highly recommend stopping in, trying their samples on, and getting on their waitlist for one of these beauties! Luckily I didn’t have to wait too long and they got me my dream watch. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I never felt overwhelmed or out of place. I am so happy they got me the model I wanted so badly, which is also a difficult one to find. It’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen! With the purple face and Roman numerals - I am simply obsessed. It’s beautiful in both sunlight and shade.

Had a great experience at Simons! I was in town from Chicago visiting my in-laws and decided to stop in to check out some watches, as I'm currently in the market for a new Rolex. Everyone was very inviting, even though I didn't "look the part" (had on a sweat suit). My girlfriend and I ended up speaking with Jonathan, who let me try on a ton of watches, which he was super knowledgeable about, and we ended up just chopping it up about watches in general - Awesome guy! They also have a beautiful, fluffy dog that just follows you around! I live in Chicago - but I definitely plan on buying my watches from Simons.

It is family owned and managed, all employees have deep professional expertise in all things related to fine jewelry, gem stones, and watches. They are also 100% trustworthy in that our last two transactions have been made from across the U.S., and the security and delivery went flawlessly. They are superb people to work with in every way.

They held it for a few days until I could get in to purchase it and the entire experience was great. I needed an extra link, which they had in stock and added at no cost. Being somewhat new to the St. Louis area, I was still looking for a go-to jeweler in town. I had been to a few places in Frontenac Mall that have been generally good (but not all exceptional) experiences. Last week I stopped by Simons (with no appointment and for the first time) to look at a specific watch brand and the experience was really outstanding. Even though it was late in the day, Jonathan welcomed me in immediately and spent a generous amount of time showing (and educating) me about the brand I was interested in but also various other watch brands as we talked. I was also invited to check out other exhibition pieces which isn’t something I’ve experienced at other jewelers right off the bat given I was a total stranger. The specific watch model was interested in is difficult to find so Jonathan put me on the list for the “next one” and promised to call me when they had one in. Honestly, I was skeptical that I would hear back as I’ve heard similar promises from other jewelers in the past (once at Frontenac Mall recently) where I never hear back from them. In fact, I was planning to stop back in a few weeks to check in. But to my pleasant surprise, within a week Jonathan called me back to tell me he had the exact model I was looking for. Through the entire sales process including helping me size and adjust the bracelet perfectly, Jonathan and the staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I can see why they have such a brilliant reputation in the community as they seem to treat everyone like family. I think I may have found our go-to jeweler and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and experiences in a jeweler.

Walked in and we were immediately greeted by Michael and Ronin. The staff was very friendly and Michael helped us pick out 3 amazing timepieces and have us a great place. They were very hospital to my wife and son during the time we were there. We were there for over an hour and never felt rushed once or like we were wasting their time. We even got a chance to meet the owner, Simon, and we exchanged stories and had a few laughs. We will DEFINITELY be going back again in the future when I purchase my next timepiece and would recommend this store to anyone in the future.

I have been interested in the Tudor Black Bay Panda Chronograph since it’s release. It’s been a difficult timepiece to find at retail. I happened to check into Simons and was immediately greeted by Jim Goodwin and Simons staff. Everyone was extremely friendly & courteous. They have and great selection of timepieces. To my surprise they actually had the Tudor Black Bay Panda Chrono in stock and available. I am extremely enamored with my purchase and the buying experience offered by Mr. Goodwin and the Simons staff! I would recommend Simons without reservation

Visited Simons Jewelers for the first time last week and it was a great experience. I went in to try on a few different watches I am interested in purchasing to celebrate a family milestone. I met with Lynn who was very kind and knowledgeable about each of the models. She let me try on several display watches from Rolex and Tudor. I didn’t realize demand was so high for pretty much all Rolex models and that the wait times can be quite long for some models. Lynn made me aware of the situation but assured me with patience they will eventually be able to secure one of the models I am interested in. Overall it’s a beautiful boutique with top notch service. I look forward to visiting again.

My experience with Simon Jewelers goes back to about 2015 (my 1st purchase was not until 2017). Each time I have visited their store whether it was to make a purchase or just to stop in the staff has been nothing but pleasant and very inviting. The Manager, Mike, took the time to sit down and have a conversation with me for over an hour about a variety of topics. I am forever greatly appreciative of that. Another lasting impression about their store is just how nice all the ladies are that work there. I really wish I could make a purchase from each and every one of them. They are all so helpful and customer service is second to none. This establishment is A+! I never felt they were playing game with me or giving me the run around.
