They have gluten free options . Cheesecake pancake are pretty good. Staff was very attentive

Initial: Came here with some family from out of state who were looking to try an Ihop in NYC. I’ve been here quite a few times and never had a complaint. Accessibility: Parking here is usually hard but this time I noticed they have additional parking in the back by entering the street and making a left toward the back on the building. Food: Is always on point especially their pancakes being so soft and fluffy. I forgot the name of the omelet I had but that thing was slamming. No complaints yet again on the food/drinks. Service: The server we had was very cool and was enjoying the presence of my daughter making her smile. Very adequate for the table. Closing: I never have complaints when it comes to IHOP breakfast, family enjoyed themselves and that’s all that matters.

My family was visiting from out of town. They needed to eat breakfast after their five hour drive. We decided to come here to grab breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast. There was an issue with my son’s order, cheesesteak and fries which didn’t look good. The manager was happy to replace his order with a new plate with no problem. Our experience was great.

This place gets crowded. Was hoping they'd take bigger real estate across the street but it's understandable that they're comfortable where they are. Very popular place. Staff is extremely nice. Waitress Teyana was a pleasure. It was my son's birthday and she gathered the staff and they sang happy birthday to him. Great place. Tastefulfood. Free parking and there's extra parking a bit further down road. Ask if you need parking.

Okay I honestly don’t care what anyone says, I’ve came here since I was practically a toddler and I’m 18 now. If you want a place to feel like home, this is where you’d go. The service is amazing, and I have a vivid memory of when I was smaller and we told one of the waiters thank you and he said “No problem, it’s my job”. The customers can be absolutely hilarious sometimes as well and aren’t afraid to tell you good morning. Also, might I say that the food absolutely smacks (as seen as how I absolutely devoured that meal in the picture). You won’t regret coming here for breakfast.

Over price, the food was below standards, I HOP...is not what it used to be....I got the Breakfast Sampler and it was horrible...🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮small portions, missing items will never go there again, very disappointed. Seems like if you buy the affordable breakfast they apparently and on purpose make it below standard.

FOOD- personally, the pancakes i get at ihop are always 🔥 BOMB 🔥 soft, fluffy, warm, and definitely filling SERVICE- food came out within 10-15 minutes 👍🏻 ATMOSPHERE- staff was likable and very caring towards our needs😊

This Ihop is manage by an awesome manager and staff, everyone was so polite,attentive and cheerful, makes for a very pleasant dining experience, thank you all for showing great customer service skills and caring about your dinners

Food was served within ample time. The waitresses were nice ...unfortunately, I had a hair on my plate, but quickly, the issue was resolved with a replacement meal, and it was on the house......EGGS WERE ON POINT THIS TIME 😁😁 THANKS ALOT......ALSO BIG PROPS TO THE MANAGER.. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING

I came here today and from the time I opened the door I was greeted by friendly staff and accommodated with my 7 month old with my wide stroller lol. My waiter continued to check on me and was just very pleasant. When my food came I felt stuck because I didn’t want to leave the food and baby and another staff member waited with my son so that I could use the restroom. Customer service is always top tier here. Make sure you ask for Imani and Natalie. Oh and the food was very fresh as well.

I went twice so let me start when I treated my hubby . As soon as you get you're greeted with a smile and a hello . Loved it . Started with drinks and food came very fast . The food was hot and delicious. What I loved about this waitress she checked back on us and helped me pay my husband wanted to pay every thing at this visit pure 10. The next visit hubby took me once again greeted and smiles this time in the back and once again Great waitress her customer service was incredible. The food delicious and omg I enjoyed my 2 visits . Definitely will be back

Been going here since I was a little girl with my dad. I take my son all the time one of his favorite places. Sofia our waiter every time we go she is just phenomenal and how she treat my son.

My go to place when I want some hotcakes/French toast, omelets, or other. Love this place. It can get quite crowded, but, worth the wait. It has improved over the years..the pandemic could not stop this pancake powerhouse.. Hurricane Sandy took a toll on this place, but it just shows how resilient this restaurant is. and yet came back stronger new decor, seating tables clean.. Responsive courteous staff. A bit pricier, but when you in that mood for IHOP it wouldn't matter. The only thing is the waiting area... no room.. because of the crowd it brings.. I start to go earlier in the morning. Small Parking area, but it has an extension of more parking spots further down the road

The most professional friendly restaurant I've ever been to! Every single staff member greeted us on the way in and our waitress made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. She was very attentive and made sure to check on us although you could tell she was super busy. Bathrooms were nice and clean and the food was fresh and tasted delicious. 10/10 recommend 👌

Always a pleasure dining at IHOP! The lady servers never fail to impress with their exceptional service. Consistently great food too - the pancakes and avocado toast are my favorites.

We actually had a great time at this IHOP. Things can be mixed at franchises, but this one seems to have got it nailed. Service was quick and polite and the food was prompt and hot. We were stranded after a plane delay so we were at the motel 5 minutes walk away and this place was just what we needed to pick ourselves up. 5 stars all around 👍

Very friendly and professional service. The staff treats customers like family. Food is brought to the table hot and always delicious. Very clean and jovial atmosphere all year but especially during the holidays.

Sophia was wonderful. We arrived straight from the airport at 7am not thinking that we would be able to get breakfast but not only were they open, the staff were welcoming and friendly. We truly enjoyed our meal. Great for large groups too.

What a gem! Very clean, neat, almost emacilate! Presentation from the syrup dispensers to the creamer was like from a marketing campaign! Friendly , professional FAST service. Bravo!! Prices are high though. 2 coffee's, 2 breakfast burritos and fruit was over $80!! Yikes!

We took our son here to have lunch (today is his birthday). This is the first time there since covid-19. Social distancing is practiced here. The place was clean and the service was prompt and courteous. The food was good, as I remembered. The atmosphere pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed our visit and will return soon.. 😊

This is where you go on a Saturday morning with your family for some delicious breakfast!! What parent wants to make breakfast on a Saturday after a long week of work...... not me!! I always get the Bacon Temptation Omelette and the coffee!! I will say that this IHOP always got a line on a Saturday morning, but what do you expect!! It's always worth waiting 25 minutes or less for a table.

The perfect restaurant to eat, great customer service experience by far! The people there are pleasant and caring. By far the best experience I've had in a while and I go out a lot. This is my IHOP location 😋 I Rath drive far and know that I am going to get the service I want. Lovely place, clean, and you get treated with respect.

Today was my first time dining here since the pandemic started. Yet at 830 am with minimum customers the restrooms had a horrible strong urine odor which let's me know they use dirty mops or just don't care enough to thoroughly clean the bathrooms. The service was fine the food was ok.

IHOP needs to get on board with more vegan options. This individual franchise is great but times have changed people desire to eat healthier. I understand changes have to be made at corporate level not individually so speak for your customers. Additionally with some healthy options coming soon its not enough and I hope that planted based meats are not going to be cooking next to pork Sausages at the same time.
