    Now I love Lube stops wings and never had a issue with there wings, but I wanted to try something different so I said I'd try the new York strip and I was never so disappointed. #1 because the steaks not real steak!!! This is a processed piece of meat. There's no blood in it, you can see how round the edges of the steak are!! Real New York strip steak do not look like this.... it was horrible and I can't believe they serving this for a steak. This was a total waste of money and nasty. It doesnt even taste like beef!!! How can a well know place like this serve fake meat?? And the menu says it's lean and tender and grilled to perfection!?? Ya right Lol what a joke!! Such low quality meats!! Im just going to be honest... If I was a Manager.... I'd take it off my menu...if you can't afford real meat to serve ppl... I wouldnt even have it on your menu. Especially beef!! Come on! I wonder if this is just at this location or a national thing?? No more steaks from Lube stop for me!

    Pretty tasty. I didn't get pictures of the chicken or onion rings. But our food arrived quickly. And our server checked on us constantly.

    Came for my birthday dinner, they were a little short staffed and the manager Diane P. stepped in to be our server. She was AMAZING. Her service was above & beyond. She was attentive to every need of the table, before we were even able to ask for what we needed. She was very welcoming with a great personality. The service & food was top notch. 1000 stars out of 10. I will definitely be back, & I hope I'm lucky enough to come back when Diane is working. The restaurant industry needs more people like her. Thanks Diane for amazing service.

    Solid for a chain. Wings cooked crispy. Tip: they are Market Price currently. That means 10 wings run about 15 bucks at the time of this review. Downside is that the sauces tasted very "jar-ed" to me. I'm still on the quest for authentic buffalo, I mean it's hot sauce and butter. It should never have the consistency of a creamy salad dressing. Service was prompt and efficient. Good spot for kids if you are ever in the area for a family movie date. Alcohol prices seemed a bit steep to me, considering Oak Barrel is across the street and have much better cocktails.

    If I could give zero stars I would My server was great But when my food came out which was boneless wings the chicken was raw in the middle “after me eating 2 pieces and my girlfriend eating 3 We called the manager over and presented the chicken that was raw She didn’t not seem very concerned about the chicken being raw Asked what was going on with the cooks and her response was most of them in the back were being trained . When I asked who was training them she said the other cooks All in all they did not handle the situation well would not come back again Also hope I don’t get sick from this 05/06/23 approx 8:45 pm Manager was Ashley

    This was not my first experience with this particular food chain but it was my first time at this particular location. The staff was great. The restaurant was clean. And the food as usual was good. My experience with this restaurant chain overall has been very positive. I only gave the food 4 out of five stars because I feel as though no matter what flavor you choose to put on your wings they never seemed to put enough sauce on them. They do give you extra sauce if you ask for it but of course you have to pay for it. Has the price of wing sauce also gone through the roof with inflation? Don't get me wrong if your wing person you got to check this place out if you haven't already been there.

    This was a very interesting place. The hanging motorcycles were scary, but cool to look at. The music and vibe was good, staff was kind and professional and the food was good. Great menu choices for the kids, reasonable prices, and good food. I was very pleased.

    First time to this particular location or this chain of restaurant stopped here after visiting Cleveland Clinic very fast helpful friendly service everything was hot and fresh and made the way we asked for highly recommend this restaurant establishment definitely will visit again. Also since it was the first time we were there we were given free appetizer cards for our next visit when we return.

    Very Disappointing. The only reason it did not get less then 3 stars was the Steakburger was very good. Otherwise, Custom built Combo was a big disappointment. The relatively medium sized grilled boneless wings and the pathetic small mac and cheese weren't worth the over $13 that they charged. (I can get 10 pieces of chicken and fries for only a little more from a restaurant up the hill from them. This is the second time being disappointed with what was ordered and delivered. Sorry, there won't be a Third. (I ate 2 out of the 5 piece grilled chicken)

    I wasn't able to give my normal 5-stars for QS&L this time. I didn't order my usual appetizer and wings. My buddy and I visit this location often and have had no previous complaints at all. First, I can say the manager did make this visit right by taking the charge off the bill. The pretzel appetizer was excellent as usual. The fried mozzarella appetizer was also hot and tasty. After reviewing the new menu, I decided to order the Quaker Steak Sandwich. My buddy ordered his usual dozen medium wings. It took a little longer than expected to receive our main dishes. The sandwich looked great on the picture, but the actual presentation was more of an open-faced sandwich. As I folded it over to begin eating, I noticed the meat was a bit dry, like it was overcooked. Upon closer look, the meat was more of a shredded consistency, which is not what I expected. I couldn't make it through half of the sandwich. I notified the waitress and she immediately offered to remake the sandwich or take the cost off the bill. I chose the latter and was very pleased with how well the staff handled this situation. My friend ordered the medium wings which came out a bit lukewarm. It kinda made sense since it felt like a long wait since the appetizers had been delivered. The wings were still tasty overall. We will definitely continue to patronize this restaurant as they did an excellent job in a challenging situation. Keep up the great work.

    I took my family here after a matinee movie. We've been grilling at home a lot on the Blackstone grill so I don't often get burgers at restaurants. The meat on my burger was similar to the stuff I used to get in the lunch line in high school. You could tell it was a frozen puck burger. My son's mac and cheese came out cold and they had to reheat it. In all it was a mediocre experience at best.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IMPROPERLY COOKED FOOD IS A KNOWN PROBLEM HERE Y’all don’t cook your food thoroughly, train your staff thoroughly let alone run the place efficiently. Came in and had basically had to remind my waitress the entire night about what’s missing. Then she adds the wrong thing to my bill. Had to take it up with a manager. Ive been using the bathroom nonstop for the last 6 hours. YALL DEFINITELY DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK THE FOOD PROPERLY

    August 2023 Oof. The Patio and our Server were a joke. Outside, they've got speakers . . . that they aren't on. They've got tv's . . . that aren't on. They've got a full outdoor bar . . . that is unstocked and unstaffed. They've got teenagers hanging out without having ordered anything, tables that need touchup paint, a fly problem, a lack of menus, and a serious need to pressure wash the filth and literal utility spray-paint off of the concrete. When our server (who was the human personification of "the lights are on but nobody is home") asked us for our drinks, he told us they are out of wine. My girlfriend went inside and got a glass from herself from the bar with no issue. A buddy asked if they have any Pilsners and the server had never heard of them. It took him an hour and a half to bring me 2 drinks. We had every intention of dining in, but we asked for the check 3 times and left. We watched him walk in and out 5 times before we got them. Unacceptable. _______________________________________________________ Post Review Edit 1: The General Manager (PJ) replied to my Google Review and asked me to call him. We just talked for 10 minutes. Within 30 seconds of talking to him, I could tell that he "Gets It" and gives a $h!t. He knew exactly who I was talking about before he even saw the name on the slip. He just got transferred from another district, agrees with my points to improve, and knows the kind of housekeeping they have to do. It's not gonna happen overnight, but he knows the direction they need. I will return in a few months to give them another chance. _______________________________________________________ Post Review Edit 2: October 2023 Welp, decided to give them another chance since it has been a few months and gotta say, we were not impressed. The patio still needs pressure washed and the tables and chairs are still missing paint. Inside, the floor is so sticky that it makes noise when you walk. I don't know if that's the cleaner they use or if it is just filthy. The windows and blinder were super gross too. They even brought us a wine glass that was dirty. The manager/bartender seemed nice and so was our waitress. The mozzarella sticks were good and they give you a reasonable amount of warm marina which is always appreciated. Their fries are actually seasoned which is another win. I meant to ask for my wings to be cooked Extra Crispy because too many places are serving pick chicken wings 🤢. Luckily, these ones were cooked all the way through without me having to ask for it. The wings were actually a great size too. It was a struggle to finish 10. The Boneless Chicken Wrap wasn't very good. I just wasn't a fan of the style of BBQ sauce it came with. By the time we got through the first half, the second half was a soggy diaper :( This place needs some work.

    Went to car show tonight. Went inside the restaurant to place an order to take outside to eat car side. Waited over an hour for my food, and then was missing an order and had to wait 15 minutes more! Then the barmaid rang my friends food on my credit card!!! Waisted so much of the car show because I was waiting on our food. The food was not good at all. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Bobs Big Boy down the street for their car show. Good food and show is much better!!!

    Still love their wings, big, buried in tons of wet sauce....loved them. Was going to try the hottest wing challenge but maybe next time. Saturday night service was slow, got a seat in 20 minutes, took order in 10, and then almost 45 minutes till we got our food, he apologized for a kitchen mistake, brought out free fries , but still 45 minutes for food.

    Went here for dinner with my wife today. The food was great and the service was okay, but the atmosphere could have been a lot better. There was a section of the restaurant that was not even in use and should have been but it looked like it was under repairs. Also- the men's restrooms need to be serviced. I give this location a 3 out of 5- some things were really great- but there is a lot that needs to be worked on at this location.

    Went here for quick lunch between running errands. It was early so it wasn’t very crowded so I got to pick my own table in a certain section. I picked a table that was dirty so I moved to another clean table. Our waiter was attentive and nice and came back to our table often which was great. Our drinks and food took forever to get tho I guess there was a big pay off 20 before us but the waiter did apologize for the wait so that was nice. I would highly recommend the cauliflower wings they were awesome fresh flavorful and enough to share! The baked potato was fresh and done to perfection. The side salad was also fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this place for lunch.

    I have never left a bad review and I hate to do it, but our experience at this location was so terrible today. We came in around 4:30. Our server took our orders and got our drinks, all was fine to start - but after 25 minutes of waiting on our appetizer she finally noticed and said someone ran it to the wrong table. Another 20 minutes later our meals were ran to the wrong table. Our server then went missing for the remainder of our time there. Nobody checked in, while about 8 wait staff huddled in and out of the bar area. We could have walked out and nobody would have even noticed. I had to ask another server what happened to ours and she said she hadn’t seen her in a while and took care of cashing us out. Nothing offered for our lack of service. We’ve worked customer service jobs, I’m a server, and we know it gets busy in the industry, but there was plenty of staff available to help and we just weren’t taken care of because of lack of care and effort. It was disappointing. Our food, however, was really good, thankfully.

    Me and my family went to Quaker Steak & Lube(Valley View, OH)for the first and last time last night because the experience was really awful. We arrived just before 8 and was seated in the near empty dining room, I figured since there weren’t many customers it wouldn’t take long for our food to come out but I was wrong. We didn’t receive our food until about 9 and they had forgotten my 7yr old son’s whole meal so we had to wait another 20 mins! In the middle of my meal as I reached for my water I noticed a small bug floating around in the glass, I told my husband to check his water and there was a bug in his glass as well! We informed the waiter and she informed the manager but nothing was done! She claimed that they comped a kids meal but my receipt didn’t show this. We went on a Thurs evening when kid’s meals were supposed to be free with an adult entree, we ordered 4 adult entrees and 3 kids meals. They only took off 2 kids meals (one for each PARENT entree) when the Flyer stated that for each Adult entree a free kids meal. They only claimed to comp the 3rd kids meal because of the bugs in the waters but they didn’t! The entire night was a fiasco and a huge headache! After paying the overpriced bill we left and will NEVER RETURN!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Came here for dinner and when seated at our booth, one of the seats was streaked with something sticky all over. There was no one around to help to had to go into the bathroom and get a wet paper towel and wipe it off ourselves. The stickiness continued to the menus. The one I was given may have never been cleaned. It was disgusting and I didn’t want to touch it so I looked up my meal online. Got onion rings as an appetizer. Those were great. Our main food took about 45 minutes to come out. I’m not sure what took so long as other tables that got seated after us were getting food before us. Friend got the garlic Parmesan burger and he couldn’t finish it due to the overwhelming garlic flavor. I tasted it and it was so strong. I had the tenders and they weren’t great. Not hot and at one point I bit into a small bone. A lot of staff hanging out, sitting and chatting at the back bar. It wasn’t super busy and I get taking a couple minutes to ‘hang out’ but considering the cleanliness issues we were seeing, that time might be better spent grabbing a rag and wiping stuff down.

    When we arrived there was a couple there giving a takeout order, which is handled by the people who also seats customers. They were taking FOREVER, to the point that my back started hurting from standing there waiting, but instead of asking any of the five coworkers who came to the front for help, the worker at the front just kept on with their order. Finally, I asked one of them if they were able to seat us, and they found the other person who was supposed to be up front, who was able to immediately seat the party who had been waiting when we came in, and then us. Once we were seated, our server, Sincere, came over to take our order. Throughout our visit, she spoke over me several times, while being very friendly to my fiancé. When our food came, several accompanying items were missing, and my order was completely wrong. I feel like the quality of service has really gone down from what it was the last time we were there. It used to be excellent. So disappointing.

    Had a 30 minute wait before getting seated. I ordered wings with mild sauce and they had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It was extremely greasy, buttery, and generally gross. My girlfriend is on the verge of vomiting as I type this (she had a total of 2 wings). I remember going to a different location a few years ago and loving the wings. I'm really not sure what went wrong here.

    My boyfriend & I always come to this location & I’ve never had a bad experience until today. We ordered carry out & I got boneless bbq wings & I noticed one of them was raw! Absolutely disgusting & I’m so glad I paid attention. I usually get bone in wings but I’m very disappointed this was my experience with boneless.

    I took 10 minutes to get seated so nobody was there. The potatoes came out Raw the wings were greasy and when we pointed out what was wrong we were told that they don't care the kitchen's closed now it can be replaced with something cold or removed from the bill the best part of this day was getting to keep the jar and having the three wings that I did eat be free

    I ordered a burger pink inside with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickle without a bun and a side of broccoli. Well the burger was well done that I could hardly cut with the butter knife and had no seasonings on it and the broccoli came out hard like it was barely steamed. Oh what I really wanted was the ribs but you were out of them. I used to eat here quite a bit and food was always excellent. It's hard trying to find a place I can eat at since I'm doing low carb. Well I found another place I can't eat at.

    My family and I went there the last few times and we disappointed. Other than the long wait time, the chicken was disappointing. The flavor was okay but the look and texture of the boneless chicken was remarkably different and so were the taste and texture of the fries.

    Market price for wings at a wing restaurant is INSANE... Seriously this is the only place I have been were market pricing is in place. BW3 doesn't do it, no other restaurant does. Just Quaker Steak. I feel like I got mugged. Looking forward to the canned response (ThanQ for leaving...). Go to some place with menu prices and not pricing like it is a lobster. Market price, phhhhhh, ridiculous.

    Had a really nice lunch here. Food came out fast and correct. Waitress was incredibly funny and had everyone laughing. Will be back again
