Drive thru window server had major attitude and you could barely understand what he was saying like today's rappers. Order took more time than I'm used to especially with one other person ahead of me. I don't know how many people were working but it didn't give me the warm and fuzziest.

This was hands down the BEST SERVICE ive ever had from a Burger King franchise. My sandwiches were made fresh and neat, my hash browns were hot n cooked perfectly and the customer service was A1! Awesome job team!

I would stay away from this place, poor service, that's even if the staff decides to see you standing inside for 10-20 minutes waiting to place an order. No one seems to care about their jobs and your order gets screwed up a lot also. It never use to be this bad but just remember McDonalds and Wendys is just up the hill on Turney rd in garfield hts. I would give 0 stars for this place, but that's not an option

This USED to be a good location. Recently, it's as if nobody cares. The employees have no professionalism or customer service skills, and the food at this one is TERRIBLE by comparison to other locations AND it's on history. I will not be going here again unless they make some MAJOR changes

The first time I had the bacon whopper melt. It was delicious. Smothered in sautéed onions with cheddar cheese and plenty of sauce. I came back because I liked it before. The next time I went, there were hardly any onions or sauce!!! First one was five stars, hands down!! The second one I'm giving two stars. I should only give them one star, but the fries were good.

The drivethur needs replaced. The afternoon manager is really good with making sure food was fresh Valley view better than Turney Rd

Food was just ok...service was awful and they completely messed up my order. Will not return to this location.

Asked about store hours and store worker said direct quote. "You would know if you checked online" then hung up. Worst service I've ever seen. Happend 01-01-2023. 7.00 pm What a way to start customer service for new year.

Did a mobile order for pick up gave us a wrong bag and when asked to give the right stuff they said to keep the extras n when I asked for a spicy chicken I ended up with a original chicken sandwich 🤬 not to mention they made a milkshake wrong…

Burger was warm, onion hit and fresh, good shake. Short staffed but they seemed to be trying to hustle.

Sandwiches are always cold, just don't understand it. I go to other BK's and their sandwiches are warm to hot. Get it together Valley View BK.

Stood in lobby for over 10 min no one came to counter to wait on us food was over cooked

Dirty, slow and unorganized. Waited 30 minutes inside for cold soggy onion rings and that’s all I ordered. Not at one point did they put fresh onion rings in that bin so how long was that sitting there? Trash.

Very poor service. You will most definitely sit in the drive thru line for 20min or more. Not a good thing when you get a 30min lunch. Do not stop at this BK go to a different one, if not there is a McDonald's up the road.

It was lunch rush, so very busy. We could tell they were short staffed dining room was closed. Staff was very friendly and energetic. Both of our burgers were burned 😪

This use to be a good location but not no more. Given it one star is to much. Went there yesterday at 6pm and waited for 5 mins minutes and no one talked on the speaker until I said Hello and she said Hello and she began to laugh about me waiting and laughed more after I put my order in. I just left. Very unprofessional. I will not be going back.

RUN. Waited in the drive-thru line for half an hour. There were only four cars ahead of me. Finally ordered and it wasn't even worth it. The chicken fries and mozzarella sticks were hard as rocks and tasted like dust. This place is a hot mess. Spare yourselves the headache and go to the one on Brookpark.

I know it's fast food but man was this the worst experience I've ever had. Have to wait now for a refund and my 6 year old is still hungry. When did valley view lose it's standards? No one should ever spend a dollar in this place.
