Very bad system of appointment. After 1.30 hours waiting we are not able to meet doctor due attending other personal referrals patients. I suggested people don’t approach if you not have time. It’s very bad and desi system of appointments.

Friends i have been suffering from accute neck pain and i was in heavy pain since last 3 years and V4U hospital constantly was with me through out my bad time. The doctor's are very good but the waiting time is so much and I think it was expensive . I went it there in covid time but there was no social distancing there was 30 people capacity and there would half people from capacity means 15 but there nearly 30 people only . I went there for x- ray on 6:00 PM and left hospital at 8:15 .2hrs 15 mins for just a single x- ray

The doctors are too casual for the amount this place charges.

I was going through very severe pain in my chest and I had gone to 2 more hospitals before V4U and finally I got relief here at V4U hospital. The treatment was excellent, the staff was very helpful and polite. I can also prefer and refer this hospital.

I wonder how could they managed to get 4+ rating. Anyway, I visited this hospital on sunday with my son who met with road accident and got swollon hand and some injuries on face. We got in at 6:40 pm and got attended only after 15-20 mins that also qithout any doctor. The asked us to tell what we want them to do rather checking the paitent herself. We got the xray done only after 30 mins have already passed. As the doctor was not present so the xray report was shared with him over phone( which they claim). Meanwhile other paitents relatives were also waiting to be attended. Its only after full hour passed my sone got badged and attended. Then comes the part to make payment where they charged inxhorbitant amont quoting emergency charge, file charge, doctor fee extra. Where do doctor has visited, emergency meanse attending paitent after a lot of time has passed. Overall a very bad experience as being parent were worried about child but the hospital was totally arrogant and not equipped to handle any emergency. If got time in hand then prefer to go BAPS or any other big hospital in nearby area where they have a proper OPD and knows their work.

Its a best multi speciality hospital in palanpur area, i just wana share my best experience ever I had with this hospital. While sleeping I am not able to take proper breathing from my right side nosal and same compliant I was having from 6 to 7 months. Then I had visited V4U Hospital and took appointment with Dr. Harshal parmar he is a MS ENT then he check all the aspects and found that there is a bone inside the nose was band and few mussels also increased So Dr. Harshal suggested me for small surgery. I never had admitted hospital for over night its my first experience of any kind of surgery. The way Dr. Harshal explains the whole procedure I got confidence And i admitted after 3 days and now I am perfectly alright. Thankyou so much Dr. Harshal and all hospital staff for taking good care of me.

V4U hospital is not good hospital, doctor is very poor in time management, he doesn't come on time, Dr shrenik Shah, orthopadic doctor call us on 10 a.m. and he after 1 hour, this is my second time experience, doctor is good , polite but time should be proper, our time is also valuable doctor coming very late and their staff giving not good answer, regarding appointment they say we don't take phone appointment you have to come on time first come first basis, even they say if you come here and then you go then your file will keep last, but it's just for saying if you are known with staff they will keep your file ahead, even doctor is costly and their medicine you don't get anywhere, for their medicine you have to come to their hospital only, so I feel you should try other hospital for all reason

I had been admitted here for Covid in April 2020 and no one from family could visit as they all were infected too. The hospital staff took really good care. All the Doctors, Nurses and even the cleaning and maintenance staff were very kind to me. Post covid I suffered from Severe Gastritis and had been admitted for 13 days. Dr Mahesh Vaghani is the most kindest person who listens to patients and their family persons very patiently and guides them through out the difficult times. I am thankfull for their support in these difficult times.

My wife was suffering from tonsils problem for quite some times, change in weather had severe impect on her. For initial few years we thought she can over come this problem with medicines, but every now and then problem surfaced. This situation disturbed day to day routine life of my family. So, after several visit to Dr. I decided to go for tonsils surgery. Based on experience that I had during my wifes treatment following are my observations A. Positive observations 1. Dr. Harshal Sir gives adequate time to patients, lessons to problem patently, explain the things properly, overall he is very much supportive and caring. 2. Hygiene at hospital is good. 3. Nursing staff are Ok. 4. Testing, pharmacy and medical insurance support team facility is on the same floor. B. Area of improvement 1. Room is somewhat small in size. 2. In case of over night stay only seating arrangement is there for attandent.
