One star is for the sales associate Prasanna. He is very lazy to follow up with customers. Makes false promises and not at all trust worthy. If it happens to meet Prasanna in your first Video call meeting just avoid him. he failed to make matching earrings for my neck piece. I will never buy jewelry from Kameswari jewellers. I received defective items(missing precious atones). They promised me to ship the stones and reimburse repairing costs. It’s been 6 months and no resolution made. Awful customer service.
